Hello, I'm a Nike Plus Running App user named Ajay_Chhabra. I encountered an issue where a 15km run I participated in on September 4, [redacted], disappeared from my Activity page. Although I edited the run due to time and distance discrepancies, it vanished completely. My account should show a total of 27km from 4 runs in September, but only 3 runs of 4km each are displayed, missing the 15km run. Additionally, the home page only shows today's 4.03km run, not the other 2 runs shown in the Activity tab. Please assist in restoring the missing 15km run to my Activity page and ensuring all runs are synced in the home page. Thank you for addressing this.

Colin Kaepernick... Really? Adolf Hitler ascent available? If Nike, and evidently they don't, can't find somebody to be a better role model than Colin Kaepernick, maybe it's time for you to turn your market share over to companies that better understand the values of respect we show our Armed Forces. Twenty-three hours and fifty-seven minutes a day to protest your feelings about what's wrong with this country, and you decide to sponsor someone who, for three minutes a week, can't thank people who serve in the armed forces. I hadn't heard a thing from this individual until football season. What would Phil Knight do if you suddenly decided to go against company policy and protest at work? Bad choices made by Nike. Your next campaign could be entitled "True Colors" by deciding to take Colin Kaepernick and portray him as someone who did nothing for a sacrifice you agree with his stance. You have no defense, don't offer one.

Nike, I used to be a fan and proudly wore your products. However, I am disappointed in your decision to endorse Kaepernick. This is a mistake that will have consequences. Many of us have values we won't compromise, and we cherish our country. You seem out of touch, but you will see the backlash. I will no longer support Nike, and I'm not alone in this. I rarely complain to companies, but this is different. This is about my country, and I hope you understand the gravity of your error soon. It appears your marketing team miscalculated. Did they not consider the impact on NFL ratings and attendance? It's not wise. Your investors may share this sentiment. Focus on your products, not politics.

I am disappointed by the choice NIKE has made in having Colin K. as their spokesperson. Our family will be boycotting NIKE due to this decision. Although we support the cause, we disagree with the disrespectful way he has gone about it. We believe true heroes in our country are the ones who fight for our nation and flag. We do not see Colin K. making positive contributions to solving the issues he protests against. Instead of promoting division, we believe NIKE should focus on retail business. In response to this, we chose to support the UnderArmor store, which honors our troops and first responders. NIKE should reevaluate its decision and consider more productive ways to address social issues, rather than supporting a divisive figure. Our family remains committed to promoting unity and supporting true heroes. Please ensure this message reaches decision-makers at NIKE. Best, K. & D. Ulmer

Recently, my car was broken into, and my wallet containing a Nike receipt was stolen. The receipt was for a windbreaker and a vest that I purchased for $[redacted] each, totaling $[redacted] plus tax. I tried to return both items at the Ontario Mills Nike store in California, but the manager stated that without a receipt, I could only receive $34.99 for each item, the current lowest selling price online. According to Nike's policy, items without receipts should be exchanged at the current selling price, not the lowest. When scanned, both items rang up at the price I originally paid. I believe the managers need better training, and I'm a long-time loyal customer. All I ask is to receive the full amount back as I feel like I'm being taken advantage of.

Subject: Re: NIKE Misplaced Political Correctness I wanted to share a passage from a letter by Eli Kramer published in the Asbury Park Press on Sunday, July 7, [redacted], that truly resonated with me. According to Mr. Kramer, the current trend of political correctness has skewed interpretations to an extreme. To illustrate, he argued that labeling the American flag as racist is like condemning serving hot dogs at ballparks due to a potential Nazi connection or forgoing sushi because of Japan's past actions. The Betsy Ross flag, a symbol of the original 13 colonies uniting, embodies the foundation of the US as outlined in the Constitution. Mr. Kramer excellently pointed out that despite America's imperfections, our flag symbolizes a nation built on equality and rights. I, too, proudly fly the flag at home to honor this country, its values, and those who defend our liberties.

I am writing to express my disappointment with Nike for withdrawing the American Flag/Betsy Ross shoe. Nike initially thought the shoe was a good idea by investing resources to design and manufacture it. The decision to withdraw the product does not align with celebrating the history of the United States. Slavery has been present in many countries and throughout history, so opposing a [redacted]-year-old flag representing the country's founding is unjustified. I am disappointed that Nike has taken a political stance against the founding of the United States when the 13 colonies united and rebelled against England to establish a new nation. As a result, I will no longer purchase Nike products and will encourage others to do the same. Sincerely, James

About three months ago, I took a stroll with a friend at Mission Bay wearing my Women's Nike Air shoes that I bought a year earlier. Despite being initially hesitant due to the high price, I purchased them anyway. Unfortunately, during our walk, the right shoe started falling apart as the glue separated from the base, causing chunks of foam to break off. Although I took photos at the time, I had deleted them later. My friend suggested returning the shoes, but I decided not to as I felt Nike wouldn't care. We discussed a basketball player whose Nike shoes had also disintegrated on the court. Since then, I have kept the shoes to show others as a cautionary tale and have shared my negative experience with Nike. I avoid buying their products now and favor Adidas instead, as I find it to be a better brand. I've recently bought athletic gear for my family but deliberately avoided Nike products, spreading the word about my disappointing experience. I will continue to steer clear of Nike and encourage others to do the same. Best regards, Lin Manning

Dear Sirs, I purchased a pair of Nike Revolution trainers from Carrefour Supermarket in Torrevieja, Spain, about three weeks ago for approximately 49.00 euros. Regrettably, I am not satisfied with the quality of the shoes. While I neglected to keep the receipt, I can provide the bank transaction details. The issue I am facing is that the trainers squeak while walking, and it appears that the rubber sole is coming loose upon closer inspection. Although I typically wouldn't spend over 49 euros on trainers, my wife recommended them, having enjoyed hers. I believe a resolution is necessary, whether it involves me returning the shoes to Carrefour or receiving a full refund to my UK Santander account (Sort Code: 09-01-26, Account No: [redacted]6). I am willing to share photographs if required and hope for a prompt response.

Dear Sir, I am writing to request a replacement for my son's Nike football boots, purchased two months ago from CISALFA in Rome. Despite our long history of satisfaction with Nike products, the boots have quickly fallen apart. My son, a dedicated 13-year-old football player, used the boots cautiously during his 15 games on astro-turf. The back heel of the right boot has detached, with the left following suit. I have attached photos of the faulty boots for your review. Since we cannot locate the receipt, the retailer refused assistance. However, I believe this issue is a manufacturing fault and urge Nike to replace the boots. The details of the purchase are as follows: • Purchased from: CISALFA, ROMA • Purchase Date: JULY [redacted] • Purchase Price: €68.00 • Size: Euro 43 • Ref Numbers: CJ1292-[redacted], UPC [redacted][redacted] Kindly send the replacement boots to the address provided in Rome. I am confident this incident is an anomaly, as my family values the quality and style of Nike products. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Please reach out if more details are required. Best regards, Tim

I bought a pair of Nike Reax men's shoes just over a month ago. After wearing them only a few times, I noticed today that the stitching is coming apart on almost the entire shoe, both on the left and right sides. Unfortunately, I can't return them to the store without the receipt. I hope Nike will support their product. Even if they can't fix this, I want to file a complaint. I paid $[redacted] for these shoes and only wore them about three times. I'm 43 and have been a loyal Nike customer since my teenage years. This has never happened before in the hundreds of pairs of Nikes I've bought over the years. I currently own about ten pairs. However, my future loyalty will be based on how Nike handles this. I prefer to support companies that stand behind their products.

I submitted a shirt for warranty inspection, and they deemed it defective, promising a credit. However, they later reneged on granting the credit, which has left me frustrated. I am upset with Nike for their actions, but my main concern is to have my shirt returned to me. The ESC shirt cost $[redacted], and although I could have it fixed by a seamstress, I feel entitled to my shirt back since they rescinded the credit. This situation is disappointing, especially considering the shirt was a gift that I value. I have lost faith in Nike's customer service, but I am adamant about retrieving my product. It seems likely that they disposed of the defective shirt after declaring it so, but regardless of the credit issue, I expect them to return my shirt to me.

Hello! My name is Sergey Khomishin (writing from my wife's number), I am from Russia. I have an idea (invention) for you that I want to share how it came about. Recently, I had twin babies: a boy and a girl, I am a happy father. Recently, my daughter couldn't fall asleep no matter what we tried, and I told her, "Sweetie, go to sleep and dream of a million dollars. In the morning, you tell me where it is, and Dad will buy you a convertible car." And she fell asleep immediately. The next day at 4:00 am, she woke up, and I started feeding her with baby formula. At that moment, the idea 💡 with all the details came to my mind. Idea: - [ ] Nike shoe model, - [ ] its appearance, - [ ] model name, - [ ] 2 commercials: one for NBA players, the other for everyday life. I felt this feeling for the first time in my life: as if my daughter told me this herself, and she's only 2 months old. The idea is still underdeveloped (as I am writing to you immediately after the events), but it will shake the whole world, there is nothing like it in the clothing and footwear market. If you're interested, contact me, and I will tell you more details. I am sure it will work [redacted]%! Unfortunately, I only know basic English, so I am writing in Russian. I look forward to your response! Best regards, Sergey Khomishin.
