I was informed of a free 7-day trial on Monday. Initially, I was directed to log in for access, which I couldn't do. The following interaction with another person stated I had to wait 17 days until August 24th for the trial. Unfortunately, I was disconnected from the call. Subsequent calls resulted in similar information and abrupt hang-ups. I tried to inquire about starting the trial earlier, but was met with claims of no available supervisors to help. Despite being a premium member whose subscription ended on August 7th, the lack of clarity on the trial and the disrespect in communication have left me thoroughly disappointed. I am seeking resolution in the form of the promised trial or a free month's subscription to compensate for the inconvenience. After being a member of "Our Time" for six years, I was unexpectedly removed from the site on 5/27/19 due to alleged inappropriate messages that I did not send. Two months ago, I had to be reimbursed for unauthorized charges made to my bank account for features I did not authorize. The situation has been very distressing, especially since I have never faced trouble on a dating site before. Despite trying to resolve the issue and speak to a supervisor or manager about my account deactivation, the company has been unresponsive and is refusing to provide me with the corporate office phone number. They have accused me of being a danger to other members, which is untrue. The lack of communication and unfair treatment has been very upsetting, and I am considering taking legal action. I've been unable to access the "Our Time" website for the past month due to a change in their login procedure requiring the last 4 digits of the credit card I previously used. I've since replaced that card with a new one, causing a login issue. This is a new step that was not part of the process before. Prior to this, I had to reset my email password multiple times.

I recently resubscribed to Our Time on March 15, [redacted], opting for the $36.99 version with an additional $4.99 fee for a 6-month reconnection. However, I later discovered an unexpected $21.00 upcharge on my account. Despite my attempts to reach them via phone and email, I have had no luck with their customer service. After being on hold for 75 minutes this morning, I finally spoke with a customer service representative. I'm concerned about the security of my account. According to the representative, my account was flagged for fraudulent activity after being hacked on Saturday night. Upon logging in on Sunday morning, my photos were gone, replaced by someone else's images. When attempting to make changes in an effort to safeguard my account, I received a message saying my access was unavailable, though I managed to change my password. My inbox was empty, even though it had messages the night before, but I could view sent mail that I didn't send. It's distressing to experience this invasion of privacy and fraudulent behavior over a two-day period. I request that my account be thoroughly checked and that all my personal information be deleted. Hello, I've been a user on this site since [redacted] on and off, and I recently faced some challenges with the changes on the platform that made it hard to maintain conversations and manage connections. I alternated between using the desktop version and the app but encountered difficulties. Despite my efforts, I wasn't able to use the site last month to connect or recover my funds. Yesterday, on 8-9, I signed up for OurTime but couldn't access my account due to issues with the verification process not accepting my phone number. After spending hours trying to fix it, including chatting with OurTime support multiple times, I ended up cancelling my subscription. The cancellation number is James[redacted][redacted].
I just need the $58.48 charge on my MasterCard refunded because I haven't been able to use the service at all since subscribing.

I am extremely frustrated with the customer service I received. Despite canceling my service weeks ago, you continue to charge my account. It is incredibly disappointing that I cannot get a refund for these unauthorized charges. The lack of response and support is unparalleled. When I tried to contact the number provided, [redacted], I discovered it was not in service. How can a reputable business operate without a functioning contact number? Another instance was when I received a pop-up message instructing me to call the same number for assistance after accidentally deleting a photo. Yet again, the number was not working. This lack of reliable communication is unacceptable.

I am a subscriber with Ourtime. I recently followed the cancellation process outlined by Ourtime and was provided with Request No. [redacted] and Cancellation Confirmation No. [redacted][redacted]. Despite my cancellation, on 8/29, I received an email confirming a successful automatic renewal charging $[redacted].34 to my bank account. I deactivated my Ourtime account, "Gentle soul," with no auto-renewal months ago. Recently, I discovered a charge of $[redacted].36 on my Discover card bill, linked to my PayPal account, for a subscription to Ourtime on August 25, which I did not authorize. Please refund this charge as I have not used the Ourtime website or subscribed to it that day. If I decide to subscribe in the future, I will do it myself. Thank you.

I'm having trouble contacting Ourtime UK customer service via email as the messages are not sending. I've been unable to access my account for the past three days. The phone number doesn't seem to be working in the UK, which is frustrating as it's taking up a lot of my time trying to reach out. This situation is really unprofessional. Please fix this issue as soon as possible since I want to unsubscribe before the account renews and money is deducted. I'm quite unhappy with the service. There are also other issues with the app, but I don't have the time to go into details now.
