The Baythorne Homeowners Association in Flossmoor, IL, with 19 homes, has been facing issues with a streetlight being out for months. The electrical contractor refuses to fix it citing damage by Nicor, who, in turn, insists on only dealing with the "owner" of the streetlight and has caused damage to the drainage system, leading to flooded basements. Despite submitting a claim for reimbursement, there has been no resolution. Additionally, Nicor's replacement of meters has resulted in further problems such as difficulties in locating gas lines and damage to properties. Former promises of site inspections and repairs have not been fulfilled, leaving homeowners with various concerns. The community is seeking assistance in locating the missing gas line, completing meter installations, and addressing the damage caused by Nicor.

As seniors, my spouse and I recently returned home from a hospital visit to find our gas service cut off unexpectedly. Due to my ongoing medical treatment, I urgently need hot water for prescribed baths to avoid infections. Upon discovering the overdue bill, I promptly paid $[redacted].00 online, only to be told by a discourteous representative that I must wait until Monday for reconnection. I cannot afford this delay. I implore the utility company to dispatch a technician immediately to restore our gas service. There is a serious health risk, and my elderly father-in-law's misguided attempts to intervene only complicate the situation. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated. Nyle A. Hello, I would like to speak with a customer service representative. I have been attempting to create my account for two months now. Recently, our street name was changed, and the system is unable to identify it. Despite my repeated calls, I keep receiving responses about technical issues. When I emailed for help, I was instructed to call instead. Unfortunately, I had a service person show up at 8:30am to disconnect due to my inability to reach anyone for assistance. Could someone please contact me at my phone number to assist in setting up my account? Thank you.

I had a frustrating experience trying to reach someone at NICOR gas. I almost missed my appointment today due to the long wait times and being disconnected multiple times. I just need to set up autopay but encountered issues since December [redacted]. NICOR claimed the bank declined payment, but my bank has no record of it. I attempted to set up autopay online on December 15 but could not locate the section. It has been a headache trying to resolve this billing error.

I am having trouble completing the rebate form as I am unable to progress beyond the initial page. The final field asks for the supplier's email address. I have attempted to input the email address provided in their literature and billing (americanweathermakers.com) multiple times without success. Could you confirm if this email address is accurate, or provide me with the correct one? I assume that the email should belong to the company from which I purchased the furnace, rather than the manufacturer. Can you clarify this for me?
