I have an old card linked to my PayPal account, but I can't access my account because I forgot the email associated with it. I want to cancel the old account to create a new one. Today, my old card expired, and I have a new one. I'll contact my bank for assistance as there isn't enough support in Europe for these matters. Please reach out to me via email to resolve this issue. Thank you! Nikola

Last Friday, I received two suspicious emails which I promptly reported to the spoof site. On Saturday morning, upon reviewing my bank account, I was alarmed to find four unauthorized charges totaling $1,[redacted].18 on my debit card. The charges included $1,[redacted].00 for a City of Chicago Ticket with a service charge of $22.06 and $[redacted].41 for a City of Chicago Parking Ticket with a service fee of $3.71. I am seeking a prompt refund of this amount. Despite alerting the site about the suspicious emails, I am disappointed that no action was taken. I now request a refund via a physical check due to the circumstances. The transactions occurred on the evening of September 27th and were noticed by me on the morning of September 28th. Thank you. - A. Durbin

On July 4, [redacted], I made a purchase with Visa through PayPal from one of your clients. I received the goods, but they did not fit. Despite multiple requests to the client for a return authorization, I have not received a response. I am now looking to Visa/PayPal for assistance in charging back the client. Your prompt attention to this issue is greatly appreciated. Reference: PP VIPCS [redacted].

I received a refund for a charge on a Netflix subscription that was previously canceled. The refund from Netflix is now showing in my PayPal account. Unfortunately, my account is overdrawn, and I am being charged $30 for each declined transaction. I checked my bank account and noticed another pending retry debit from Netflix for $12.99. This retry could lead to an additional fee, whether it clears or not. I am attempting to prevent this retry before it processes because PayPal should be aware that a refund was issued and the Netflix subscription was canceled. I should not have incurred any charges on my bank account.

I encountered an issue with accessing my PayPal account as my saved password wasn't accepted. I attempted to reset the password and verified my email successfully. However, I faced delays with the phone number verification codes, resulting in expired codes each time I entered them. Despite solving a CAPTCHA to confirm I'm human, I continually received a message stating, "Sorry, we couldn't verify that it's you."

I purchased 2 dress materials from Falakenoor Boutique on April 23rd, and received an email later stating that the product was no longer available. After reaching out multiple times to Falakenoor, on August 22nd, I was informed they had processed a refund from their end. They advised me to contact PayPal to claim my refund since the item was not received. However, I do not have a PayPal account. I am waiting to receive a refund of Rs.[redacted].90. Can someone please assist me in resolving this and getting my money back? Thank you.

I can't access my PayPal account as the phone number linked to it is incorrect. Even though I receive the 6-digit code via email, I am not getting the SMS code as the phone number is wrong. I believe PayPal needs to update the phone number associated with my account to resolve this issue. I've tried contacting customer service multiple times without success. Can someone assist me with this matter promptly? My account email is [redacted] Thank you.

I encountered an issue with a refund through PayPal. A customer requested a refund for an item they no longer wanted, which I tried to process, but the funds would not go through until October 8th. Additionally, there was confusion with another customer's payment of £13.20, where it seemed like a refund was issued when the customer actually wanted to purchase the item. To my surprise, PayPal made two unauthorized withdrawals from my account, one for £23 and another for £22.33. I am distressed as I only owe £23 to the first customer, and I am saving up for a flight after losing money due to the Thomas Cook situation. I urgently need these issues resolved as I have been attempting to reach PayPal for assistance with no success. Thank you for resolving this promptly.

I bought one small item from this company for six dollars without any shipping charges. They unexpectedly added an expensive item with a high shipping cost. After speaking with someone at PayPal, I believed the issue was resolved, canceled the order, and changed my password. Today, I received both items and was charged for them despite canceling. I am frustrated as this should have been resolved already. I am seeking a refund.

I contacted because I had a free trial with Britbox and canceled my subscription. I confirmed the cancellation with them, but I discovered 2 unauthorized charges in an odd amount within 3 weeks, which appears to be fraudulent. I initiated a dispute online without reporting a lost or stolen card. However, I now have a new card issued, preventing me from accessing my funds to make a car payment urgently. I did not authorize a new card and was not informed before it was issued. How can we address this situation? Can I obtain the new card information and use it to make a payment, or does it require activation?

Hello,
I am experiencing login issues with my account since yesterday. Despite numerous attempts, I have not received the 6-digit mobile verification number needed to proceed with the login. I have also tried to reset my password without success. The error message I receive instructs me to try again later. I urgently need access to my PayPal account to purchase essentials like milk and diapers for my baby. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention and understanding.

I encountered an issue with a Groupon voucher for Arthur's Pizza Maroubra where the transaction to purchase two medium pizzas, garlic bread, and wine for two people failed. Despite this, $7.75 was still deducted from my bank account on October 4th via PayPal. I am requesting a reversal for these duplicate deductions as I was unable to receive the coupon from Groupon. Thank you. Cheers, Robert.

I connected my PayPal email address ([redacted]) to a third-party service provider tool (GCash) for fund transfers. The connection was successful, as it shows as approved in my PayPal account's preapproved payment plans under settings. However, I received a message stating, "To protect your account, this preapproved payment has been deactivated. To reactivate it, reset your PIN." I have searched my PayPal account for the option to reset the PIN without success. I want to clarify that this issue is not related to my GCash pin, as the message is from PayPal. I attempted to cancel the preapproved payment plan and set it up again, but the problem persists.

I made an order on Facebook over a month ago and have not received my items. The charges on my credit card show PayPal as the charging party. I tried reaching out to PayPal, but they redirected me to a site asking for another credit card number, which I found suspicious since I don't have a PayPal account. The charges show as $48.90 on September 3, [redacted], under PayPal*DIGIMEDIALT, #[redacted]01 BGR, and $[redacted].13 on September 3, [redacted], under PayPal *pecile [redacted] CA. Since I haven't received the items and do not have a PayPal account, I would like a refund for these two charges on my credit card.

I would like to speak with a supervisor based in the United States, if available. I am experiencing difficulties with funds being released in my Uber account as it keeps showing payment declined. When signing up, I used the first initial "H" for my PayPal account, but my documents have my full name as Heather, which includes my middle name. I have updated all relevant information and I hope to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you for your time and attention. You can reach me at [redacted]. I am looking forward to your call at your earliest convenience. I apologize for the lengthy message. Thank you.

While in the process of sending money to a friend, an internal error occurred, halting the transaction. Since then, there has been difficulty in using a debit card as a funding source. Despite adding the debit card to the account, the system prompts to add a funding source again when trying to send money. Additionally, experiencing a security breach where an unauthorized individual accessed the account to send an invoice and make changes to the address and phone number. This has now led to a request for verification of identity. Confusion remains as to why the debit card cannot be used for sending money, especially after confirming its active status with the debit card customer service.

Good morning. I recently attempted to renew my Norton Security subscription using my Chase credit card but encountered an error during the transaction. I then tried using Paypal, and the same issue occurred. Despite this, I noticed that $69.98 was deducted from my Paypal account. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in obtaining a refund for this payment. Thank you for your help.

I made a purchase on Myntra using my PayPal account to take advantage of a new user offer. Although the payment was deducted, the order was not processed. After 12 hours, the order was cancelled, and the refund was credited to my PayPal wallet instead of my bank account as per the policy. I am unsure if this failed transaction will count towards the offer for new users on Myntra. My email account is [redacted]

I forgot my password for my PayPal account. I can access my email, but when I try to reset the password, I receive a six-digit code that I enter on the PayPal page. Unfortunately, it then asks for another security question with a six-digit number sent to a phone number that is no longer in use. This is preventing me from completing the password reset process. How can I reset my password without the six-digit code sent to the old phone number?
