I am facing issues with PayPal's security verification process. They are requesting me to answer security questions and upload my ID, but the upload is not working. Additionally, I am unable to send money from a card previously used or from my PayPal balance, despite having enough funds. This situation is frustrating, as I have sufficient money but cannot access it. This has caused a lot of distress over the past two days for my husband and me. I was charged for an item I never received that I ordered back in September. I ordered two items, but only one was delivered. The company is jdanpd. The invoice ID is b3d48926fcf4bc7416a46bc5a2e7c8de. I am having trouble logging into my PayPal account and I am not sure what is happening. Unsure if my account is still active or if I need to create a new one. My PayPal account should be linked with my Prime credit card. When I try to log in with my email, it says it is not associated with PayPal, but I am certain it is the correct email. On November 10, [redacted], I bought a second-hand Boss 7-ton electric wood splitter online from Goodingon in the USA at [redacted] I was charged $90.70 USD ($[redacted].96 CAD) by Paypal, shown on my Mastercard statement as Paypal*FLANMWMVAIJ. The Goddingon transaction ID is 85J939EG984904R, with the payment going to [redacted] After 8 weeks passed with no wood splitter received and no shipment notification, I tried to reach out to Goodingon to no avail. There is no phone number listed, and my emails have gone unanswered, leading me to believe it might be a scam. I am disputing this payment due to non-receipt of the wood splitter.

As a university student working part-time as a freelancer on Upwork, I wanted to connect my PayPal as the preferred payment method on Upwork just in case I receive payment from clients but it's not accepted because the names on Upwork and PayPal don't match. When registering on PayPal, it asked for my first name, middle name, and last name. I filled it out according to my ID without realizing that my PayPal name doesn't match my Upwork username. The PayPal name should match my Upwork account name. I tried to request a name change on PayPal from middle name to last name and remove the middle name to match my Upwork account but was unsuccessful as I am not married or divorced, just a student. Is it possible to change my middle and last name on PayPal to match it with my Upwork account if I'm not married or divorced?

I filed a claim about a week ago, and they are now stating that the product was delivered on Sunday. There was no package left at my house, and I have checked everywhere, including my garage, which is set far back from the front. Usually, all deliveries from FedEx, Amazon, or UPS are left on my front porch, not near my garage. I would appreciate speaking to someone to resolve this claim.

I recently noticed that PayPal deducted [redacted].88 from my bank account using a credit card payment. I contacted them to stop this payment as I did not authorize full balance auto-payments, especially not for an amount that exceeds my balance by over [redacted]. Upon discussing with a representative, I was informed it would take 10 days for PayPal to receive the funds and an additional 10 to 15 days for the refund process, without factoring in mailing time. Given that this was an ACH transaction, I suggested the refund could be processed the same way. I emphasized that I did not set up auto payments for the entire balance as suggested by a supervisor. The unauthorized deduction may lead to bounced payments incurring bank fees of 27.00 each. I am eager to resolve this situation promptly.

I am in a difficult situation and seeking assistance. On January 9th, my partner's PayPal account was hacked. To manage, we have been using my account. Recently, we received a payment, but then we were informed that my account is now limited. Despite submitting the required documents and proof, we were notified that the issue was resolved. I accidentally opened a PayPal account in Colombia by mistake. While entering information, I realized the site had mixed up my wife's details, who is already registered in Colombia. I recently received an email with a number to call but was told it was not valid. I decided to look up PayPal on my mobile phone and dialed their customer service line, where I spoke to a representative named Sam at 1-[redacted]. Sam claimed to be from PayPal and mentioned he would investigate my account with a team of experts. After instructing me to call him back, he remotely accessed my computer, identified an unauthorized bitcoin transaction, and insisted I register as a different Bitcoin user. As I felt uncomfortable with his demands and persistence after asking questions, I am uncertain how he initially answered as a PayPal representative.
