I recently received two nightstands and as I was unpacking them on my front porch, I noticed that one of them is damaged with a large chip/dent. Unfortunately, the packaging has been disposed of, but I have photos of the damage. Could you please send me a replacement for the damaged nightstand so that I can return the defective one in the new box? Thank you.

I am inquiring about Order# [redacted]87 regarding the purchase of 2 wine fridges.
We have been waiting for weeks for updates on our order. Despite the inability to cancel, we are disappointed by the lack of communication regarding the delivery. During a recent chat with a customer service representative, the chat was abruptly ended while I was still discussing the issue.
The proposed solution of initiating a trace, waiting 2 days, and then another 5 for a refund is unsatisfactory given the extensive delay already experienced. Our construction project is on hold due to Overstock.com's delay. We anticipated prompt delivery when choosing Overstock for the cost savings, but the uncertainty surrounding the order is causing frustration. The chat representative's dismissive and rude behavior exacerbated the situation.
Being informed to wait an additional week is inconvenient and unreasonable. Ideally, we request the order's cancellation and a prompt refund so we can secure the fridges from a physical store before our contractor departs for another project.

I received the wrong Samsung 40-inch TV. It is an older model and doesn't work; there's no power. I am upset because I wanted the original ex-display Samsung 40-inch TV with Alexa and Skype. This was meant to keep in touch with my son, whom I haven't seen face to face in 13 years. I am extremely disappointed in how I have been treated. I want my original order and this old TV picked up. I am a mental health patient with spinal back problems, so I can't carry or walk far. If this is not resolved, I will ensure that the necessary actions are taken.

I have been on text messaging with two different representatives for 35 minutes now. They keep telling me the same thing - that there is a system issue. Initially, when I requested a return label, they mentioned a $50 shipping charge, which seems reasonable due to the heavy fans. However, they only provided one label for both items, but UPS requires two separate labels. They are now asking for additional payment for the second label. It's frustrating that my request for clarification has not been answered yet. This experience is far from what I expected after the merger.

I placed an order last night and would like to cancel it. My order number is [redacted]31. The items are the Lush Décor Farmhouse Stripe Yarn Dyed Cotton Window Curtain Panel Pair in blue. Despite the instructions to cancel within 60 minutes, there was no option available for me to cancel. The order status shows as processed, but I am unable to contact a live person until Monday. I returned Order [redacted]91 several months ago but have yet to receive the refund. Unfortunately, I don't have the FedEx tracking number. The "Native Business" partner in Des Moines, IA has been unable to locate the package despite my numerous attempts. After numerous calls, a supervisor assured me of a $61 refund to my credit card ending with x1452. I have spent a lot of time on this matter and firmly believe I returned the package. The supervisor and multiple customer service representatives confirmed their trust in my claim, yet the refund has not been processed. I urge you to issue the refund promptly, even if your partner in Des Moines can't find the package from July. Rest assured, I will persist until this matter is resolved.
