We placed an order the other night, but when we went to pick it up due to a lack of delivery drivers, we discovered it was burnt. After contacting Papa John's, they agreed to replace our order. However, today when we called for the replacement, the lady at the store was very rude. We had to constantly check if she was still on the line. After picking up the replacement order, we found only 1 pepperoni in my Papadias and minimal toppings on the meatball Papadias. The quality was disappointing; it seems like we've had better pizza from convenience stores like 7-Eleven.

This is the second time I'm reaching out regarding the service at the Papa John's in Homestead, Florida on 8th Street. I waited for 20 minutes for my online order along with other customers. A friend of an employee came in later and was served first because he was in a hurry to get back home for a basketball game. I also needed to return home promptly. You can confirm my regular Heatwin orders by reaching out at [redacted], except for my last order.

We order Papa John's at least once or twice a month, and it's our favorite pizza. However, the last few times we've ordered, the pizza has arrived lukewarm, and they forgot our crushed pepper, Parmesan, and garlic butter. These missing items are usually our favorite, especially the garlic butter. We always tip our delivery driver well, but receiving pizza in this condition is discouraging us from ordering again. We usually don't complain, but this has happened repeatedly.

I ordered Chicken Parmesan Papa Bites, a Large Butter Chicken Pizza with Garlic Parmesan Breadsticks, 2 [redacted] ml drinks, a Large Epic Stuffed Crust Butter Chicken Pizza with more Garlic Parmesan Breadsticks, and 20-oz Seven Up and Pepsi. My original order was $45.94, but upon delivery, the driver requested an additional $54.21 CAD for payment.

I recently had a delivery from Papa John's, which I was surprised to find out was outsourced to DoorDash. Unfortunately, the driver who delivered my order did not have change, despite my specific request, took my $[redacted] bill, and promised to return with the change. However, the driver never came back. While I understand this issue is not directly Papa John's fault, I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by DoorDash and will avoid ordering from Papa John's for delivery in the future if they continue to work with them. Due to this incident, I have had to take the unfortunate step of filing a police report regarding the matter.

My name is Manuel Mejia from Vista, California. I placed an order at a Vista store for a Super Hawaiian pizza. When it arrived, we found the crust to be hard and chewy, similar to cardboard. I contacted the manager, who offered another pizza, which we accepted. However, today, on 8/5/23, we ordered another pizza and encountered the same issue - the crust was like cardboard. At this point, we have decided to stop ordering from this place and would appreciate a refund promptly. Thank you.

As a Doordasher, I experienced a frustrating wait yesterday at the Scatterfield Road store in Anderson, Indiana, on 9-4-[redacted]. I waited for over an hour for a single 12” pizza, only to end up canceling my order. During my time there, I witnessed an employee touch their nose and then handle dough without gloves. The overall service was very slow, and the staff seemed more focused on conversation than fulfilling orders efficiently. I strongly believe that wearing gloves when handling food items like dough is essential for hygiene purposes. Staff should prioritize customers' orders and maintain professionalism to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience.

Upon opening the package, I discovered a completely burnt and inedible product. The apparent negligence in preparing and packaging my order is concerning. I recently ordered hot lemon wings but was surprised to find out they were in a red sauce. It was a terrible experience as we had not expected this. We tried tasting the sauce but could not eat them. Upon contacting the store, we were informed that this was indeed what we had ordered and received. After expressing our disappointment and stating we would not be ordering again, the response was dismissive. This interaction left us feeling disheartened as loyal customers who have frequented this store for many years. The customer service we received was rude and lacking in empathy.

Hello, we had sent an email to Papa John’s in Morgantown, WV two hours ago. After placing our order, we waited for two hours without being informed of any delays. Despite calling twice to check on the order, we were told it wasn't seen, although the tracker showed the delivery was close. After calling a third time, we were informed that due to a busy period after a game, the order was canceled without notification. The staff member acknowledged the mistake but provided no explanation. Expressing our frustration led to the staff member abruptly hanging up on us. Subsequent attempts to reach them were unsuccessful as they had disconnected the phone lines. We were visiting from out of town, and it was my birthday on the 16th. The lack of communication and unprofessional behavior were disappointing.

I placed an order last Friday but haven't received anything yet. The store informed me that I should receive a refund by 12 am that night due to a website issue. However, it's been a week, and I'm still waiting for the refund. I find it unacceptable. Each time I called, they assured me the refund would be in my bank account by the end of the day. To make matters worse, they sent me a £5 voucher for my next order, which I have no intention of using. This behavior is truly disappointing.

Subject: Unpleasant Experience at Lahore Cantt Branch I would like to report an incident that occurred today at the Lahore Cantt branch near Jirga Chowk. Due to road construction, I had trouble parking nearby and had to walk to the store. Upon entering Papa John's, a male employee shouted at me and a female employee rudely pushed me out, stating I had to leave to place an order. I left without making a purchase as I found this treatment completely unacceptable. Being physically pushed out of a store is inappropriate. I urge you to review the security footage between 2 to 4 pm today and take appropriate action. I believe there must be a misconduct policy in place that covers such behavior.
