Hello, I have been receiving PUA in Pennsylvania, but then suddenly, it stopped due to two unresolved issues. It has been over two months, and I have not received any communication regarding this matter. Additionally, my children, who moved in with me during the pandemic and also filed for PUA benefits, are facing the same issue of not receiving payments for the past two months. We have submitted our ID information and informed them via email, but it has been two weeks since then, and there has been no response. I am in urgent need of the funds to cover my expenses.

Hello, my name is Monica Baker. I am in need of assistance regarding Prevention Point, a facility in Philadelphia, to apply for my unemployment benefits. Although I received my backpay, I have not received my weekly payments due to the facility's involvement in fraudulent activities. I am looking for a safe alternative address to receive my benefits as I have experienced safety concerns in Philadelphia. I have decided to move back to Luzerne County due to the hardships I faced, including being robbed. I have received a letter from U.S. Bank with unauthorized charges and I am taking legal action against the person who robbed me. I would appreciate guidance on how to proceed with my benefits and backpay. Please contact me at my alternate number [redacted] to explain the process. Thank you.

I have attempted multiple times over several days to contact someone by phone regarding the deposits made to my account. I am uncertain of their accuracy and wanted to confirm before utilizing the funds. Unfortunately, I have not received any responses through calls or online inquiries. I have taken the precaution of transferring the funds to my savings account to prevent accidental spending. I am disappointed with the lack of available assistance as there is no physical office to visit, the phone lines are consistently busy, and my emails have remained unanswered. It is frustrating to encounter these challenges.

I have been waiting on PUA unemployment benefits since July. After receiving payments for 5 weeks, they suddenly stopped due to active issues and 2 open issues. Despite filing for 10 weeks, my status still shows as pending with no payments received. I have not received any communication via email, phone, or mail. Every time I call, I am directed elsewhere with no resolution. Can anyone provide me with a direct contact number for PUA unemployment, which I believe is federal? I have not had any responses to the emails I sent in the last 2 months; they remain unread. I have submitted all necessary documentation, but no progress has been made. The number [redacted] did not assist me. I urgently need valid contact information to address this issue.

Hello, my name is Jonathan R. and I need assistance with my unemployment claim. I was let go from my job at Amazon due to a fever during the COVID disruption. I have been filing my biweekly claims but have not received any payments. I am struggling with bills for food and rent piling up. Despite trying to reach out to unemployment services, I haven't been able to speak with anyone to resolve my situation. I trust that you can help me with this matter promptly, as the situation could worsen if it remains unresolved. Thank you.

I recently received unexpected royalty payments from an oil well I own a share of. I got a check for $[redacted].98 on July 2nd and another check for $[redacted].41 on Oct. 2nd. No more payments are expected this year. I have not filed for the past 3 weeks of Unemployment benefits as I am unsure if I should consider this as earned income. I am in urgent need of advice to ensure I comply with the law. Can anyone guide me on whether I should continue filing for Unemployment, report the royalty checks as earned income, or declare no income?

I am having issues receiving my payments. My most recent payment was in September. I called last Sunday and was informed that I was supposed to receive a payment every other week. I previously emailed a lady explaining that I made errors on the website and have not received a response. I also need to report my income. I plan to show welfare and section 8 the paper that was sent to me because it indicates my income.

In July [redacted], I submitted two claims for 3 weeks of unemployment. The weeks included were ending on 6/20/20, 6/27/20, and 7/4/20. My Direct Deposit listed a payment of $[redacted].00 for each week but I have not received any funds. After waiting a few months, I was unable to reach a representative but was able to use the virtual chat on 10/5/[redacted]. I discovered that although the records were correct, the bank information on file was wrong. I was advised to file a FRAUD claim and update my bank details, which I did. It has been 6 weeks since then without any updates or benefits. I hope bringing attention to this matter will help. I am willing to provide my social security and pin number upon request.

I applied for PA Unemployment on July 9, [redacted]. I have not had traditional employment but have been doing gig work for years. I was informed that filing a regular claim would be denied due to my lack of work history but that I would automatically be enrolled in the PUA program. After waiting for weeks without any updates, I submitted another claim on August 16, [redacted]. Fortunately, I was quickly approved and received a Reliacard within a few days. Although I have been receiving the minimum weekly payment of $[redacted], I have not received the backpay I was told to expect. Despite sending multiple inquiries, I have not received any responses, and I am now facing homelessness due to the delay in processing my claim. I recently received a request for additional documentation for my backdate request, which has further delayed my benefits. I have been unable to reach anyone over the phone for assistance and I am desperate for help as the weather gets colder. Thank you. Best, R. S.

I received my financial determination notice in the mail today. The letter indicates that no wages were reported by any employer under my social security number during the base year. My social security number is correct, and I have continuously worked in PA for the past 11 years without interruption, never filing for unemployment. I would like to address the discrepancy in the report. I just received the notice today, December 3rd, at 11:10 AM, stating that the appeal deadline is November 30th. I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed.

Hello, my name is Brenon Underwood. In April [redacted], I applied for PUA assistance after my job offer got affected by the lockdown. Despite qualifying for the assistance, my job didn't materialize due to the lack of backlogged work. I applied to several other positions but faced challenges due to my parole requirements. Recently, issues arose with my unemployment claim being flagged as fraudulent because of my VPN settings, although I have never left Philadelphia since September [redacted]. I urgently need this matter rectified as I rely on this assistance to keep my housing and maintain my parole conditions. I have contacted the Pennsylvania Department of Unemployment but need further assistance to resolve this issue promptly. Your help in addressing this misunderstanding would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am reaching out regarding the delay in receiving my unemployment benefits. I work for First Student and have been out of work since March due to COVID-19. My husband, who works for Godshalls, is also facing the same issue with his unemployment benefits. This situation has left us with no other source of income. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to help us address this matter promptly. Thank you in advance for your help.

In December [redacted], I applied for benefits but accidentally opened two claims. With the assistance of a staff member from the unemployment office, one of the claims was removed, allowing me to file my bi-weekly claims as advised. However, since then, I have been unable to file any claims, including PUC, due to having an existing account. I urgently require assistance in obtaining my benefits from March [redacted] to September [redacted]. The delay in receiving these benefits has led to a significant financial burden for me.

I received a notice from unemployment on January 6, [redacted], regarding Extended Benefits (EB) eligibility. The notification was dated December 22, [redacted]. After my last payment in December, I was informed of a $0 balance and no further financial assistance available. Researching online, I discovered that the second stimulus bill wasn't approved until December 27 or 28, resulting in the closure of my claim on January 9. I attempted to reopen my claim online but have been unsuccessful. Despite multiple calls made at different times, I have yet to reach anyone for assistance. I'm concerned about losing money, including the $[redacted] weekly government bonus, and fear my claim expiring without any resolution. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

On July 10th, I submitted a biweekly claim. I received an email confirming that my claim was being processed. The email mentioned that I would receive a letter and a PIN through mail. However, I have not yet received these documents. When attempting to access my claim to add more weeks, I was unable to proceed as it requires a PIN that I have not received. While an account was created in my bank account, the balance remains at 0. I have made several unsuccessful calls, understanding the current workload you are facing. I am reaching out via email in hopes of understanding the status of my claim and how I can move forward in receiving payments or obtaining clarification. I appreciate your assistance. Thank you. T. I submitted my initial unemployment claim at the end of December. Subsequent claims have been processed and accepted, but there seems to be a lingering issue under review without resolution or any guidance on the next steps. My family and I are struggling as these delays are causing us financial hardship. Initially, I mistakenly indicated that I was unable to work, but this has since been updated without clear communication on how to proceed. On top of this, I am dealing with PA Domestic Relations seeking payments and outstanding fines, adding to my stress. I urgently need assistance as my patience is running thin, and I want to avoid any legal issues. Any help from your department would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Wayde B. from York, PA

I have been receiving unemployment benefits and was advised to apply for PUA. Although I have been filing weekly claims, I was supposed to file for EUC payments. My payments are still processing, and despite uploading all required documents, there has been no progress. I have been facing financial difficulties supporting my four children and finding employment has been unsuccessful. After waiting for hours to speak to a representative, I followed the instructions given, but my situation remains unresolved. I am in urgent need of assistance to understand the status of my payments. Thank you.

I am Frank C. JR wondering why I haven't received the additional $[redacted] with my regular PUEC payments. I have missing payments from January 21st to around March 24th. Despite following instructions to keep filing, I used the regular unemployment portal instead of the PUEC portal during that time, resulting in no pay for those weeks and no extra $[redacted] at all. I am seeking clarification on this issue. Thank you.

I have not received unemployment benefits since mid-March [redacted]. The Notice of Financial Determination was mailed to me on April 27, [redacted], and the base year began on April 18, [redacted]. I also got a Notice of Financial Determination for Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation dated April 6, [redacted], based on my UC claim from April 5, [redacted], to April 3, [redacted]. This is confusing, but I understood it as my PEUC continuing under my new claim starting April 18, [redacted]. I have not received any payments since mid-March [redacted]. When I filed for the week ending May 15, I received an acceptance notice and was told I could file for May 30 and June 4 if still unemployed. I registered under the new UC system but could only file from the week ending June 4. Why can't I file for the week ending May 30? Why have I not received the $[redacted]/week payment? All my claims since May 15 have not been processed or paid. Please let me know what information I need to provide or take any necessary action on your end to process and pay my claims promptly. Thank you for your help.

I am having trouble accessing my weekly benefit as the system shows I am disqualified. I have a continuous service history with Aramark at a school cafeteria and am currently not working until the school reopens. I have never had issues filing before, and this sudden disqualification is alarming. Can someone please rectify this situation promptly? I need the funds as soon as possible. I noticed the year-end date has also changed, and I believe there might be a misunderstanding regarding my employment status. I have had no breaks in employment except for when the school was closed. This is my third week without work, and I urgently need my benefits. I have attempted to contact UC over the phone without success. Please reach out to me for assistance, as I am eager to resolve this matter with your help. Thank you. Email: [redacted] Date of Birth: 10/09/[redacted] Last 4 of SSN: [redacted].
