Hello, I have a few questions.
1) Why am I unable to see local profiles on the app? It seems like I keep getting matched with people thousands of miles away. Have I exhausted all local options?
2) I often come across interesting profiles, but when I try to view more pictures or details, the person disappears, and I get redirected to the next profile. It's frustrating.
3) Despite answering numerous questions, my match percentage and other profile stacks have shown up as empty for several days. This is not meeting my expectations for the service I am paying for.
Additionally, after spending extra to see my likes, I've noticed most are from overseas. What's the reason for this? I'm considering requesting a refund as this experience is not satisfactory.
In particular, I was interested in Michelle, a 53-year-old from Ventura who was a 98% match and in close proximity. I viewed her profile only to have her vanish when I tried to see more. It's happened before - could there be an issue with the website? Your assistance in resolving these concerns is appreciated.

I have been a member of OKCUPID for many years. I am attempting to re-activate my account after missing last month's payment due to a lost credit card and subsequent account access being disabled. I now have a new card but am facing challenges re-activating my account. My account has been suspended. I have not posted hate speech, compromising images, or sexual harassment. I believe my account was suspended because I shared a photo from a concert of the band KRAFTWERK that I attended and took a picture of on 8/28/[redacted] in Bonn, Germany. I own the copyright to this photo and posted it on FACEBOOK. Due to many similar copyrighted photos of KRAFTWERK concerts, my post could have triggered a false alarm in your system. I suspect that the suspension may have been a result of posting a picture from a KRAFTWERK concert I attended in Bonn, Germany on 8/28/[redacted] while sharing my best concert experience. I took the picture myself with my cell phone, making me the rightful copyright owner. I inadvertently created a second account, resulting in my primary account being blocked. I have faced ongoing difficulties with the online services and server connections since creating my initial account. During the profile setup, the website crashed, and I was logged out mid-registration. For the past 3 to 4 days, I've attempted to log in by entering my email and password, verifying with an SMS code, only to be prompted to re-enter my credentials in an endless loop. Despite trying to reset my password multiple times for the original email address, I never received the reset emails (checked spam folder too). Unable to download the app on my phone, I tried accessing the website, facing the same login issue repeatedly. I created a second profile using a different email but encountered the same password reset email delivery problem. Upon successfully downloading the app on my tablet, I discovered both my profiles had been deactivated due to the violation of rules against having two profiles. My intention was never to have two profiles, and I now wish for the removal of the second profile and reactivation of the first to use appropriately.

I terminated my OkCupid account more than two months ago and uninstalled the app. Even though I met someone outside of the platform and canceled my subscription, I recently discovered that $59.99 was deducted from my bank account for both February and March. I am attempting to reaccess the app to contact support, but it seems I need to create a new account since I deleted my previous OkCupid profile. I kindly request assistance in obtaining a refund for the charges in February and March and ensuring my account is closed for good.
