The other night, we purchased a case of regular Pepsi from Wal-Mart in Marion, Ohio. After my son attempted to open a can and found it leaking, we discovered a needle hole with scratches, potentially indicating tampering. We still have the can of Pepsi with the suspected tampering. Concerned about possible drug contamination, we are worried about the safety of the product and its implications. We did not find any needle holes on the box itself, but there might have been one where it was opened. Given the seriousness of the situation, I am hesitant to consume any more cans or make further purchases. Is there a way to have this can analyzed to determine if any foreign substances were injected into it?

I am Angel Molina, the Vice President of Newtown Youth Football. We have been trying to resolve an issue with two coolers for the past 10 months. One moment they are reportedly owned by Pepsi, and the next when we request service, Pepsi claims they are not theirs. Despite contacting the Stratford, CT, and Hartford locations multiple times, promised callbacks from the Member Department never materialized. I attempted to contact the corporate office but was redirected to compliance, which was unhelpful for this matter. I hope this message reaches someone who values their consumers and those who distribute their products. My contact number is [redacted], and you can reach me at [redacted]

I reside at the veterans wing at RVCP in Janesville, Wisconsin. I would like to address an issue we faced with getting root beer in our vending machine. Previously, it took from November [redacted] to May [redacted] to have root beer available. Fortunately, we now have a new machine that functions well. I have spoken with Dan, our Pepsi contact, regarding our high consumption of root beer. Dan mentioned that the new vending machine can track our preferred products. Despite having three rows of root beer, it takes only two days to deplete them. I requested a fourth row of root beer and a couple of rows of Code Red, which Dan agreed to. Sadly, there have been delays in refilling our machine; initially on Tuesdays, now on Thursdays. Prompt refills are crucial to prevent financial loss for Pepsi. I kindly request further assistance to ensure timely refills and optimize product selection.

I am reaching out about two beverages I frequently enjoy - Diet Cherry Pepsi and Lipton Peach Tea Zero. I've noticed they are not available in stores near me in Northern Indiana. Instead, the shelves are stocked with regular Pepsi and regular Cherry Pepsi, as well as green tea and regular peach tea. I'm curious why production of these two items has been halted and how you determine which products to discontinue. Thank you, a disappointed Pepsi fan.

I don't have a card to pay the one dollar. My spouse and I purchased a case of diet Dr Pepper from Amazon, and unfortunately, it tasted like burnt rubber. As a frequent consumer of diet Dr Pepper (maybe too much, LOL), we bought a case last week that tasted just fine. However, this recent case had a strange chemical taste, almost like a rubber aftertaste, which was noticeable when I tried it alongside a store-bought bottle. Concerned about my taste buds, I confirmed the off-putting flavor was coming from the Amazon batch. I felt my throat was affected and had to check several bottles to ensure it wasn't an isolated issue. Despite my hesitation, I opened five bottles, and unfortunately, they all had the same chemical taste.

I purchased two cases of Pepsi at Sam's Club. Unfortunately, both cases tasted strange, not in a pleasant way, and I had to throw them out. As a Pepsi enthusiast, I was disappointed with the flavor, as they tasted like the can and upset my stomach. I bought both cases on the same day and noticed they cost around $12 each. The expiration date on the cans is for September [redacted]. I would appreciate it if I could have my Pepsi replaced with a fresh batch. Thank you.

I have had a frustrating experience with the cherry Pepsi 15-pack where the box broke three times, making a mess each time. The poor packaging led to cans falling out in the store, in the car, and at home. I am concerned about the quality of the box and question if it is sturdy enough to hold all 15 cans securely. I wonder if the issue lies with the glue, cardboard, or adhesive application. As a long-time Pepsi consumer, I hope this issue can be resolved to avoid switching to another brand. Thank you for providing a platform to share my concerns. I look forward to a solution to this packaging problem.
Best,
T.C.

Hello,
I am Amarendra K., an ex-NBFC employee with over 30 years of experience. Recently, I applied for a position at PEPSICO through Naukri.com. After a successful online interview in July'22 for the role of Head of Finance in Maharashtra, I received an offer letter signed by Rohit Jain without proper discussions on the job profile or salary. However, the HR team requested a refundable deposit of Rs 8,[redacted] and Rs 15,[redacted] for registration and training fees. Following their instructions, I made the payments but did not pay the bond amount of Rs 16,[redacted].
Despite agreeing to join on 8th Aug'22, I have not started working and have been attempting to contact Rohit Jain for a refund without success. It appears this may be a fake appointment, causing me concern about PEPSICO's reputation. I kindly request your immediate intervention in resolving this matter. Thank you for your attention.
Best regards,
Amarendra K.

I recently purchased 4 cases of regular Pepsi and 2 cases of Mountain Dew from your store. Unfortunately, 4 out of the 6-packs from the Pepsi cases were flat when I opened them. I intended to use these for a special occasion, but the flat sodas were embarrassing for my guests. When I tried to return them to Dollar General Store, I was refused a refund and told to throw them away. I cannot afford to just discard products like that, especially since the bottles were unopened. The Mountain Dew was fine, but the Pepsi was disappointing. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue, perhaps by offering a solution or compensation for the inconvenience and embarrassment caused by the flat sodas. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

I purchased a case of Mountain Dew from my nearby Walmart. I had it delivered through Walmart +. However, I faced an unusual issue. The first can I opened had no fizz, and it continued with the next cans as well. I poured it into a cup, and it lacked fizz too. After trying another can, I noticed the taste of syrup without carbonation, which was unpleasant. As a loyal customer for the past decade, I am disappointed by this experience and hope for a resolution.

Dear Team,
I would like to bring to your attention my experience with the marketing staff and distributor in the Bareilly UP West Circle. I am Abid Ali, the owner of Ali Communication, a shop in a prime location in Bareilly for the past 10 years. We have been regular purchasers of all your snack items through your authorized distributor, M/S Gargi Enterprises.
Despite maintaining all the necessary records of our purchases and sales with your distributor, I have been facing challenges. Despite numerous requests and follow-ups to have a single rack to display all your products, there has been a lack of response.
I kindly request your intervention to address this matter promptly so that we can continue to operate smoothly. Your support in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Abid Ali

I regularly buy Aquafina bottled water by the case, it's our top choice. Sadly, the bottles are unstable; often tipping over when opened. Recently, I had a near miss when a bottle toppled, narrowly avoiding my phone. Is there a way to buy Aquafina cases that haven't been crushed from being stacked at the store? It's a recurring issue, and I wonder if there's a solution to ensure they're not stacked or if there's a delivery option that prevents this without excessive cost.

I recently completed Pepsi's hiring process, including a background check and drug test. I was informed by Pepsi recruiting that my orientation was scheduled for November 13 at 9:30 a.m. in Collierville, TN. Upon arrival, I was informed that HR had attempted to reschedule my orientation that morning. Despite numerous attempts to contact Collierville's HR department by phone, I have not received any response. Surprisingly, on Saturday, November 18, I received an email from Pepsi requesting an exit interview. I am feeling frustrated by the lack of communication and unsure how to reach HR at Pepsi's Collierville location.
