Recently, I had $[redacted].00 worth of work done on my car, which involved tire rotation and installing 2 new tires. Days later, I noticed that 3 of the wheels have cracked at the spokes - one on the passenger side and two on the driver's side. I spoke with the store manager about it, but he was unable to address the issue immediately as he had to wait for his tire specialist to arrive at 10 am. After some scheduling conflicts, I finally spoke with the manager days later, only to find out he was on lunch break, leaving me feeling frustrated by the lack of communication and follow-up. I just want this problem resolved promptly and effectively.

On April 17th, I had $[redacted].00 of work completed on my [redacted] Acura MDX. The staff had no complaints about the car; they just indicated they were done with the service. Later that day, I noticed an odd noise coming from the tires, but I attributed it to my paranoia after the recent repair. However, a few days later, a much louder noise emerged from the same area. I pulled over and discovered severe cracks in the passenger side front wheel spokes and two cracked wheels on the driver's side. My car has been parked at the store for a week. I have visited three times, including speaking with the manager on Monday, who said he would be available on Tuesday to address the situation. Unfortunately, when I arrived on Friday, he was not at the store.

I am contacting you regarding a cell phone mistakenly left by a Lyft driver at your store location where there is a Hertz and Lyft operation being run together. My phone was left in the care of a Lyft driver who handed it to a store employee at Pep Boys. Despite them claiming they couldn't find it, I believe the employee took possession of it, placed it in a bag, and left it on the Hertz/Lyft counter. When I asked to review the security footage, they refused and advised me to file a police report. I find it concerning that I have to handle this situation rather than the store taking responsibility, especially since it is a brand new Google Pixel 3XL worth $1,[redacted]. I suspect an employee might be involved in the disappearance of my phone and I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I recently visited Pep Boys in Henderson, Nevada, to purchase a set of tires. During my visit, they diagnosed a bad alternator. Upon returning the van the next day for the alternator replacement and an oil change, unfortunately, the mechanic accidentally damaged the coolant line. Despite trying to fix it, they ended up causing more issues with the computer, coil wires, and CO2 sensor. They replaced my computer without my consent, but the vehicle still wouldn't run. I have been in touch with corporate and regional offices multiple times, but no one has reached out to assist. I'm waiting for a complete diagnostic by Friday to assess the full extent of the damage. This situation has been incredibly difficult, especially considering my health issues. I urge someone from Top Management to contact me urgently regarding this matter. Thank you, Michael D. I recently purchased 2 Michelin steering tires from your Newnan Ga. location on Friday, November 11, [redacted]. After being informed they would arrive on Saturday, I was surprised not to receive any notification. Upon checking on Sunday, I was told they had just arrived 40 minutes prior. I promptly headed to the store at 2:10 pm. Despite arriving before closing time, I was told there were two cars ahead of me and couldn't have the tires installed. I am disappointed by the misinformation provided, the delay, and the unhelpful service received from Spencer T. I am seeking a refund promptly, as I do not wish to do business with your store again due to this experience. Your attention to customer service and honesty needs improvement, and I hope to receive a refund for the tires purchased. Thank you. D.J. Brand.
