I visited store #[redacted] in Corpus Christi, Texas at around 3 p.m. I waited in front of the staff for about 10 minutes, but no one acknowledged me or took my order. The girl in front of me was focused on making plates, while the others were chatting. I tried to get their attention by waving and greeting, but they ignored me until the man at the register finally approached. When I explained my situation, he didn't apologize, just asked about my order. The lack of friendliness and customer service was disappointing. I feel the service quality was very low, possibly the worst. I might leave a negative review online. The staff member I interacted with was named "Miguel", and the girl's name wasn't noted. Despite the high cost of our meal, the poor service made it not worth it.

Yesterday, I went to Panda Express with a friend. Unfortunately, when my friend ordered a fountain drink, she found it tasted terrible. The manager declined to exchange it for a bottled drink or refund the money. Moreover, when I asked for some onions to be removed from the entree, the manager seemed reluctant, possibly due to a language barrier. The meals we had were enjoyable, but the customer service experience left much to be desired.

I have been a customer at Panda Express store number [redacted] in Reno for about four years, but recently I have noticed a decline in the service and food quality. The portions seem to be getting smaller, and even the utensils used for serving appear to have shrunk. In my opinion, the quality of the food has been decreasing over the last few visits, and I am quite dissatisfied with the overall experience. I believe that improvements need to be made to provide better service and food quality for all customers.

I have been a loyal customer of Panda Express since they opened at Valley High in San Antonio, Texas. My family and I never had any issues until a recent visit where I purchased 2 family meals and received cold food. Despite regularly ordering the same items and paying cash, this time the food was noticeably cold. I did not receive a receipt as I normally wouldn't have thought to keep one. When I arrived home and my family started eating, my youngest daughter found the food too cold to eat. Upon contacting the employees to address the issue, I found them to be rude and unhelpful. I believe Mr. and Mrs. Cheng, the owners, would not approve of their employees' behavior. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

Today, my son was let go from his job because his boss claimed he was slow. Despite my son's disclosure of having dyslexia and speech impediments, his boss refused to provide additional support, stating he was too busy to train him personally. This incident occurred at the Casa Grande, AZ location on Pinal Avenue, in front of other staff and customers. It's disheartening to witness such treatment towards a struggling young adult. It is concerning that individuals with disabilities are not being accommodated or supported appropriately. I would appreciate a prompt response to address this issue.

I had an unpleasant experience with my recent order at the Panda Express in Richmond, TX. I ordered teriyaki chicken, but it was raw in the middle. When I tried to address the issue, the employee refused to replace my meal or provide a refund, even though it was undercooked and a food safety concern. There is a terrible sewer issue in front of the Panda Express located on Indian School Road and 10th Street in Phoenix, AZ. The smell is unbearable and reminiscent of human feces. This has been going on for two weeks now, and it is concerning if it is safe to have such a stench near the entrance of the store. The smell carries down the block, which is very off-putting. It seems no action has been taken to address this unhealthy problem.
In addition to the foul odor, the customer service at this location is lacking. Despite the subpar service, the prices seem to be higher than expected. This combination of issues has left me as a customer feeling quite dissatisfied.
