Hello, I mistakenly transferred two payments to Payoneer. The first payment was to Pablo Sepa with reference number 8[redacted] for [redacted] Euros. The second payment was to RIABOS HAPKA ZHANNA Sepa with reference number 8[redacted] for [redacted] Euros. I contacted Payoneer, but they stated there would be no refund. I have not heard back from them since. I am reaching out to you as I am unsure of what steps to take next as they are not responding. I paid for something through an ad on eBay Kleinanzeigen for furniture but never received the product. The buyer, Simon Stancu, requested payments through Payoneer, including a delivery fee of [redacted] Euros and an advance payment of [redacted] Euros in Bitcoin. I paid these amounts expecting a refund once Simon Stancu deposited the initial payment I made into the separate account established for this purpose. However, I received a message from Payoneer demanding a total of [redacted] Euros for taxes with no explanation. I have been trying to communicate with them for a resolution but have not received any responses. I am a retiree and urgently need the money. Please assist me. Thank you. I registered my first Payoneer account a long time ago, but I no longer have access to it. Yesterday, I created a new account with the email [redacted] (Customer Id: [redacted]3), but it got blocked because the system detected that the details were already linked to an existing account that I can't access anymore. I've tried reaching out to customer support, but I only received an automated response. I'm hoping to connect with a support representative who can assist me in deleting the old account (for which I lack details) and verifying my new account, as it's crucial for receiving payments from Appen Connect. I'm willing to provide any additional information or documentation needed for verification.

In [redacted], I tried to create an account but was rejected due to being under 18. Now that I am 18, I reapplied in [redacted], only to be told I can't have two accounts by Payoneer. Subsequently, my account was blocked. I'm not looking for two accounts, just one to receive funds. Despite reaching out to Customer Support, I haven't had any luck. I'm based in Pakistan and don't have a US phone number.

Despite submitting the necessary documents to update my name, the change has not been processed. I regret the error and understand that using multiple accounts is not allowed. Hello. I am Billy B. from Uganda. I recently joined Amazon KDP to publish a book, but there are no wire transfer services available for Uganda. They suggested using Payoneer, and my Payoneer application got approved. I now require a Receiving Account. However, when seeking details about it and the questionnaire process, I am receiving automated responses that do not address my specific concerns. The "live chat" options and email responses are also unhelpful. As calling the US is costly, I am unsure what to do next. I am seeking a direct and clear response to my inquiry.

Hello, I'm looking to restore my old account that I opened a long time ago. Somehow, I missed the confirmation of my registration and didn't log in for a while. When I tried to access it, I found out it was blocked. I contacted support, received an automatic response asking me to create a new account with a new email, which I did. However, I was notified that I already have an account that got blocked, contradicting the instructions. I wonder if my old account was blocked due to inactivity or violating rules, even though I haven't used the service yet. I recently sent a Money Wire Transfer to Metropolitan Commercial Bank in New York. Upon calling the bank, they confirmed receiving the funds and directed me to contact Payoneer for updates on the transfer reaching the correct account. Despite multiple attempts to reach Payoneer and facing verification challenges, I eventually provided the required wire transfer details to an agent. Following a discussion, Payoneer confirmed the accuracy of the information provided, ensuring the funds' imminent arrival in the designated account. Although the money was expected by July 22nd, it has not yet reflected. I seek assurance that the funds will be in the account no later than the end of July 22nd. Prompt attention to this matter is crucial as the transfer was initiated on July 19th. Your prompt assistance is appreciated.

Hello. I'm reaching out because I have been facing difficulties when trying to manage my Payoneer account in Russia. I have a couple of questions that need clarification: 1. I have noticed that Payoneer in Russia seems to only work with a VPN. Are there any alternative methods to access my account securely? Will frequent use of a VPN cause any issues with accessing my account regularly? 2. Even though I am not a Russian resident, I reside in Russia. Initially, I linked my wife's Tinkoff Bank account, who is a Russian citizen, to my Payoneer account. Recently, I acquired a Russian visa and opened my own bank account with Tinkoff Bank that I would like to use instead. I am encountering problems removing my wife's unverified bank account. Every time I try to access the "Verification Center" to provide additional documents for verification, I am logged out of my account prompting me to log in again in a continuous loop. Accessing the Verification Center directly does not seem to resolve the issue. I would appreciate any assistance with resolving these challenges as I am expecting a payment soon from a project with Appen, and I need a confirmed account for the transaction. Hello, I requested to close my old account linked to [redacted] Thank you for closing it. However, I created a new account with the email [redacted] for Payoneer. I received a message stating I can't have two accounts, so I closed the old one. Unfortunately, the new account was also disabled. Hello, I recently lost my partner of 30 years who managed our Tunecore/Payoneer accounts. As the copyright owner of all the songs in our Tunecore account, I am still receiving royalties and would like to gain control of the account. I have submitted a registered envelope to Tunecore containing my partner's death certificate, our marriage certificate, a power of attorney from the surviving husband granting me attorney-in-fact status, and a standard claim of property form. Are there any additional steps I need to take? Should I also reach out directly to Payoneer and Tunecore? I couldn't find any information about transferring ownership after a death. Good afternoon, I am facing difficulties with creating a new account or accessing my old one due to my previous account being blocked by Payoneer. The account was mistakenly blocked because of a misunderstanding regarding my location in relation to the sanctioned territories. I have since obtained a document confirming my status as a non-resident of the affected areas and would like to either restore my old account or create a new one. I have contacted Payoneer support and was informed that my request is under review, but it has been over two weeks and I have not received a resolution. Hello, I received an email today informing me that my Payoneer account has been closed. I have always tried to abide by Payoneer's policies, and I am confused about why my account was closed. Unfortunately, the support team has been unresponsive, and the suggested solution only leads to a repetitive cycle: in order to ask a question, I need to log in, which requires unlocking the account, and to unlock the account, I must contact support. I have attempted various methods such as password recovery and trying different browsers, devices, and IP addresses, but have been unable to gain access.
