I am trying to cancel my 87-year-old mother's subscription as she has been in a long-term facility since February '22 and has not used her computer for over 15 months. Despite finally reaching someone, they did not cancel it, and I've been charged $[redacted].42 (Canadian) in November. Dealing with the unhelpful robot at the help desk has been frustrating, and I can't find an efficient way to resolve this issue. Why does the customer service lead to Panama?

In response to the last email I received, I confirm that my [redacted] is the correct email address. There was an issue with the other account linked to the debit card ending in [redacted] not connecting to NordVPN. I prefer to keep the oftheology account as it is functioning properly and would like to discontinue the account that was not working. Additionally, I am interested in purchasing the complete NordVPN subscription for $14. Thank you. My username and password are not working. I changed them two weeks ago and I have them written down, so I know they're correct. I'm trying to use a Fire Stick in Mexico with the app. I've attempted to enter my username and password multiple times, but it's not working. This issue has occurred several times. I brought down another device, a Fire Stick, for another room. Your service works well on my two smartphones and one iPad. Currently, I have four devices in use, but I'm only facing issues with the Fire Sticks. Please contact me to explain why I can't get the Fire Stick to work with the correct username and password. After not using our desktops for five weeks, we tried turning them on last week. While the VPN eventually connected, we are unable to access the internet despite being connected. Both desktops are running Windows 10, but the NordVPN properties indicate Windows 8 without an option for Windows 10. Could this be the problem? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I need some help regarding Nord's auto-renewal. I had planned to renew my subscription for a two-year Standard Plan for $83.76 when it expired on Feb. 14, [redacted]. However, on Feb. 1, [redacted], I noticed an unauthorized charge of $99 on my Chase Visa card that was never linked to my Nord account. I suspect my account may have been compromised and I am in touch with Chase to dispute this transaction.

Dear Sir/Madam, I'm still dealing with a fraudulent charge issue on my credit card, which is why I can't use it at the moment. Citi Simplicity informed me I would regain access by Friday to pay my NordVPN bill. Could you please extend my NordVPN account until the end of the week for continued protection until my credit card is sorted out? I received an email today from someone at GetHuman regarding my credit card problem, but I was unsure if they were from NordVPN. I didn't respond as a result. I'm having issues with Nord VPN not responding to download commands even though I have paid for a 2-year subscription. The problem seems to be related to Google as I cannot download anything tied to Google, including emails. When I contacted Google, they mentioned the problem was with Nord VPN. I was then informed that fixing it would cost over $[redacted] and I would need to pay for a 3-year program. Despite believing it was Google causing the issue, I prefer Nord VPN. I believe I have been scammed by NordVPN. I am seeking a refund. Despite attempting to sign up for just a month to test the service due to positive reviews, I was charged for an entire year. I have faced difficulties reaching customer support. Each time I try to cancel my subscription following their website's instructions, my internet connection is interrupted, which seems suspicious. I am frustrated by this apparent scam and demand a refund immediately. If my refund is not processed today, I will take legal action against NordVPN. Kindly return my money to me promptly.

I am an 85-year-old not very familiar with technology. Recently, I was discharged from the hospital after a fall that resulted in two broken bones and a concussion. Upon returning home, I encountered a VPN prompt on my iPhone. Unsure if it was ExpressVPN or NordVPN, I unintentionally clicked on it and believe I may have been charged. I do not wish to subscribe to this service but am unsure how to proceed. Any guidance on how to locate and cancel this subscription would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I purchased a 1-month NORD VPN subscription for $3.28 on April 3, [redacted]. However, I was charged $[redacted] for the Complete package, which includes services I don't need like the Password Manager, Data Breach Scanner, Cloud Storage, and File Encryption, and the subscription was for 2 years instead of 1 month. I only require the VPN service. Could you please change my subscription to the Standard plan and refund the price difference as I have not utilized any services other than the VPN? If it's not possible to modify my subscription and provide the refund, I would like to request a full refund. I am fine with having the 2-year Standard Subscription if the difference is refunded. Dear Nord Support Team, I am seeking your help to access my Nord account. I have been unable to log in since the activation of 2-factor authentication. After getting a new phone, I lost access to the authentication app and the backup code. Although I value account security, I am currently unable to utilize the NordVPN services I have paid for. Kindly consider removing the 2-factor authentication or suggest alternative ways for me to access my account. If I remain locked out, I may need to request a refund for my subscription. I noticed that Nord deducted $[redacted] from my account for a recurring payment that I did not authorize on the due date. I have been a customer since the company's early days but found their recent services lacking. The timing of the charge, right after my release from the hospital, and the complicated terms in the agreement were frustrating. As a disabled senior in Washington DC, I rely on consumer protection laws. It's not about the amount but the principle of being deceived by a company I once trusted.

I recently attempted to install the NordVPN app on my computer without success. I'm unsure if the issue is due to my aging computer or my lack of technical expertise, both possibilities are valid. Instead of trying the 30-day trial, I opted to purchase a two-year subscription using my MasterCard. The total charge, including taxes, was Can.$[redacted].71. The transaction is pending but will process soon. I would like a refund to my MasterCard promptly to avoid having to involve the bank's Dispute Department. I am experiencing difficulty accessing my NordLynx VPN account ([redacted]) due to password issues. The account is linked to my husband's master account (Joel B. Rosenberg [redacted]). We have been using Nord VPN protection for our computers, iPad, and cellphones for [redacted] days, with the subscription expiring on Nov. 8, [redacted]. Despite contacting customer support team members Lia Santiago, Antonio Oropeza, and Leo Ferreo and receiving multiple ticket numbers ([redacted]5, [redacted]8, [redacted]8), I have not been able to reset my password successfully. Antonio Oropeza mentioned the possibility of manually entering a temporary password to help me reset it, but the provided link did not work. Leo Ferreo is now requesting proof of payment, which is difficult to provide under the circumstances. Despite the link not working, I requested the manual entry of the temporary password. Now, I am being asked by Leo Ferreo to provide proof of payment, which is challenging given my husband's health situation. I am having trouble accessing your product due to complex instructions. I believe I have made a payment, but the process is too technical, and I'm unsure. I received a code but lost it while switching screens to check my email. Your lack of a phone support option is frustrating. I would like to either connect to the product easily or cancel my subscription for a refund. This experience has been frustrating, and I may return to using AVG. Thank you for addressing this.

On May 25, [redacted], I contacted Nord VPN to cancel my 1-year $99.48 subscription. I was assured a refund would be issued. The next day, I acquired your 2-year subscription. Reviewing my Citi credit card statement, I noticed both charges were billed by you. Nord VPN should only have charged me on the 26th, not on the 25th. Kindly refund the initial charge, or I am open to letting you keep it if you extend my current subscription by an additional 2 years as compensation for the repeated error. On May 25, [redacted], I reached out to NordVPN to cancel my $99.48 one-year subscription. They assured me of a refund. The next day, May 26, I bought a two-year subscription. Checking my Citibank credit card statement, I noticed both charges were taken by NordVPN. NordVPN should only have charged me for the second transaction on May 26. I subscribed to NordVPN for one month but canceled within a week for a refund. An employee assured me of the 30-day money-back guarantee, mentioning a 5 to 10 day refund period. It's been over two weeks and I haven't received the $18 refund. I am frustrated and seeking resolution as soon as possible. I have tried reaching out to Nord but haven't had success.
