During a recent visit to Panda Express in Oklahoma City, OK, our group of 8 encountered an issue with the manager, Edith. Despite being asked for assistance multiple times, Edith seemed more focused on the drive-thru than on attending to us. Even when another employee offered to help, she declined. This left us feeling overlooked and frustrated. While we usually enjoy our meals at this location, this experience was disappointing. I hope the management can address this situation with Edith to ensure that all customers receive the attention they deserve.
Thank you,
Nelda

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience dining at your Concord branch last Tuesday, March 15th in the afternoon. I ordered my usual - noodle, orange chicken, and fried shrimps, while my wife had noodle, orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, and a side of rolls. Unfortunately, my wife couldn't finish her meal as she felt the taste of the chicken was off. Despite this, we left quietly. However, on our way back home to Taylor Blvd in Pleasant Hill, my wife suddenly felt unwell and had to rush to the bathroom with stomach issues. We are not trying to criticize your restaurant or seek anything in return, just wanted to bring this to your attention. My wife is hesitant to eat at your Concord branch due to this experience, but sometimes it's convenient for us. Please ensure that the food is cooked thoroughly and properly, particularly the sauces. Thank you for your time and understanding.

I had an online order scheduled for 3:30 that day, but my husband wanted to go to the store himself. When I tried to cancel the order, the employee who answered the phone couldn't help. When we got our food, we were shocked. The plates didn't have enough food, with more rice and noodles than the main dishes. I took a photo of my plate to show the small portions. The sesame chicken looked burnt, the crab rangoons were soggy, and no sauce was provided. The green beans were undercooked and unappetizing. My son's teriyaki chicken had fatty pieces, as did my husband's plate. We are really disappointed as we used to enjoy this place before. The quality has deteriorated. We are requesting a refund of $49.32 for our unsatisfactory meal.

I placed an order with Grubhub at 5 a.m. for pickup at 11:30 a.m. at Panda Express in Highland, IN. Upon arrival, I waited an additional 30 minutes while they prepared my food. Eventually, I was told they had no teriyaki chicken, the entree I ordered for both meals, and was given leftover scraps of Beijing beef with very little beef. They mentioned it would take another hour for the chicken to be ready. I am puzzled as to why my order wasn't ready and why I wasn't informed about the delay upon arrival. I seek reimbursement for the inconvenience and the poor attitudes displayed by the staff during the entire ordeal.

I was disappointed with the experience I had at the restaurant. The chicken was too fatty and unidentifiable, which concerned me about the possibility of food poisoning for my daughter and me. Despite not eating the food and wanting a refund, the restaurant was closed when I attempted to return it. I reached out for a refund two weeks ago, but the staff member accused me of lying and did not provide the refund. Additionally, the egg rolls I received were vegetarian instead of the chicken ones I ordered. Instead of offering a refund, the staff insisted on replacing the order with more food. I felt mistreated and would like a full refund for my order. I hope the owners address these issues for future customers, as I unfortunately faced a negative experience.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the chicken in my family order from a Chinese restaurant. The chicken was so fatty that I couldn't even distinguish if it was chicken. I had concerns about food poisoning, especially for my daughter. Despite our appetite being ruined, we didn't eat the food. When I tried to return the food for a refund before the restaurant closed, they were unhelpful. I contacted them for a refund two weeks ago, but I was accused of lying by the staff. To add to the frustration, the egg rolls I received were vegetable instead of the expected chicken ones. The restaurant refused a refund and only offered to replace the food, which was not acceptable to me. I feel mistreated and dissatisfied with the service. Spending $55 on inedible food is unreasonable, and I would appreciate some assistance. Thank you.

I appreciate the delicious food and Chinese Black Tea at Panda Express in Lihue, Hawaii. Recently, I encountered an issue where security accused me of trespassing as I exited Safeway. Despite presenting my receipt, I was banned from the shopping center, including Panda Express. However, I believe they require seven signatures for such action. I am a US Citizen of Vietnamese descent who recently identified as a Native American Apache Redskin. I hope to revisit Panda Express at [redacted] Nuhou St Suite [redacted], Lihue, HI [redacted] soon. Thank you. - Jen

I've visited the Helena Panda Express three times in the last month, and every time they were out of white rice. The reason given was that it takes too long to make, which is frustrating considering it's a Chinese restaurant without rice!
Additionally, I've noticed that entree items are frequently missing, with the explanation being they don't want to make too much and end up wasting it.
I've never encountered these problems at other Panda Express locations across the country, despite my travels. The facility in Helena is lovely, but the service has been disappointing.

I had a negative experience at Panda Express. I was overcharged, and the employee "Marisol" was rude and unhelpful. When I asked for Mr. Voo, Marisol disconnected the call abruptly. I believe that Panda Express needs to address the behavior of their staff towards customers. It has been challenging to reach out to corporate or any other employee for assistance. I hope that Panda Express #[redacted] will work on improving their customer service.

I recently placed an order online at Panda Express and had my boyfriend pick it up. Although I had never used their online ordering before, the process seemed straightforward. Surprisingly, when he arrived at the restaurant, the staff claimed they don't offer online takeout. Despite his efforts to explain and verify the order, they seemed unaware of their own online system. In the end, he had to place a new order, resulting in duplicate charges on my bank account for Panda Westlake Village. Frustratingly, I couldn't find a contact number or order reference to seek a refund. The lack of communication and knowledge about their online services left me feeling upset and in need of assistance to resolve the double charge issue promptly.

For the past two weeks, my mom has been struggling to activate the gift card I gave her. The card number she's entering keeps showing as incorrect, even though we got the number from an employee at our local Panda. When we try to enter a different number, the system stops us midway, stating it's the wrong number, and then abruptly ends the call. We were advised to call the card services at 1-[redacted]. Could you please assist me with this issue?

I have been a loyal customer of Panda Express since its opening. My go-to location is in Westchester, Ohio, where I love to indulge in the sweet fire chicken. The Westchester spot always impresses me with its generous amount of sauce, making the dish nice and juicy. However, when I visit the Tri-County location, the sweet fire chicken tends to be dry and sticky. I've noticed that this issue doesn't occur with other entrees, leading me to believe it's not just a matter of sitting out too long. Despite my suggestions to the cooks to add more sauce like they do in Westchester, I've been met with resistance. It's puzzling to me why some locations excel in saucing their dishes while others fall short. In my experience, Westchester consistently delivers with ample sauce on my sweet fire chicken.

During my recent visit to the new Panda Express store at [redacted] N Lindbergh, I witnessed concerning behavior from a young female employee. Initially, she handled food without gloves despite my request for a gloved server. Later, she placed her cellphone on the food counter, displaying a careless attitude towards food safety. Her unprofessional demeanor and disregard for hygiene standards left me with a negative impression of the store. I expressed my dissatisfaction to her and felt compelled to share my experience. As a patron, observing such unsanitary practices raises doubts about the overall food safety protocols in place at this establishment. My wife, who works closely with health inspections, would have been appalled by what I witnessed. I hope that my feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made, as this experience has made me hesitant to return to Panda Express.

I recently visited the Panda Express in Marion, IL on May 08, [redacted], around 8:40 pm. Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that only about half of the entrees were available. Despite ordering Poo Goo Chicken and Pepper Steak, the cook was unwilling to prepare them fresh, resulting in a lengthy wait and ultimately having to change our order to Broccoli Beef and Noodles. The food we received was cold and barely edible, which was disappointing. I believe that a restaurant should have all items available at all times. This experience further solidified the low rating of the restaurant. I would appreciate a full refund for the $23 spent. My name is William "Skip" Myers. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted] Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently ordered a plate along with two extra entrees and attempted to redeem my $4 plate and birthday rewards together. However, I was informed that both discounts couldn't be applied to the same order. To work around this, I decided to place the two extra entrees on a separate order, priced at $1.25 each. Surprisingly, when I was charged for the second order, the extra entree was priced at $5.20 instead. There was no prior indication given about this price difference. I'm puzzled as to why I was charged four times the original amount for the same item solely because it was on a separate order.

I placed an online order on 5/9 for 6pm curbside pickup but couldn't make it to the store on time. Despite trying to cancel shortly after placing the order, I was still charged. I called the store multiple times with no answer and received no communication about my missed pickup. I am seeking a refund for this order.

Subject: Complaint regarding Recent Order
On May 21, [redacted], I placed an order for Fried Rice, Kung Pao Chicken, and Beef Broccoli through Uber Eats while at work in Arcadia. The delivery I received from Panda was highly disappointing. The Beef Broccoli was mostly broccoli with minimal beef in a small container, and the Kung Pao Chicken was in a tiny box containing cashew nuts, red chilis, and small chicken pieces. The total cost exceeded $30, including taxes. I feel this is unreasonable considering I could have ordered alternative meals for the same amount from different establishments. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and I will not be ordering from Panda or recommending it to others. I urge Panda Express to address this issue promptly. If I do not receive a response within two weeks, I will be forced to take further action through my bank. I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

I recently dined at Panda Express on [redacted] Trinity Parkway two days ago. I had a coupon for a buy 2 bowls get one free offer. The employee, Jade B, mentioned on my receipt, seemed to have trouble with the coupon scan. I politely asked if she could manually enter the code, but she appeared unsure. Instead of assisting, she insisted I pay full price without trying to resolve the issue. Her dismissive attitude and unprofessional behavior left a bad impression. She even mentioned taking home food left from a previous order in front of me. As a KFC manager, I was shocked by her lack of professionalism. I am deeply disappointed and will not return to this location. I am requesting a refund for the overcharged bowl and the unscanned coupon with the code CYT9NUX6D. Customer service should be a priority, and this experience fell short.

I placed an order for large egg rolls, a side of green veggies, and an orange chicken side, but unfortunately, these items were missing from my pick-up bag. I only noticed the missing items when I arrived home. Despite calling multiple times, no one answered the phone, even though the establishment did not seem busy and had many employees present. I kindly request a refund for the missing items to be processed back to my husband's credit card. This experience was disappointing, especially for my daughter who was really looking forward to enjoying the egg rolls and orange chicken. Thank you.

Recently, I treated myself to a meal at Panda Express on Dupertail in Richland, WA. Sadly, my experience was disappointing. The Bejing Beef I ordered was extremely tough, making it impossible to chew and swallow. I ended up throwing away the entire meal after spending $12.01 on it. I'm left wondering what went wrong at this restaurant. Am I able to receive a refund for this unsatisfactory meal?
