I am experiencing difficulty using my HSA funds. The debit card I was issued is being declined for qualified expenses online. Even after trying with different vendors, the issue persists. The customer service representative I spoke with was not able to escalate my concern to a supervisor or a more helpful individual.
UPDATE: I have decided to close my HSA and arrange for the remaining funds to be transferred to my personal bank account.
