I am currently enrolled in the extended unemployment compensation program. Recently, I attended a two-day orientation for a job at Swift Transportation in Syracuse, New York. Unfortunately, I was informed that my A1C levels were too high to qualify for the driver position. As a result, I did not get the job. I have reported that I will receive $[redacted].00 for attending both days of orientation. However, I only received $[redacted].00 for two weeks instead of my usual $[redacted].00 per week, totaling $[redacted].00 for two weeks. I am unsure if there was a mistake in my filing. I am hoping that the $[redacted].00 payment can be deducted from my regular two-week pay to cover my expenses while I am not working. I would appreciate it if someone could review this issue promptly. Thank you.

I submitted my unemployment claim on 3/26/[redacted]. I received the email confirming receipt but have not received my PIN or letter of Determination. Missing filing my biweekly claim has affected me, and I urgently require the funds. The absence of a PIN is preventing me from checking the claim status. I sent a fax with the same details but have not had a response in 10 days. Others who filed later than me have received their PIN and payments. I want to avoid refiling to prevent further delays. My name is Samuel Schlechter, and the last 4 digits of my social security number are [redacted]. When I applied, I had a second job in Illinois, which has since been reduced to 25% of the income I reported. My total income dropped from $10,[redacted] to under $2,[redacted] monthly, making it crucial for me to receive the unemployment benefits promptly.

I submitted a claim on 3/20/20 and after 4 weeks, I got an email on 4/14 about a new determination letter. However, 9 days later, I still haven't received the letter or any benefits. I've been trying to call for the past 3 days, making around [redacted] attempts a day, and my chat requests end abruptly after 60 seconds. It takes 24 days to get an email response, and when I check the benefits claim website and my direct deposit account, there's no update on my payments. By 4/26, I will have filed 6 weeks of bi-weekly claims. Even before the pandemic, it took 10-15 days to receive a determination letter. It's frustrating that mail from my local state takes longer than mail from Hawaii. I urgently need my UC Benefits paid or at least an explanation for the delay.

I have two jobs, one as a [redacted] employee and the other as a [redacted] employee. I've been unemployed since March 15th and filed for unemployment. However, I filled out separate claims for each job on the website. I'm struggling to get help as I've been spending three hours daily trying to reach someone. I had to get a new pin number as I couldn't recall the old one. I need the new pin to complete my filing. I was supposed to file on the 26th, but I'm unsure if the necessary documents are on their way in the mail. I urgently need guidance on how to file for the weeks I missed. I understand things are hectic, but I'm in a financial bind and need assistance to pay my mortgage, bills, and buy food. I received the $[redacted] stimulus check, but it's already used up. I would be grateful for a call or email. I believe I may require speaking to someone directly for assistance with the missed weeks. Thank you for your help.

My workplace is trying to deny my unemployment claim because I fell ill with virus symptoms such as a sore throat and fever. Initially, they mentioned that they might reject my claim due to delayed coronavirus test results. Even though my test came back negative, my doctor advised me not to work with any virus symptoms. There's a concern that the chemicals used for sanitization at work might have caused my sinuses and throat to become severely irritated. The doctor recommended seeing a specialist as something seems to be affecting my sinuses and throat. I was instructed not to return to work until I recover and possibly get retested. I fear going back to work even after I get better. I was informed that they cannot deny my unemployment claim because I got sick at work.

To whom it may concern,
I have recently completed submitting all my unemployment claims on the PAU website for the past weeks. I mistakenly entered the wrong earnings for two months. The correct earnings should be $5,[redacted].35 for the week ending on 03/21/20 and $6,[redacted].12 for the week ending on 04/18/20. I acknowledge that the income entered is accurate; however, I simply misreported the amounts over the two months due to confusion with the new system. Additionally, the system incorrectly indicates that I am not totally unemployed as of week ending on 05/07/20. I want to clarify that I am still unemployed and the income I am receiving is residual income from previous accounts over the past 14 years. Despite this being income, I have been unable to seek new accounts due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on small businesses and the stay-at-home orders. I am a self-employed [redacted] worker. For any inquiries, please reach out to me at ([redacted])-[redacted] or email me at [redacted]
Thank you,
Thomas R Crabtree

My claim was last processed on March 22, [redacted]. After filing for my last check and logging out, I attempted to reopen my claim online but have not received any updates. I was expecting to return to work before the shutdown occurred, with my last paid week being March 14, [redacted]. Despite trying to complete my bi-weekly claim on 4-5, 4-19, and 5-3, I'm uncertain if I'm doing it correctly or if there's a different process I should follow. I've been unable to reach live chat or phone support and currently have no income. I possess a pin number but require assistance in reopening my claim to access my unemployment benefits. Unable to work, I lack the means to support myself financially. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently lost my job due to the pandemic after working there for a year. My boss recommended that I apply for unemployment benefits, which I did. I received my PIN and have been submitting my claims weekly, but I haven't received any payments. I was surprised to receive a letter stating I'm ineligible for benefits. I don't understand the reasons behind this decision as my unemployment is directly related to the current situation. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to discuss this matter further.

After smoothly processing a claim at the end of April, I encountered an issue with my biweekly claim. The system listed my previous position from [redacted] as my current occupation, prompting me to input gross income for a place I haven't worked at in over a year. Despite ensuring the information was correct during the initial application, I now face this dilemma. Unfortunately, contacting a person for assistance seems impossible. The biweekly claim does have an option to include income from "Other" positions, but it restricts me from entering all my income, which solely comes from my current job. This situation is frustrating, especially considering the risks associated with providing incorrect information on claims. As my current occupation is inaccurate, it further complicates the process. Any guidance on how to address this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I filed on April 24th and have received my PIN and financial determination. I also got a replacement debit card. I work as a nurse visiting people's homes, and have experienced all the symptoms of COVID-19, including fevers. Due to this, I've had to stay home for 72 hours each time I needed to take Tylenol. The Pennsylvania Department of Health arranged for me to get a COVID-19 test, which took 2 days to register and another 3 days for the results, fortunately, it was negative. I fear that my financial situation could impact my health. I have all the necessary documentation from my employer, emails from PADOH, and information from Governor Wolf's press conferences. I followed all the recommended guidelines for public health and safety for the sake of my clients and, most importantly, my medically compromised daughter and grandson living with me. Both had documented lung issues before the pandemic. I've served as a nurse for 29 years, following the instructions from the government, DOH, CDC, and WHO. Like many others, I am facing financial struggles due to the pandemic. I hope for a resolution. Thank you.

Hello,
I am Raymond W. Lucas, an individual dealing with a dual diagnosis disability related to mental health. I am reaching out regarding my application and claim for unemployment compensation. I have encountered challenges that seem overwhelming to me but believe they can be resolved if I can connect with the appropriate representative at your organization.
I made an error on my initial bi-weekly statement, incorrectly stating additional income from working other than what I earned from Keystone Cleaning, the sole employer I worked for. The amount listed under "other income from working" was $[redacted].00, which I realize now was inaccurate. Despite my attempts to address this issue, I have been unable to get in touch with anyone for assistance.
At this point, I am unsure of my current status or how to proceed in receiving my payments. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Raymond W. Lucas

I tried to file my claim online this morning for the previous 2 weeks. After entering the information for the first week and submitting, the final page showed a filing for the week of 4/11/20 instead of the second week. I managed to enter the weeks of 5/10 and 5/17 but need assistance with the week of 4/11/20. I had also asked about my eligibility for earlier weeks in April with no response, understanding the current backlog. This situation may require additional weeks and documentation. Please contact me when you can. Thank you.

I have not yet received payment for a bi-weekly claim I filed over two weeks ago on 05/10. I had been receiving payments for over a month without issues. The website shows my claim is active and funded, but the most recent payment listed is from a bi-weekly claim I made about a month ago. I have continued to file claims and have emails confirming they were accepted. I have tried calling, using the web chat, and emailing, but I always get kicked off the chat due to high volume, and I have never gotten through on the phone. I am still waiting for a response to the email I sent more than 10 days ago.

I have not received a check since April 16, which has been six weeks. I had reported a $[redacted] bonus I received on April 10 but earned back in March. Instead of deducting it from my pay, they stopped my checks. I file claims bi-weekly, and they say they are accepted, but no check arrives. My case is active with a balance of over $9,[redacted]. My salon cannot open for a while, my car is at risk of repossession, and my health insurance is about to lapse. Please help me as soon as possible. There is no reason my life and credit should be affected because of someone's mistake on my account. I kindly request that all the money owed to me, from arrears to the current date, be released promptly.

I have been waiting for quite some time to receive the money owed to me. It has been about 8 weeks since I was approved, and I have my pin and card. I have been diligently paying taxes for years, and it's disheartening to see others who have only worked briefly receiving a substantial amount in unemployment benefits. I have followed all the necessary guidelines, but now my utilities are at risk of being disconnected, I owe money to the bank, and my car, crucial for work, is facing repossession. I have a young child at home, and the stress of not being able to provide for my family due to the effects of Covid-19 is causing me immense distress. I kindly request someone to review my case and expedite the release of my funds to alleviate the financial strain I am under. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm Norman Mccrea. I filed an initial claim on April 3, but received my PIN and card six weeks later. I was able to file my claims using the automated system. I received a new card and filed a biweekly claim on May 24, but haven't received payment yet. I've been trying to reach unemployment without success.

My last day of work was 3/24/20, but being part-time, I wasn't sure if I was eligible for unemployment benefits. I filed my initial claim on 4/15/20 and received an eligibility and pin number, but unfortunately, I have misplaced them. I tried requesting the numbers online about three weeks ago, but haven't received them yet. I would like to know how I can backdate my claim from the date I stopped working and how to apply for the federal PUC benefits. Thank you.

I applied for regular unemployment and received an email confirming approval. After submitting 2 or 3 biweekly claims, I got emails stating they were approved but never received any payments. It took continuous redialing for 6 days to reach the unemployment office, only to be informed that I wasn't financially eligible. I then applied for PUA for the weeks I was off but also didn't receive any payments. The website claimed I had no work history, despite providing details of my last 3 jobs during the application. Another letter arrived indicating I was now financially eligible for regular unemployment, so I reapplied, uncertain if it went through. I'm still grappling with the issue of the 3 weeks of unemployment that I apparently wasn't eligible for regular unemployment.

Since March 13, [redacted], I haven't worked at all, and my unemployment card hasn't been loaded. When I applied for unemployment, there was a confusing question about whether I was working due to COVID-19 circumstances; I mistakenly answered yes. Now, even though I select "no" because I haven't worked, I can't make a biweekly claim. I was supposed to receive a call for help two months ago but never did. I need guidance to resolve this issue as I need the money. Please call me at [redacted] to guide me on what steps to take. Thank you.

My name is Jacob A. and my last four of my social is [redacted]. My filing date and time were 2/9/[redacted] at 3:33:53 PM. I have been following the instructions provided on the ic.pa.gov website. I have filed every bi-weekly claim since February 2nd but have not received any payments. My landlords, bill collectors, bank, and family are all asking for money I owe them. I am struggling immensely. Last Friday, I called the unemployment number continuously from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with no success. The live chat also had high volume and ended without assistance. I am unsure what steps to take next. I urgently need the money I have worked hard for to prevent losing everything. Your help is greatly appreciated.
