Dear NuWave Customer Service Team,
I am writing regarding my recent purchase, Order Number: [redacted]. I am experiencing difficulty using the oven and suspect it may be defective. Despite following the manual and watching instructional videos, I am still facing issues. After a lengthy call and speaking to a representative, I was advised to contact you via email.
For example, when I preheat the oven, select a cooking method, it only operates for 15 minutes before shutting off. When attempting to adjust the temperature or time, it shuts off after 5 minutes, limiting me to using it only for toasting.
I seek guidance on how to proceed with a return for a full refund as suggested by the representative. I am well within the return period. Your prompt assistance is highly appreciated.

I purchased a Nuwave deep fryer from PC Richards in March [redacted]. However, the product is experiencing issues where the function buttons do not respond when pressed. Although the power turns on, the functionality is inconsistent. Additionally, the label markings on the function buttons are fading after only being used a handful of times. I am interested in inquiring about the possibility of getting a replacement for this defective unit. Can I return it to you for a replacement?

I received a NuWave Brio 6-Quart Healthy Digital Air Fryer for Christmas. I've been experiencing issues with it despite trying to use it. The screen displays "open" even when the drawer is fully closed. Even when I manage to get it started, it doesn't stay on. I have noticed that putting pressure on the top-left part of the unit allows it to turn on again briefly but it still doesn't stay running. I suspect that the unit might be defective.

Order number: CB1-[redacted]. My BravoXL arrived damaged. I have sent photos of the box and BravoXL damage. I spoke with a customer service representative who informed me that Nuwave would send an address sticker for the return. However, it has been approximately two weeks, and I have not received the sticker. I am unsure of the next steps to take. Please provide me with detailed instructions.

I recently received my NuWave air fryer and used it this morning to warm up some muffins. When pulling out the oven rack, it slipped off the guide rail, which could potentially be messy if heavier items were involved. After contacting Hydee, I was informed that this issue could occur with heavier items. I watched a video where someone experienced the same problem. I'm interested in returning the oven unless there is a solution or if replacement racks are available. Please provide instructions on how to return the oven and any necessary steps. We purchased a Brio 14Q for our daughter for Christmas, and she loved it so much that we bought one for ourselves. However, the one we received did not include the roasting drum, drum handle, baking pan, cupcake liners, or the extra mesh tray that came with our daughter's. I tried contacting customer service twice and even sent two emails, but have not received any response in over a month. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and would appreciate getting these missing parts. If this issue is not resolved, I will not be a repeat customer and will share my negative experience with others. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently purchased two items from your website using my MasterCard. After realizing I only needed one, I returned the extra item. It was challenging to find someone to assist me, but after some effort, I was able to arrange to return the second item. However, I was surprised to receive a refund for the first item from my bank as they closed my account. They told me to reach out to you to transfer the remaining balance to a different card. I settled the amount discussed with a representative, who assured me I owed no more money. Yet, in March, I received another bill from the bank indicating an outstanding balance of $80. When I contacted the bank today, they mentioned that you have been charging me $80 monthly along with a late fee. I attempted to speak with you regarding this matter, but the call might have been disconnected accidentally. I purchased a 6Qt pressure cooker two years ago. I realized I didn't understand the owner's manual well, and someone from Nuwave sent it to me in Spanish. When reading the instructions, I saw that a water collection box needed to be included, but I was unsure where to place it. I started using the cooker, assuming that without the water collection box, it malfunctioned. My comment suggests including information in the instructions on where to place the water collection box. I am disappointed that I can no longer use the cooker since it was working fine. It would be helpful not to have to monitor the process continuously, as is necessary with a conventional pressure cooker.

I accidentally set off my fire alarm while cooking chicken thighs in my 3Qt Nuwave. I followed my usual cooking method, preheating the air fryer to [redacted] degrees, then cooking the thighs for 18 minutes before flipping them and cooking them for another 6 minutes. However, this time, smoke started coming out of the back and triggered the fire alarm. I received the Nuwave unit as a Valentine's Day gift. Should I get rid of it?

My name is Carolyn M. Leonard. I ordered two Nuwave fryer/ovens, and a pressure cooker was included as a bonus. However, all three items arrived with damaged packaging, with multiple rips and holes.
After inspecting one of the Nuwave air fryer/ovens from the least damaged box, I found that it does not meet my needs. It is larger than expected, making it too big for my kitchen counter. The specifications also do not allow for cooking items like baked potatoes quickly.
I am requesting labels and instructions to return these products at no cost to me, as they do not fit my requirements. Please provide three return labels for the Nuwave products. I appreciate a prompt response.

Dear Customer Service,
I am writing regarding the AIR FRYER that I purchased from your company. Unfortunately, the appliance has not been functioning correctly for some time now. An error message stating "LID" continuously appears, even though I have ensured that the lid is closed properly. This AIR FRYER was a gift from my husband, and regrettably, I do not have the purchase invoice to provide.
The AIR FRYER was purchased at Macys, and we reside in both the USA and UK, with the appliance currently located in Florida. I kindly request your assistance in either replacing or repairing the item.
