I purchased three Pegasus bathroom faucets and initially, I was pleased with their appearance and function. Unfortunately, all three have experienced the same issue within the past year - a malfunction in the drain mechanism. The plunger that controls the stopper gets stuck in the down position, causing water to be trapped in the sink and preventing proper drainage.
To clarify the components, the "stopper" is the chrome top with Pegasus labeling, while the plunger mechanism is the device behind the faucet for raising and lowering the stopper.
Upon the first failure, I improvised a solution by drilling a hole in the stopper to manually lift it and allow the water to drain, damaging it in the process. The subsequent faucets experienced the same problem, with one now permanently unable to hold water due to separating the stopper mechanism from the plunger.
As of now, the third faucet is still holding water as I have not attempted any repairs yet.

I purchased the Pegasus Luca pull-out spray faucet with soap dispenser in brushed nickel, model FP0A5012BNV from Home Depot. Unfortunately, the soap dispenser is not functioning correctly. Home Depot informed me of a lifetime warranty on your product. Could you please send me a replacement soap dispenser or inform me where I can pick one up? I am in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and my address is [redacted] Galt Ocean Drive #[redacted], Fort Lauderdale, Florida, [redacted]. I am looking forward to your response and hope for a satisfactory resolution. Thank you in advance. - HZ

I am in need of replacement parts for my Pegasus Chrome Series [redacted] Bath widespread faucet. The cold and hot water handles, cartridges, retaining nut, screws, and any other necessary parts need to be replaced as both handles are corroded, leaking, and slipping when turning them on and off. For my Verdanza widespread Chrome faucet in another bathroom, I require complete handle assemblies for both hot and cold, including the body, cartridges, retaining nuts, and screws. Additionally, the small screw on the spigot's screen tip is corroded, causing water to shoot out onto the counter and mirror. I kindly request replacements for these components. Please confirm if there are any issues with sending these parts to my address. Thank you.
