I am considering upgrading to the A List Premium subscription on OKC, but there are a few things I'd like to clarify before I proceed. 1- Could you confirm if a recipient of my message on the platform can reply for free? 2- I've noticed some conflicting information in the FAQs. For instance, although it states membership is free because you can see who likes you, I found out I need to pay to view those likes. 3- How can users trust a website with their personal and payment details without any apparent way to contact customer support? I had to search extensively online to find a means to communicate with OKC, and this forum seems to be it. My username on the platform is "Ardely". I am concerned about my photos being flagged on OkCupid. The first photo that was taken down was understandable since it wasn't of myself. However, my other photos of socks and food were also flagged, which I find confusing. I see other users posting similar content without issue. I have paid for 6 months of A-List and do not want my account to be deleted unfairly. It would be helpful if OkCupid could review flagged photos more carefully before taking action. I enjoy using the app and have made good connections, but this issue needs attention. I hope to receive a satisfactory response and resolution to this problem. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I am Sean and I noticed that my OkCupid account has been suspended with no explanation. I did come across a profile that appeared to be of a female, but reported it for potential misrepresentation of gender. I did not mean any disrespect, as I appreciate people from all backgrounds. I am perplexed by the suspension as I never engaged with that profile or anyone else in a disrespectful manner. I am seeking clarification from OkCupid to understand the reason for the suspension. Hello OKC customer service team! Recently, I've noticed that my bookmarks are no longer showing up when I access them on my account. Is there a problem with this feature on your site? As a non A-list member, navigating your site is already difficult, and bookmarks are crucial for tracking potential matches. It's challenging to find my "likes," and messages could lead to disappearing profiles, making users hesitant to reach out. Having struggled with your site and hearing similar frustrations from others, it seems the design is hindering connections rather than aiding them. Addressing the bookmark problem and considering user feedback is essential for improving the site experience. It would be great if OKC could be revamped to cater better to users and function effectively for all. I have encountered a recurring issue where "likes" disappear from my list once the application is opened. This has happened numerous times and is quite frustrating. Additionally, messages I attempt to reply to do not show up in the conversation list, leaving me unsure if the recipient received them. I have only reported these problems to GetHuman as I seem unable to directly communicate with OkCupid. While there was a temporary improvement in accessing likes after my initial report, the problem has resurfaced. It is essential for the site to resolve this issue permanently or provide a refund, as it hinders my ability to utilize the platform as intended.

I am seeking permission to include an image from the OK Cupid blog post titled "Share your pronouns on your OkCupid profile" in my upcoming book "What's your pronoun? I recently created an account using the email [redacted] My name is Andreas Punzel, I am 63, and I reside in Tucson, AZ. Lately, I have been receiving replies from women regarding OKcupid messages sent by another user named Andreas, also 63, but living in Munich, Germany. When I check "my" account on the app, I find his photo and profile displayed instead of mine, using my email address. It seems there has been a mix-up linking my email to his account. I purchased the $19.99 one-month subscription on OkCupid to access additional search features, but unfortunately, they are not functioning as expected. Despite adjusting my settings, I keep seeing the same profiles, and the age setting resets continuously. I find it frustrating and not worth the extra money. Additionally, messages and profiles of people I interacted with vanish, even with the A-list subscription. The platform seems overly controlling, making users feel uncomfortable. Therefore, I have decided to delete my account and request a refund of $19.99.

I shared a photo of myself fully dressed with a sea turtle in Hawaii, and it was blocked by OK Cupid for being inappropriate. I find this confusing, especially since they claim to aim for a cleaner image, yet there are plenty of shirtless mirror selfies on the platform. Also, OK Cupid's advertisements promote hotels for one-night stands, which seems contradictory. I would appreciate some clarity on this matter as it appears there may be inconsistencies in enforcing their own guidelines.

I've been experiencing a recurring issue when sending a first message on OK Cupid. I typically press the return key after entering someone's name, but in your system, this immediately ends the message without allowing me to continue typing. I understand the need to prevent spam, but please consider disabling this feature. Currently, I end up sending incomplete messages like, "Hi Mary," which may come across as strange to the recipient and hinders my ability to connect. This has occurred multiple times and may be affecting other users. If it were easier to contact customer support, I believe more people would raise this concern.

I've been using OkCupid for around a week now with the A-List Basic subscription. During this time, I've liked numerous women and sent messages to a few of them, but I haven't received any responses yet, which is alright. Recently, my partner and I decided to create a new account with a different email address to explore connecting with others as a couple. I conducted a little experiment by sending a message from my original account to our new joint account. Interestingly, we've received messages from other men, but none from myself. This has raised some concerns about whether my messages are reaching their intended recipients. I am seeking confirmation from OkCupid that the messages I've been sending are indeed being delivered to people's inboxes. I would appreciate finding the test message I sent in our shared mailbox to validate this.

I am having trouble accessing the website. I suspect this is linked to interacting with a scammer named "Rose" who sent me an unsolicited phone number via text message recently. After realizing it was a free app number, I suspected fraud. When I questioned her, she reacted aggressively, leading to a one-sided argument. I believe this individual is using the website to deceive users. If unsuccessful at first, she may report users, prompting their accounts to be blocked. Then, she asks for money under the guise of needing assistance. Upon refusal, she may request a credit card payment for an Airbnb stay to continue fraudulent activities. My access issue occurred right after this conversation. During her recent call, she had an accent and was knowledgeable about the consequences of being blocked on the site, indicating she manipulates this for her benefit without warning users. It appears I have been targeted unfairly. Can you please reactivate my account?

I suspect there might be a soft ban on my account, potentially due to exceeding the daily likes limit. I recently discovered that an old account from around a year ago, which I believed I had deleted, is still active. This revelation has me concerned that it may have triggered suspicion of automated activity on my current account. This morning, my inbox got flooded with messages from Okcupid. The first was their usual welcome email, then a dozen replies to an account under the name "Eva." It's surprising that someone could create a fake profile using my email without a confirmation step to verify it was legitimate. For security reasons, I suggest Okcupid implements this standard practice. I don't use dating websites like Okcupid and never signed up for their service. I quickly accessed the account, reset the password, and deleted the fraudulent profile linked to my email address (the one receiving this message). I attempted to send this feedback to [redacted], but it appears to be an invalid address.

Hello Support - Admin, Yesterday, I paid $15.95 for A-List, but now I can't see any of my conversations. An error message pops up saying: "There was a problem loading your messages." Could you please fix this issue for me? Thank you. This email address is the same one I use for the OkCupid application. If you are unable to identify and resolve the problem, kindly refund me the full amount as I am unable to use your application as intended. Currently, I not only cannot view my conversations, but it also seems like my essays are blocked - why is that happening? I paid for A-List, but my profile is not functioning properly. Yesterday, I logged into my account without any issues. However, when I tried to access it this morning, I received a message stating that the servers were down. Shortly after, I received a notification, leading me to believe the app was back online. Unfortunately, I was unable to log in and later discovered my account was suspended. I am puzzled by the suspension since I have not engaged in any behavior that would warrant such action. Additionally, despite my account being suspended, I continued to receive notifications from the app. This situation has caught me off guard, and I am seeking clarification on the reason for the suspension.
