On June 24th, I submitted a relocation request via the chatbot. I was informed that my new address needed verification. On June 26th, I inquired about the verification status and was told there was no existing request. This confusion persisted despite me requesting multiple times for them to proceed with my original request. After encountering the same issue again, I instructed the agent that if the relocation could not be completed, they should proceed with termination. It's been three months now, and despite not using the services since June 28th, the bill continues to accumulate.

I received a certification from PLDT Co. in September [redacted] for [redacted] shares of Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock valued at ₱10.00 each under the Subscribers' Investment Plan. Due to circumstances, I couldn't surrender this certification, and consequently, the stock certificate was not issued. Since 5 a.m., the LOS light on my router has been blinking red. We've been without a connection for 19 hours now. I attempted to contact PLDT's tech support, but I keep getting directed to their automated system, which created a ticket for me. I am eager to have this resolved, but it seems like no one is actively addressing it. It's crucial for their network engineers to come to our area and assess the problem. The entire subdivision is without internet access from what I can gather, so it is perplexing why it is taking so long for them to resolve the issue despite receiving numerous complaints.

Hello PLDT,
I am concerned about our internet wire that fell on the road. We called PLDT here in Cavite, and they mentioned that they would just do a refund since it has not been a month since we had it installed. They did not provide any further instructions on how to process the refund. The agent has not been responsive to my calls and chats. Is this the kind of service customers can expect after commissions have been earned?
