Hello, I purchased a Nokia 5.1 Plus in June [redacted]. In December [redacted], I reformatted it due to slow performance. Since then, the front switch camera has not been working. I reformatted the phone again, but the issue persisted. I visited a Nokia kiosk for assistance. The service center informed me that the camera indicator was wet and requested over 7,[redacted] pesos for repairs. I was surprised by this news as I had not used the camera and had received a new iPhone from my sisters. I seek a fair investigation as I have observed similar issues among other Nokia users. I hope Nokia can demonstrate its quality and address this matter satisfactorily to prevent a recurrence. Thank you for your attention.

Hello,
I previously owned a Nokia 1 android phone and was content with it until 10.02.[redacted] when it was updated by the company. Since then, I have encountered issues like being unable to reply to texts and "Tap to Speak" appearing instead. I would appreciate it if the updates could be uninstalled to restore my phone's original functionality. Additionally, I am curious if there is a way to retrieve deleted texts. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello everyone,
I hope you're having a good day. I am currently using a Nokia 2 and I must say I really like the phone for its handiness and good battery life. However, I have been facing some challenges with the Gboard app. It takes more than 30 seconds to open and despite trying to uninstall and reinstall, as well as clear data and cache, nothing seems to have worked. I believe this issue started when I upgraded to Oreo from Nougat. It was already problematic on Nougat, and the situation worsened on Oreo. This is really affecting the usability of my phone, and I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this. I have attempted to find solutions on YouTube, but nothing has been effective, leading me to think it's a software glitch. It's frustrating when the Gboard closes unexpectedly while typing, even when I tried using alternative keyboard apps. I really need help with this promptly, as it's hindering my work when the built-in keyboard app misbehaves. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Salum Shomari from Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. I recently took part in a Facebook competition called Nokia giveaway, where participants had to write "NOKIA" without interruption to win a new Nokia phone. I was lucky enough to win twice. I would like to inquire if you are the organizers of this Facebook giveaway. If so, I am wondering how I can receive the two Nokia phones I won, as I was unable to provide my delivery address due to system issues. I would really appreciate your prompt assistance. Thank you. Best regards.

Hello Team,
I have been using a Nokia 7.2 since November [redacted]. Since the beginning, I have been experiencing a YouTube color issue where different colors display in videos, and the battery drains quickly. I consulted the shop where I purchased the phone, and they reset the software. A few months ago, I noticed a slight bend in my phone and encountered charging problems. After visiting the nearest service center, they kept my phone, reset the software for the bend, and claimed it was my fault, not covered by the warranty. During their service, the volume key lost color, the card slot got damaged, and they denied any responsibility. I believe I received a faulty piece as the issues started from the beginning, unlike my previous phones. I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate this matter. The service center insists it's my fault, but I disagree. Please respond to me via email.

I bought a Nokia 7.1 Plus online in November [redacted] with a one-year warranty. However, it's not functioning properly. Apps like WhatsApp, the torch, camera, and YouTube are causing the phone to hang and sometimes it shuts off even with over 80% battery. My cousin took it to the service center in Shivamogga, where they said it needs 5 days for repairs. I cannot wait that long. They refused to replace the device, claiming it couldn't be done. This situation is frustrating. I need clarification on whether Nokia will replace the phone or if I've been deceived.

I have a Nokia [redacted] that I bought around 17 years ago from Carphone Warehouse, always using Virgin. Recently, Virgin sent me a new SIM after system updates, but it didn't work in my phone. Virgin mentioned their original SIM cards were from EE and suggested my phone might be locked to EE. To resolve this, I attempted to use an EE SIM with no success. EE's unlocking team has been investigating for 19 days without an answer. When I called, they mentioned that if the EE SIM didn't work, my phone might not be locked to EE. Can you assist me in unlocking my phone?

After a recent update on July 28th, my Nokia 2 experienced an issue where the phone option disappeared, affecting calls. Despite working text and internet connections, calls were not possible. After a reset, the phone option and text messages are working, but connecting to the internet via the hotspot no longer works. The provider suggested that the signal might be too weak, but this does not explain why calls and texts are functional. Using a friend's phone as a hotspot works fine for the laptop. I might have missed a crucial step after the reset. How can I restore the internet connection? Thank you for any assistance.

I am looking to optimize the storage space on my Nokia 2V cell phone by utilizing a 128GB SD card. Currently, my phone indicates that 6.64 GB out of 8 GB is used on the "Internal shared storage," comprising 0.32 GB of "Photos & videos" and 2.8 GB of "Other apps." On the SD card, only 2.96 GB is being utilized. The User Manual for the device lacks instructions on how to transfer files to the SD card or designate it as the primary storage location. Kindly provide guidance on setting the SD card as the default memory storage. Despite this issue, I am pleased with my Nokia phone's overall performance. Thank you for your assistance.

On March 25, [redacted], I purchased a Nokia battery from Amazon UK (order: [redacted]-[redacted] Nokia Genuine Original BL-5C) provided by “Glitzy Gizmos”. On August 18, [redacted], I contacted Glitzy Gizmos because the battery stopped holding a charge after a few uses and started swelling up. They responded asking for an image and mentioned discussing the issue with their Amazon account.
After contacting Amazon's customer service, they confirmed my right to a refund under warranty for the defective item. I was advised Glitzy Gizmos should send a prepaid label. Glitzy Gizmos admitted the item was defective but claimed responsibility lies with the manufacturer, not them.
Reminding them of their obligations under the Consumer Rights Act [redacted], I pointed out that within the first six months, faults are presumed to be present at purchase unless proven otherwise. Despite this, Glitzy Gizmos continued to dispute their responsibility.
Following dialogues with them and Nokia, it seems Glitzy Gizmos is maintaining their stance, stating the warranty is Nokia's responsibility. Despite these interactions, I feel Glitzy Gizmos is not fulfilling their obligations as the retailer of the faulty product.

Hello,
I am reaching out regarding an issue I am experiencing with my recent purchase from Flipkart. A couple of months ago, on July 4, [redacted], I bought a Nokia 55-inch Android TV. After just one month of usage, the TV stopped working, displaying issues starting on August 1, [redacted]. I have attached images for your reference.
Upon realizing the display problem, we promptly contacted customer support and filed a complaint. After several follow-ups, a technician came to our home and deemed it as physical damage, resulting in a denial of a refund.
My concern lies in the fact that there are no visible signs of external damage, yet it is being treated as physical damage. We have taken utmost care with the new TV and even used a stabilizer to prevent power fluctuations.
Despite our precautions, we are facing this TV issue, which I believe stems from a faulty/damaged device at the time of purchase. I urge you to investigate this matter and provide a swift resolution. Even a replacement instead of a refund would suffice, as long as I have a functioning TV.
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Varun

Subject: Request for Replacement Nokia 7 Plus Handset Due to Manufacturing Defect
Dear Support,
I am writing to address the ongoing issue with the defective Nokia 7 Plus handset I purchased from M/s Devi International in Bangalore on August 19, [redacted]. Despite surrendering the phone at the Nokia Center in Jayanagar 9th Block on July 6, [redacted], under warranty, the technical issues persist, including charging problems and software malfunctions.
I have diligently followed up with the Nokia authorized service centers, but the lack of spare parts and delays in repair have left me dissatisfied. On August 31, [redacted], I formally submitted the faulty device with Job Sheet No. [redacted]50/[redacted]/[redacted], as advised by Mr. Nandeesh, the Center Manager.
Considering Nokia's admission of persistent technical issues with the Nokia 7 Plus and the company's practice of replacing defective units, I urge you to either provide a new handset or refund the purchase amount of Rs 26,[redacted] plus accrued interest, as per consumer rights regulations.
Please address this matter promptly, as my handset remains at your service center. Your immediate action will be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Shivakumar.C

I'm having issues with my phone not saving photos correctly. Sometimes, they appear as grey squares or 'device only', and my videos show up as blurry red and green. I've tried using a new memory card and formatting it, but I can't change the picture storage setting from the phone to the card because it won't select it. Can anyone offer some guidance on how to fix this problem? Thank you.

I have reached out to numerous companies, but I am unsure of how to proceed. I lack the expertise needed to initiate contact with a company, even though I have an innovative idea that could revolutionize communication worldwide. My concept includes enabling communication with the deceased, enhancing the realism of interactions, and watching a live match from one stadium in another. While this idea isn't the core focus of my project, it showcases the extensive potential of my innovation.
I would be grateful for the opportunity to present my concept. If possible, kindly arrange for a relevant individual at Nokia to communicate with me. I firmly believe that this idea has the power to shape the future of your company and redefine global communication paradigms.

Recently, I bought a Nokia mobile device from Target and was informed by the Target staff that it has a one-year warranty for damages. However, the instruction manual provided with the phone does not mention how to go about getting it replaced under the warranty. Target also did not provide any specific details regarding the warranty process. I am seeking assistance from Nokia to explain the procedure for replacing the phone if it gets damaged within the warranty period.

I recently bought a Nokia C5 endi from Cricket and signed up for a month of service. My new phone suddenly started giving out continuous notifications, and my hand began to feel overheated while holding it. To my shock, the phone started emitting smoke, causing me to drop it as my hand felt like it was burning. I tried to remove the battery, but the damage was already done. Now I'm phoneless, with only the monthly service working. I bought insurance with Cricket and went in the next day. They asked for a $75 deductible, which I found unreasonable considering I had just spent my last monthly income on the new service. It's frustrating to be charged for a new phone that malfunctioned without any fault of my own. I rely on my phone for urgent health issues and contacting my husband and physicians. Cricket suggested contacting Nokia for assistance. Any help in replacing my phone would be greatly appreciated.

Three days ago, I went to Cricket to inquire about a new Nokia phone I had bought. When I set up the security pattern at home, I encountered an issue. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't unlock the phone. Cricket suggested I visit Smooth Wireless for assistance. Unfortunately, they were unable to unlock it and stated there was a problem with the device. Upon returning to Cricket, they denied any issues and refused a refund or exchange, leaving me frustrated. My name is Jackie Yeager, a loyal Cricket customer with a history of using Nokia phones. I would appreciate a call or email regarding the next steps. On April 30, [redacted], I purchased a Nokia C1 Plus device with IMEI [redacted][redacted] at the Movistar store located on Av. Shirys and NNUU in Quito, Ecuador. From the beginning, the phone had issues with audio on WhatsApp – it was distorted, intermittent, and had strange noises resembling short circuits. This has been not only harmful to my hearing but also emotionally stressful. Despite two visits to the technical service where they claimed they changed the software, the problem persists. Neither the technical service nor the store have resolved the issue or honored the warranty by providing a new device with the same features that works perfectly or a refund, as mandated by consumer protection laws. I kindly request Nokia, as a reputable company, to intervene and ensure that I receive a replacement device with the same features and in proper working condition. The lack of response from the Movistar store is affecting not only my experience but also the reputation of Nokia. Thank you for your assistance.

My Nokia 3 got stuck on the "no command" screen, so I checked out some YouTube videos for a fix. Eventually, I managed to navigate the menu, but it displayed in Chinese. After translating it using Google, I was able to restart it to normal. When the charging port stopped working, I cleaned it with sanitizer. Unfortunately, it later got stuck in a boot loop displaying the Android logo repeatedly. Now, it just vibrates without showing anything on the screen. I'm unsure if it's charging or not. Can anyone advise me on what might be causing this issue and suggest a solution? Thank you.
