Hello! I am wondering why NordVPN does not offer phone support for customer service. Also, I am concerned about the lack of an imprint. It feels a bit suspicious not to have that information available. It is essential to be cautious these days!
While running my VPN, Thunderbird won't send or receive emails. Disabling the VPN resolves the issue. This problem persists across different email programs. I've tried changing to alternative email software with no success. My SMTP port is [redacted], and incoming port is [redacted]. The error message says: "Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail: Outgoing server (SMTP) error. The server responded: Cannot connect to SMTP server 47.43.26.4 (47.43.26.4:[redacted]), connect error [redacted]."
I would like to cancel my NORD VPN subscription due to frequent internet connection issues it causes. I need my internet for work, and it was down for hours yesterday.
