I am experiencing difficulty using the chatbot and require personal assistance. I have been attempting to change my flight for hours without success. My booking number is [redacted], and I need to modify my flight from Frankfurt to Delhi on 18.11. returning on 28.11. to a flight on January 7th from Frankfurt to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and returning on February 20th.
I am unable to call because I am currently in Mexico. The only options for contact are through WhatsApp at +[redacted]88 or chat. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

For the past two weeks, I have been trying to cancel my flight from Frankfurt to Delhi on November 18th. I paid nearly €[redacted], but upon checking the system, it shows that I will only receive €[redacted] as a refund.
Unfortunately, it has been impossible to reach Opodo directly through chat or email. During a live chat with a real person, I was informed that the refund amount should be €[redacted].
As a PRIME member, I am requesting the correct refund of €[redacted] and prompt confirmation of my cancellation. Currently, I am in Mexico and unreachable by phone. Please contact me via email at [redacted]

However, I have noticed an attempt by your company to debit $64.99 from my bank account without my authorization. I did not make any additional purchases, so I am curious about the reasons for these charges. I am Ionela Cerbu from Romania. I want to report an unauthorized debit of 54.99 euros from my ING BANK account on November 10, [redacted]. I did not subscribe to OPODOPO Prime, and all my flights were booked directly by me with no intermediaries. The European Union regulations do not permit payments to OPODOPO. I have not signed any contract, received an invoice, or authorized this payment. This is a case of money being taken from my account without consent. I have contacted the bank to stop this payment and informed the authorities to handle the matter. As my son is a Spanish citizen, I will also be lodging a complaint in Madrid. Kindly refund the wrongfully charged amount.

I am reaching out for assistance regarding a £56.92 transaction that was deducted from my account for a Prime subscription today. Last month, I hastily booked a last-minute flight to Dublin through Opodo. During the booking process, my payment was not initially accepted, prompting me to rapidly review and confirm the details multiple times to secure the booking. Unfortunately, I failed to notice that the 30-day free trial price for Prime was pre-selected and unintentionally proceeded with the transaction. As a student, I am facing financial constraints and truly cannot afford to lose this amount of money right now. Can you please advise on the possibility of obtaining a refund for this genuine mistake? Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have recently noticed a charge of 59 pounds withdrawn from my bank account on November 17, [redacted]. I have already informed my bank to block any future payments from your company.
I mistakenly signed up for a yearly subscription while booking my flight from Brisbane to Sydney in October [redacted], which was unintentional as I do not require it. Therefore, I kindly request a refund of the 59 pounds to be processed promptly back to my account. My bank has made me aware that if the refund is not issued within 5 working days, they will take further action.

I booked 2 airplane tickets from Paris to Cotonou, departing on December 21st, and returning on December 29th/30th through Opodo.
We couldn't check our luggage because the baggage check-in time had passed by 10 minutes. (13:20, we were at the check-in gate at 13:30). While the check-in time of 13:55 is mentioned on Opodo, the baggage check-in time is nowhere to be found. I checked all the emails and the app you sent me.
As a result, we missed our flight.
We would like to board the flight tomorrow, free of charge, as we believe there was a lack of communication on your part.

I booked a flight for 5 people from Basel to Prishtina with Opodo from September 30th to October 14th, [redacted]. Our flight ended up going through Memmingen, Germany, which we were not informed about. We had to book another flight for 5 people for [redacted].-. I tried calling Opodo multiple times, but they kept brushing me off, saying I would get my money back, but nothing has happened so far. The booking number is [redacted]2. I don't know what to do. [redacted].- is not a small amount. Please help me. Thank you.
