There was a mixup with my order for a box of 12 hinged trinket boxes. Despite my efforts to cancel, it was still shipped. UPS suggested I leave a note on the door for it to be returned to sender, which I've done. I truly enjoy shopping at Oriental Trading and intend to remain a loyal customer. I am looking forward to receiving the $[redacted] refund and the $20.00 shopping voucher promised to me for the damaged boxes in my previous order #[redacted]52. Thank you.

I purchased multiple Grinch decorations for an upcoming party. Although most items arrived on time, one was delayed, affecting our scheduled event. I received an email stating the order was delivered, but the missing item arrived almost a week later. As it wasn't used for the party, I wish to return it and seek a refund. Could you please advise on the return process and how I can get a refund?
