Old Spice Customer Service Issues

I have experienced skin irritation from using the Old Spice Captain deodorant from the red collection. The product caused my skin to ball up and darken, resulting in burns. After using it for 1-2 weeks, I noticed the issue and realized this has affected other customers over the past few years. I contacted the company, and they offered a $6.00 coupon, which I find unacceptable given the pain and suffering caused. I am reluctant to try a different product and seek reimbursement for the damage. I will document the burns for evidence. This situation is distressing and needs to be addressed promptly.
