I am Rachael Morrell, the mother of a Papa John's employee in Lincoln, Nebraska. My son Nicholas, a 17-year-old, recently had a terrible experience with his boss, Rob Sizer. Rob made inappropriate and unprofessional comments to my son and another employee, Thomas, including mentioning their genitals and yelling at them. This behavior is unacceptable and could be considered sexual harassment. Additionally, another supervisor named Alexis denied Nicholas access to the restroom, which is illegal and insensitive given my son's medical issues. Nicholas had an accident at work as a result. I am deeply concerned by these incidents and demand an immediate resolution. If necessary, I am prepared to seek legal advice. Please contact me promptly to address this situation. Thank you.

Hello, I wanted to share my disappointing experience with Papa John's in Northampton during our Mother's Day celebration. I spent nearly £50 for what was meant to be a special family treat. Although we usually order from a different provider, we decided to give Papa John's a try. Unfortunately, my son discovered a foreign object in his pizza, causing discomfort to his gums. Despite contacting them, we were initially told such incidents were not possible. After some discussion, they agreed to replace the pizza, but this did not fully address our dissatisfaction since everyone else had already finished their meal. When I spoke with the manager, Mr. Prasad, he offered a 50% discount on future orders, which didn't feel like a suitable solution given our rare pizza orders and existing discounts on larger purchases. He ido varias veces al restaurante en el centro de Cartago y aún no han resuelto mi problema. Recientemente, compré dos pizzas grandes, una de Wall y una americana, pero al llegar a casa, descubrimos que en realidad eran dos hawaianas pequeñas. Mi esposa y yo no consumimos ese tipo de pizza debido a mi condición de cáncer de estómago, que me impide comer piña. I paid $23.30 at Papa John's on the 9th. When I woke up yesterday, my $23.30 Papa John's order had changed to $63.80. I contacted the store, but they said they couldn't help me. I asked them to check the receipts from last night to prove I didn't tip $40 for a $20 pizza. When I called back today to speak to the store manager, no one explained why their driver fraudulently added a $40 tip on my card. The manager informed me that I'm not allowed to order again because of supposed charge backs from different cards, including some from my spouse. We have never disputed a charge with Papa John's before. I'm frustrated and $40 short, which was all I had left for me and my children for the week. The lack of care and understanding is disheartening. Instead of addressing the driver's actions, I was ridiculed, laughed at, and accused. The situation is alarming, and I feel unheard and mistreated by the store.

At the Papa John’s on Ramsey Street ([redacted]), I encountered a chaotic situation where the staff was loudly playing rap music, singing, and dancing instead of attending to their duties. Despite waiting for 15 minutes for my pizza, the employees seemed oblivious to my presence until I spoke up. This lack of professionalism and customer service is concerning, and I believe action needs to be taken to improve the atmosphere at this location. The management should address these issues promptly to avoid losing customers in the future.

Hello, I ordered 2 large pizzas, 2 sides, and a dessert for my family. Upon delivery, I discovered that the order was incorrect - the pizzas, sides, and dessert were all wrong, and someone else's name was on the box. I contacted the store, and they mentioned a mix-up and offered to exchange the order with the correct one from another customer. Due to hygiene concerns, I declined and left the uneaten food in the kitchen. They assured me a new order was on its way, but after 40 minutes and 3 hungry kids, I inquired about the delay. To my surprise, they claimed I didn't want the order. After explaining the situation multiple times, they insisted I had received my order. I requested a refund, but they said it had to be done via email. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the email address provided. I'm unsure how to proceed. Thank you, Daniel.

I ordered a pizza on 05/28, and Papa John's charged my debit card before informing me the store was closed. I requested cancellation and a refund, as I didn't want the pizza 18 hours later. Today at 7:15PM, I found the pizza outside my front door, not where I specified, and no notification was sent. I demand an immediate $25.25 refund as I shouldn't pay for an old, unwanted pizza. Hello, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at your Brislington branch. My order was missing one large pizza, which had to be redelivered after I called. Additionally, despite paying extra for stuffed crust, it was not included. The staff I spoke to on the phone were rude. After I denied receiving a cookie dough, they abruptly ended the call without clarification. When I called back to express my unhappiness with their treatment, I was met with another staff member who claimed there was a language barrier, which was not the case as the communication was clear. It was evident they were aware of the issue when I called back immediately. I have never encountered such poor and disrespectful customer service before.

I am a Papa John's employee at the Williams Boulevard location in New Orleans, Louisiana. I recently raised concerns about teamwork and cleanliness with the manager. There was a safety issue with debris on the floor during a shift, which prompted me to inquire about why the team members weren't handling it during slower periods. Unfortunately, the manager perceived my questions as disrespectful and sent me home multiple times, citing my lack of cooperation with company policies. I believe I was unfairly judged and discriminated against, with the managers showing favoritism towards other employees. I have requested to review security footage to clarify the situation, but my concerns have not been adequately addressed. I feel the need to file a complaint against the assistant manager, Kayla, and the head manager, Miss Pam, due to their handling of the situation. I had a disappointing experience at Papa John's on Westover Blvd in Albany, Georgia. The manager, Dorian, was incredibly rude and seemed to treat African-American customers poorly. His customer service skills are severely lacking, as demonstrated by the incident that occurred three days ago when items were missing from my order. When I called to ask for the missing items to be delivered, he abruptly refused without giving any explanation. This has happened twice now, and both times he was extremely impolite. In contrast, another employee was kind enough to apologize for the inconvenience of having to return for the missing items. I reported this issue to the company on the same day, but I have yet to receive a response. I wonder if this behavior at Papa John's is condoned by the company.

I am seeking advice on my recent dismissal from Papa John's (Store [redacted], Plant City, FL) after working there for 9 1/2 years. Despite the consistent out the door time policy during my tenure, I was terminated for not meeting this requirement. At 74 years old, I feel unfairly treated by Perry's decision. Even the previous manager, Bill, mentioned that I could work at my own pace. I also work with Doordash. I believe I was wrongfully let go and I am considering reaching out to the unemployment office for support as I require a second job to manage my expenses. My daughter recently started working at Papa John’s in Hope Mills, North Carolina. Although she was initially excited about her job, she has been coming home upset because of mistreatment of Black/African-American employees by the managers. It seems there is favoritism, as the manager hired his girlfriend who behaves inappropriately at work. There have been instances of verbal abuse, creating a hostile work environment. This situation has caused my daughter to feel the need to seek parental intervention. I am reaching out to your office first to address these concerns following the proper protocol. I believe there is a serious issue that needs your attention. We entrusted our children to have a positive learning experience at your company, not to face unfair treatment.

I am disappointed with the pizza I ordered last Friday and the lack of response to my email sent on the same day. I received a survey about my customer service experience, rated it poorly, and was told it would be escalated, but it has been two days with no reply. I have been a loyal customer for years and have never complained before, even if the pizza was subpar. However, this time it was severely overcooked, almost inedible, and lacked the stuffed crust I ordered. After a long workday, I just wanted a relaxing meal, but this experience was a letdown. I've been ordering from my local Papa John's for quite some time now. Over a year ago, I updated my phone number and gate code at my apartment complex without any issues until my last two orders in the past month and a half. My family of five and I have long commutes, and my last two orders placed on the app were unexpectedly canceled. Although the August order was resolved smoothly by the manager, my recent order on 9/6/22 was handled less efficiently by a different manager. I had to wait on hold for over half an hour, reordering without the original discounts. They attempted to correct the information on their end, but this recent experience has been more of a hassle than a convenience due to issues with the web app interface not properly transferring my correct address and phone number.

I placed an online delivery order (#[redacted]07) on 09/06/[redacted] at 10:33PM for the [redacted] W Loop [redacted] N, Midland, TX [redacted] location. The delivery ETA was estimated at 41-51 minutes, and I chose to receive text updates. The Door Dash driver assigned to my order briefly passed through my apartment complex, then abruptly left and canceled my order after just a few minutes. I attempted to locate the driver outside but did not see them drive by, and I did not receive any texts or calls, despite providing my phone number for updates. Upon receiving the cancellation notification on the Papa Tracker site, I called the store at 11:45PM. The lady who answered informed me that there were no available drivers left for the night, including Door Dash runners who have been consistently challenging to communicate with. Despite offering to pick up my order in person, I was informed that the lobby was closed, and there was no option for me to get the food I had already paid for but never received. This experience has been the worst customer service encounter I have encountered with the company. Although I typically do not complain, the repeated issues with Door Dash delivery and the circumstances of being hungry after a long day at work with no food at home have left me dissatisfied. I would like to specifically acknowledge the phone attendant who handled my call; she seemed new to her role but provided excellent service throughout this ordeal.

I had a negative experience with a Papa John's employee tonight. I called to inquire about my undelivered pizza after the app showed it was delivered but wasn't at my door. Despite being put on hold twice, I eventually spoke with a person who claimed the delivery driver had made contact, which couldn't be true as I received no call and the phone number was outdated. The employee argued and eventually hung up on me after a heated exchange. Thankfully, we found the pizza on a neighbor's doorstep later, but it was cold and had cat paw prints. This rude interaction has made me reconsider ordering from Papa John's in the future. Instead, I might turn to Pizza Hut for my next movie night.

I ordered a pizza from Papa John's last week. I was unable to reach the office on Parsons Avenue in Columbus, Ohio to complain about my order. The delivery was delayed, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. I attempted to return the pizza and have the charge removed from my card, but the delivery person left before I could do so. Consequently, I had to reheat the pizza in the oven to salvage my meal.

I placed a delivery order on the evening of March 4th, [redacted]. After receiving conflicting notifications that my order was canceled via text but out for delivery via email, I contacted the store for clarification. The individual who answered proceeded to rudely dismiss me and even used profanity before hanging up. Despite the confusion, the delivery finally arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes later, missing a pizza and an order of wings. Upon calling again and requesting to speak to the manager, I was shocked to learn that he was the same individual who had been disrespectful earlier. When I visited the store to address the missing items and the manager's behavior, he not only refused to provide the remaining order but also behaved unprofessionally, refusing to engage in a conversation and insulting me in front of others. Despite attempting to reach out to the store manager with no response, I am now considering sharing my experience on social media if this matter is not addressed promptly.

I ordered two pizzas, but they were delivered to the wrong address. The store promised to send out the pizzas again but refused to provide a complimentary certificate, a refund, the store number, or the manager's name. When I asked for the manager's name, the person hung up on me. I'm very upset about this whole situation. I now have to wait an additional 1 1/2 hours for my food. This reflects poorly on Papa John's as a business due to the lack of professionalism displayed by the employees. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly. I believe both the manager and the employee who hung up on me should face some form of disciplinary action. They are not upholding the standards of Papa John's. Regarding compensation, I am open to negotiation at this time.
