Since mid-March, I have not worked a single day, and my unemployment card has not been loaded at all. When completing the initial unemployment application and the biweekly claims, there was a confusing question that led me to select "yes" instead of "no" regarding whether I was working due to Covid-19 circumstances. Despite now selecting "no" as I have not been working, the system is not allowing me to make a biweekly claim because it assumes I have worked during those weeks. I am in urgent need of guidance as I have bills to pay and have not received any assistance despite being told I would receive a call about this issue three months ago. I would appreciate any help in resolving this matter promptly.

I filed back in April and received my PIN, debit card, and eligibility letters from both UC and PUA with my benefit amounts. Although all claims went through, my PUA is now suspended, while my UC is still active, but I have not received any payments yet. After speaking with someone at PUA, they promised to call me back the next morning at 8 am, but they never did. None of my questions have been answered, and I am still awaiting payment. Despite being approved on 4/12/[redacted], I have been out of work since April 10. I am scheduled to return on June 29 and have not received any payments or explanations despite the promised callback. This situation is unfair, as the system seems to favor those who do not work. As a single mother of two, I have struggled to get help from this system with no success. I desperately need the money owed to me, even resorting to withdrawing my entire 401k to make ends meet over the past three months. What should I do now?

I have two issues to address. Firstly, I have not received my benefit check for my work week ending June 5, which should have been issued by June 24. I worked the following week and was off the week after, which I will report when I file next. I am anxiously awaiting the $[redacted] payment and concerned about not receiving it along with my unemployment benefits. Additionally, from March 30 to April 24, I was off work for four consecutive weeks and believe I am missing around $[redacted] to $[redacted] in benefits for that period. I am uncertain if I was paid correctly and believe I might be owed additional $[redacted] payments. I have emailed multiple times regarding this matter with no response. Thank you for looking into this for me. C. Marks [redacted] August 20, [redacted] Waterfall Road Hustontown, PA [redacted]

I recently applied for unemployment benefits and got approved for $7,[redacted]. I declared that I found a job, but after noticing unsafe COVID-19 practices at work, I left after 2 hours to safeguard my stepson and myself as I had been in contact with someone who tested positive. Now, my claim is under review, and I have bills to pay. I'm also awaiting my stimulus check. I've been trying to get in touch with someone for help, but I'm not making any progress. Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have not received payments for UC unemployment benefits since 5/23/20 despite filing regularly. I am a substitute teacher and believe I qualify for PUA pandemic benefits due to the closure of public school districts. I have not received responses to my emails seeking assistance. I am also eligible for regular unemployment benefits but have not received those either. The system instructs me to keep filing, which I continue to do. Even with the intervention of the state congressman's office, there has been no response from the state unemployment department. My name is Karl Klein from Pennsylvania. I am willing to provide the last 4 digits of my social security number if needed. The service center number has been unreachable, only giving a busy signal. You can reach me at [redacted] via phone, voicemail, or text message. I can also be contacted via email at [redacted] Thank you.

I encountered an issue with my claim and was instructed to contact [redacted]. Despite my efforts over the past few months, I have been unable to reach an agent due to busy phone lines. I am seeking assistance to resolve the problem with my claim and have unsuccessfully tried online support as well, encountering a high volume of inquiries. Although I received an email acknowledging my query, no guidance was provided on resolving the claims issue or connecting with an agent. Following my bi-weekly claim submission, I was prompted to call [redacted] as the claim was not processed. I am at a loss for further steps as I have exhausted my options. Kindly reach out to me via email or phone at [redacted] to address this matter.

I applied for Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA) due to being ineligible for regular Unemployment Compensation (UC). I successfully backdated my claim last week. I am currently awaiting the arrival of my ReliaCard, as the PUA website indicates that payments have been issued with a transaction number. However, when I attempted to file yesterday, I received a message stating that my claim is under review, with the payment labeled as "in progress." On my dashboard, it shows that my claim is active for regular benefits with one open issue, but the specific issue is not disclosed. Interestingly, when I access my claim details, it indicates that there are no outstanding issues. I have been diligently trying to contact both the PUA hotline and the UC service line without success. Despite attempting the chat feature numerous times, I have been unable to resolve this issue. My main goal is to identify the problem and understand the necessary steps to resolve it promptly in order to receive my payments.

During the pandemic, I filed for UC due to losing my job, and while they denied pandemic UC, regular UC was approved instead. I have been filing bi-weekly but have not received any funds. Upon checking, the status shows as closed/ineligible. When trying to refile for pandemic UC, I couldn't proceed as I have an open UC claim. I am in urgent need of assistance as I have lost my place to live and have no money or support since the start of the pandemic. Please reach out to me via the email I used for filing, [redacted], or the one provided below.

Yesterday, I submitted a claim for unemployment compensation. I unintentionally failed to report the 15 hours of paid time off (PTO) I received, and I would like to correct this oversight to ensure the accuracy of my information. My name is Edye M. Seitz, and I am employed by Assurant in York, PA. Although I am still with the company, there is no current work available, leading to the requirement of using PTO or facing unpaid leave. If this situation continues, I will deplete my PTO balance. I simply seek to rectify the section regarding my earnings in my application.

I was laid off on March 15, [redacted], due to COVID-19, and was receiving my unemployment payments as expected. Suddenly, my payments stopped, and I discovered the reason why. In March, the last payment was made through the company's personal check instead of the regular payroll. On June 10th, I was asked to return to work and was given a pay stub with a blank check, indicating a pay period that was not when I was employed. The pay stub was dated for May, a month during which I was not working. I want to clarify that I did not work between March 15, [redacted], and June 10, [redacted]. The inclusion of this misinformation on the pay stub has caused confusion and potentially impacted my benefits. I suspect some wrongdoing on the company's part, and I need assistance resolving this issue.

I am experiencing two issues with Pennsylvania unemployment that I am struggling to resolve. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to reach anyone by phone or live chat and have not received a response to my email. Initially, I discovered my claim year ended on 6/13 and although I reopened it, I was unable to file until 7/5. I am concerned about missing out on payments and wonder if it can be backdated. Secondly, I filed on 7/5 for the previous two weeks but have not received any payment. Surprisingly, I was able to file for a week ending on 7/11, though I am unsure why. I am worried about missing out on the payments I am entitled to. This financial support is crucial for me, and I would appreciate any assistance in resolving these issues. Thank you for your help.

I haven't received any payments from work since May 2, [redacted], due to lack of hours resulting in no pay. Despite filing biweekly claims with accepted copies, I have not received any updates. I have reached out to UC Help twice in June, and after contacting Sen. Dave Argall's office on July 8, they promised to pass on my information. George from PA UC Help tried to reach me on July 16, leaving a callback number that has been constantly busy since. I am desperate for answers regarding my pay as I have school taxes due and am struggling to cover living expenses.

Hello, I hope this message finds you well. My name is Charles G. Kroll, and I recently filed my first UC claim on June 16, [redacted]. I opted for direct deposit as my payment method, and my bank statement displayed a line entry from the PA Dept. of Labor & Industry. I anticipated my UC payments to be deposited, but as of now, no payments have been received. This situation is causing financial strain, and I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Warm regards, Charles G. Kroll

I applied for Unemployment Compensation (UC) in March due to job loss from the virus. After being denied regular UC, I was informed to apply for Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA). I received eligibility confirmation on 5-20-20. However, since then, I have had 18 weeks of certifications pending due to an identity verification issue. Despite uploading my documents and emailing them multiple times, there has been no response. This situation has left me in financial hardship, forcing me to cancel my car insurance and max out my credit card. The appeal window has also passed, leaving me unable to address any further issues. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I'm reaching out about my PUA claim. Recently, my benefits abruptly stopped. Whenever I attempt to file my weekly certification, it indicates that my claim is under review, and I might be contacted for additional documentation. Strangely, my claim summary shows no outstanding issues and states that the claim is not under review, without any open issues. I've already emailed [redacted] with detailed explanations and attached screenshots. Dealing with this has been financially stressful for me, impacting my family and business. I've tried calling the unemployment help desk repeatedly, but I only encounter a busy signal. I'm concerned about a potential issue or error causing this. I'm eager for someone to reach out and assist promptly. I sent the email from my personal address - [redacted] My contact number is [redacted]. Thank you, Aaron O'Neil, 7-27-[redacted]

This morning, I had to wait for over an hour to speak to a benefits representative in Harrisburg. After providing my information to Danielle, she directed me to an examiner in Altoona. I was placed on hold until close to 2:00 pm, then Tracy informed me I had been transferred to the wrong extension. She gave me a contact number, [redacted], but did not provide an extension number as requested by the automated system. The recording did not allow me to press 0 to connect with a person. After multiple attempts to input a four-digit extension, the call disconnected. Despite waiting around 3 to 4 hours, I still haven't resolved my issue. If the given phone number is incorrect, please provide a valid one along with the necessary extension numbers for Altoona.

Hello, I was approved for unemployment benefits back in late March and received a letter in the first week of April with a PIN for my USbank card. I continued to file biweekly, and while I have been receiving benefits deposited to my card, I have not received the retroactive money yet. I filed under the name Ann Nolan at [redacted] Meadowbrook Drive, Huntingdon Valley, PA [redacted]. The last 4 digits of my social are [redacted], and of my USbank card are [redacted]. My DOB is 4/30/[redacted]. I am 3 months behind on rent. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Ann Elizabeth Nolan CRNP, PMHNP-BC

Due to COVID-19, I became unemployed on April 18, [redacted]. I applied for benefits on May 6, [redacted]. Despite receiving a PIN in the mail, it was faulty. After requesting a new one, I waited over a month without any update. This prompted me to apply for PUA, causing further delay. Even after finally getting a new PIN in mid-July, I was deemed ineligible for Unemployment Compensation on the same day. I tried filing bi-weekly claims for the missed weeks, but encountered difficulties. Now in August, I am back to work but have yet to receive any assistance. The financial strain has been challenging, and I am unable to cover my expenses. I am hoping to receive the back pay owed from the period of unemployment.

I filed for unemployment, but they only backdated the week I applied for. I couldn't claim the previous weeks, including May. I want to know why I'm not receiving my backdated money and how to resolve this issue. I've tried contacting the unemployment office both by phone and email, but haven't been successful. I appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

To whom it may concern, I work in the oil & gas sector, currently based in Kazakhstan. Due to the pandemic, I was evacuated from Kazakhstan by Chevron in March and now qualify for Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA). I recently relocated from TX to PA and need to file for regular PA Unemployment Insurance Claims (UIC) before applying for PUA. Although I know I don't qualify for regular UIC benefits, I understand that I must submit an application and receive a formal denial before proceeding with PUA. However, entering my foreign employer's details into the online UIC form has proven challenging. I have attempted to reach out by phone and through the chat line, but have had no success. I am unable to find any physical office locations for in-person assistance. How can I address this issue? I am at a standstill as I cannot move forward with my PUA application without first completing the UIC paperwork, which is proving difficult due to technical constraints and lack of communication channels. Any assistance on this matter would be highly appreciated. Thank you, R. T.
