When I try to link it, I encounter an error. I am not sure if the issue is because my name on PayPal is Ana Calvo Abraldes, and my bank account lists me as Ana María Calvo Abraldes. About a year ago, there was an issue with my business PayPal account where passwords were being changed, and unauthorized activity was occurring with debit cards and bank accounts linked to my account. After contacting customer service multiple times without any resolution, I decided to close the account. I installed the online game Solitaire King and received a reward that I redeemed via PayPal. After waiting for almost 20 days, I checked the status of my cashout of $1,[redacted], which showed the message "payment successful". I ordered 2 items from a Facebook ad. After waiting for 3 months, I finally received them, but they are smaller than expected and not as described. When I contacted PayPal for assistance, they were not very helpful. The name of the company on my bank statement was different, which added to my confusion as a senior. I am trying to return the order, but I don't have the company's address. I reached out to PayPal, and they provided me with an email address to request a shipping label for the return; however, they mentioned they might not cover the cost. As a senior on a limited budget, I believe there should be a US return address available for easier returns.

On April 8th, I promptly contacted PayPal regarding an unauthorized charge of $54 from RYZE. Despite leaving a message, I have not received any response. It is crucial that I speak to a representative to have the funds refunded to my account promptly. I did not consent to recurring payments, nor did I sign up for any subscriptions. My intention was a one-time purchase of RYZE coffee, not an ongoing automatic deduction from my account.

I recently noticed that Total AV, the software company, has charged me without my permission and the updated charge is more than their regular price. I did not authorize this charge, especially since I haven't used their service for over a year. I already have a VPN and Windows antivirus, so I don't need their service. The $[redacted] charge for antivirus software that I can get for free is not something I would ever approve of. I plan to contact them to discuss this issue.

To reiterate my current issue via email: I am unable to access my PayPal account as I no longer have my old SIM card to verify my identity during login. My wallet and phone were stolen. Upon recovering my phone, I discovered an unauthorized PayPal transaction in processing. After contacting PayPal, I received no help. Repeated calls led to confusing conversations with different individuals and redirection to Venmo. My wife and I are willing to provide testimony and take a polygraph test to prove our case. We urge PayPal to rectify the situation promptly. Our trust in PayPal has been shaken, and restoration will require significant effort on their part. I recently sent 1 Euro as a test to the email [redacted], which turned out to be the correct email. Afterwards, I sent 25 Euro to an email address that was similar, [redacted], by mistake. I am now trying to get the 25 Euro back, but there has been no response from the recipient when I reached out.

I am having trouble setting up my PayPal account to enable me to create a "Donate button." I currently have a personal account under [redacted] and attempted to create a business account using [redacted]
1. For [redacted], I managed to create a button but cannot receive funds as users are receiving a message stating the transaction has been declined due to international regulations.
2. As for [redacted], I am unable to create the button at all.

I was asked to provide additional information to verify my identity, with the promise of the process taking one day or less. It has now been six days with no progress. A dispute was filed against me, and although the ruling was in my favor, my account remains inaccessible, with the promised $75 still unavailable. If these issues are not resolved by 9:00 a.m. EST on April 20th, [redacted], I will escalate my complaints to consumer protection financial bureau, the Ohio attorney general's office, and the Federal Reserve. I insist on immediate access to my funds without further delays.

I have three PayPal accounts that are linked to old phone numbers and email addresses that I have permanently lost access to. As a result, I am unable to sign in. I would like to first check for any available balance on these accounts and then merge the account information to add all valid cards to my current active account. One of the inaccessible accounts is involved in a dispute, and PayPal owes me a large sum of money to be refunded. I am experiencing issues with making a payment to VapeClub in the amount of £39.00. I recently cleared a £12 debt with Paypal, but I am still facing difficulties with completing transactions. On April 19th, €[redacted] was sent to Monica Morelli at [redacted] for a studio rental in Cannes. The money cannot be retrieved from the bank, and the receipt received was under Giuliana Guastalla's name at the same email address. Contacted the office in Israel with no response. Morelli now requests the money be sent directly to her bank account at BNP Parisbas in Cannes. Please confirm if this is feasible or cancel the deal and refund the money.
