My elderly parents, both in their 90s, exclusively enjoy Pepsi with real sugar. Recently, they took advantage of a sale and purchased multiple 12 packs, storing them in a cool basement. However, upon inspection, I discovered that 3 packs had leaked. One pack had 10 empty cans, another had 9, and the third had 2, all without being opened or damaged. It appears they were not sealed properly. As they live on a fixed income, the loss of these cans was disappointing for them. I recently purchased a 24-pack of Pepsi, and I found 4 deformed cans with an odd taste, lacking carbonation, reminding me of flat soda. I am a dedicated Pepsi fan, consuming it throughout the day. Hello, Pepsi. I understand that once your product leaves the factory, you cannot control how it's handled at stores. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue where one of the cans in a twelve-pack I purchased exploded, attracting ants to my kitchen. The infestation was so severe that I had to discard all three twelve-packs and stay at a hotel due to my fear of bugs. While I don't blame Pepsi for this incident, I hope you can encourage the stores you deliver to handle your products more carefully. As a new RSR, I have concerns regarding the adequacy of my training. Today, I only received my password for HH after an additional trip to corporate. I tried not to blame my trainer, but my certification day presented unexpected challenges. I understand the investment in training and am willing to step aside if I can't perform the job correctly. Despite setting up an alternative plan previously, my trainer and DSM altered it. I will be following the same route this week on Tuesday and Wednesday before certifying on Thursday. I hope for a week of training that doesn't just focus on the advice to "go faster," but offers constructive tips on how to achieve that goal.

Hello, I am Rafiq from Belgaum. Recently, I purchased a glass bottle of Pepsi from a shop in the local market. Upon opening and drinking it, I discovered what appeared to be charcoal inside, causing me to feel like vomiting. I then realized that the product was out of date. When I confronted the shopkeeper, they provided me with contact numbers for the dealers, Noorahmed ([redacted]) and Mahesh ([redacted]). After contacting both dealers, they directed me to customer care. Despite my threats to report the incident to the health department, they denied responsibility. I possess call recordings and evidence of the expired Pepsi bottle. It is concerning that such products are being openly sold. I am faced with the question of whether to take legal action or not, as I have substantial evidence in hand. Your prompt response is awaited, otherwise, I will escalate the issue to the health department.

Yesterday, on 03/08/19, I purchased two 2-liter bottles of Diet Pepsi. Upon opening the first one, I immediately noticed it was flat. The second bottle had the same issue, though not as severe. Flat soda is not enjoyable. I have taken pictures of the bottle dates, barcode, and receipt. I am a loyal Diet Pepsi customer and would appreciate reimbursement for these two bottles or perhaps a couple of coupons. I have experienced an issue like this before and was impressed by the previous customer service received from Pepsi Cola. I have been operating a Pepsi vending machine for over 20 years. Maintaining the machine and ensuring it runs smoothly has been a constant challenge. While at the Deerfield Fair, I met a technician named Mark H. who services the dispensers. However, he mentioned that he only provides services if you do not own the machine. He indicated that he supplies the Chesleys with dispensers and services them. He promised to have a colleague install a machine at my stand if I called early in the season, which I did. Despite my repeated calls, I never received a follow-up from the installation technician. When I brought this up with Mark, he stopped returning my calls. I've noticed other concession stands receiving machines at no cost with regular servicing, while I've been left without a machine or any service after selling Pepsi for over 20 years.

For over 52 years, my husband has been a loyal Pepsi drinker. I used to purchase the 7.5 oz cans in a 15 pack from Walmart. However, after a long wait of over 2 months, I contacted Walmart headquarters to inquire about the mini packs, only to be informed that they would not be restocking them at the store located at [redacted] N. Church Ave Mulberry Fl [redacted], Store #[redacted]. Frustrated, I checked at Sam's Club for the mini Diet Pepsi, but they only had Coke in abundance. Despite finding Pepsi at Sam's Club, there was no mini size available, whether in diet or regular.
I believe there is a demand for the 7.5 oz cans, as many people, like myself, prefer them to the 12 oz ones. The smaller size is practical, avoids waste, and maintains flavor better once opened. I managed to purchase the 7.5 oz cans online from Sam's Club, albeit with shipping costs, as they were not available in-store. I urge Pepsi to consider offering the mini cans in either a 15 pack or a 24 pack to better serve customers like me. Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I had a urine drug screen scheduled this morning for PepsiCo's pre-employment process as a customer service representative. I arrived early, completed the paperwork, and provided my urine specimen. The collector mentioned a chemical smell and noise, but I assured her of no tampering. I was sent for a second test at fast med urgent care due to this. After a long wait and multiple restroom trips, I left to contact PepsiCo for a reschedule, only to be told I had refused the test. I called the lab, but the woman, Judy, refused to provide the test results and hung up. I feel unfairly treated and would like to request a retest, even offering to be observed as I believe I did nothing wrong.

I want to inform you that I have been your customer for 20 years. My shop, AMAR General Store, located in Harsh Nagar Eid Gah, Chahura, Kanpur, was facing closure due to some personal reasons. However, now I open my shop daily. Even during the closure, I opened it multiple times. However, the distributor for my route named HARSHIT from Pepsi does not come to my shop to take orders. When I call him, he says he is doing me a favor by answering the phone and advises me not to open the shop. He even refuses to take orders in writing, saying I can only get products according to his will. He talks rudely and has appointed the most disrespectful person for my route. He passes by my shop on his bike and stops his delivery van at the intersection but doesn’t stop at my shop. He says he will return the goods later. This is unfair to me. Today, on May 20th, the order did not reach my shop again, and when I called him, he said the goods wouldn’t arrive, instructing me to manage by myself. When I try to place an order, he says okay, then the next day claims the company didn't have the goods in stock. He doesn’t provide an alternative as promised and speaks very disrespectfully.
If you could take some action regarding this matter, I would be grateful.

This morning around 8:15 a.m., I visited a gas station on Hartsville Pike in Castalian Springs, TN. The station is quite small. While I had no trouble pulling up to the pump near the front door, upon leaving and getting my 4-year-old settled in the truck, I noticed a set of hand trucks nearby. To ensure I didn't hit them in the tight space, I turned my wheels as I drove off. Unfortunately, the hand trucks spun and scratched my truck's passenger side door. I later discovered a 3-4ft pallet on the dolly that was not there when I arrived. When I asked the woman for a contact number to address the damage, she argued with me, claiming the area was clear. I would like to address some concerns about the services and staff attitude at Mayura Bar located in 6th Block, Rajaji Nagar, Bangalore - [redacted]. Here are the issues I would like to highlight:
1) Invoices are being issued in the name of other establishments rather than ours, causing confusion and inconvenience.
2) Orders are frequently delayed and marked as out of stock for extended periods, making it challenging for our 4-floor establishment to manage inventory effectively.

The driver from the Pepsi distributor in Mitchell, SD is delivering soda to our machine regularly, but for the past 5 months, we've been requesting diet Pepsi to no avail. Despite our notes and requests, he keeps stocking diet Dr. Pepper instead, which is unpopular with both our staff and clients. Despite multiple attempts through calls, emails, and notes, we are frustrated that our pleas for diet Pepsi have been ignored. We even spoke to Dan last week, who assured us it would be resolved, but today's delivery still did not include diet Pepsi. It's frustrating to have to go across the street to buy what we want when we have a machine here. I applied for a Geo Box Delivery position at the Abilene, TX location. I had a face-to-face interview and did a physical demonstration of stocking bottles, which I passed easily. The supervisor was very unprofessional, losing my hire packet during the interview. He mentioned that grading would take 10 days anyway, but assured me I would be hired. It's been almost a month since the interview on Jan 11th, and my online application still says pending. I missed a day of work for this, and it seems like my hire packet hasn't been found or submitted for grading. I feel that his unprofessionalism is preventing me from moving forward. I hope Pepsi will investigate this situation, as I feel discriminated against.
