I hired a gardener from this website to inspect my gardening job and fix some fence posts. While on holiday in Cape Verde, a storm on the 15th knocked down my fences. The gardener came on the 18th and did a poor job, leaving rubbish in my neighbor's garden. I had to leave repeated messages for him to come back and fix his work. He finally came back on an agreed date, which I only found out about when I saw him at my neighbor's place. He was supposed to return on April 20th but hasn't replied to any of my messages or calls. This lack of professionalism has caused me severe stress. Please contact me urgently at [redacted]6 to discuss further. Clare.

I am looking to get in touch with Nextdoor's customer service for assistance. Living in South Texas, I have noticed a distressing number of sick and malnourished stray animals roaming the streets. Despite my efforts in the pet industry for over 40 years, the lack of proper animal control and community awareness is disheartening. Recently, I posted updates on a dog we adopted through Nextdoor, seeking donations for her substantial vet bills. However, my posts keep getting removed, and I feel like I am facing censorship due to being perceived as an outsider. It is frustrating to see important messages being silenced. I believe a change in moderators may help address this ongoing issue. I hope for a resolution to ensure that valuable information is not suppressed. Thank you, Paula C.

I would like to address an issue regarding Tom Maloney from Berry Creek Reserves. Six years ago, he was voted off the HOA Board for dishonesty and continues to cause problems by undermining the current board on Nextdoor. Despite being asked to stop discussing board matters on Nextdoor, he persists in creating issues. I defended the board on Nextdoor, only to be unfairly removed after he complained. I urge Nextdoor to reinstate my account and address Tom's disruptive behavior. The Board President, Steve Bagdaschi, can provide further information on Tom's actions and the challenges he poses at board meetings. Tom's efforts to control residents' opinions for personal gain have made Nextdoor a hostile environment for our community. If action is taken against me based on false information, I request that Tom also be held accountable for his disruptive behavior on Nextdoor. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I received a message from you regarding a post that violated Nextdoor's guidelines. Unfortunately, removing my post seemed to empower those who made hurtful comments. I did not intend to offend anyone. It appears that certain individuals are trying to dictate the community's behavior. It is concerning that posts are removed based solely on member complaints without a thorough review of the conversation. It seems like there is a hierarchy in place. I urge you to carefully review the entire thread before taking action. Thank you, G. Keselman Brookhaven, GA

I have been locked out and I insist that I have done nothing wrong. I was not bullying anyone. Lea Wolf from Next Door Carmel Valley took a picture of an old post and falsely labeled me as a bigot. She even threatened to post more old posts taken out of context. This behavior is unkind and unjust. I want to clarify that I am not a bigot; I actively work with disadvantaged communities through the Red Cross. I have never resorted to name-calling or threats towards her. It was she who initiated the threats. I have only posted positive comments regarding the issues she brought up about our local schools. My child has an Individualized Education Program (IEP) and has had a great experience with the schools and teachers in our area. Those who check my messages will see that another woman also faced a similar situation with Ms. Wolf. It is clear that she is not fostering unity in our community but rather causing division. Our students recently had to redo a test due to cheating, and the matter was handled promptly with parents being informed. I can provide documentation from my son's school if necessary. Ms. Wolf's accusations are baseless. Our community and schools deserve respect. One negative person should not tarnish our entire school system, which is currently ranked number one in the State and fifth in the country. Her attacks on our schools have been relentless and have caused unnecessary conflict within the community. I believe her behavior is deplorable. I am dismayed by her actions and the negative impact they have had on me and others. While I may have responded hastily, being accused of bigotry by someone who doesn't know my background is hurtful. I have volunteered in disadvantaged communities during emergencies to support children facing mistreatment and anxiety from their parents. I am willing to provide references from my church, PTA, and the Red Cross to attest to my character. Ms. Wolf consistently stirs up tension with her posts, causing unnecessary strife. I can gather numerous people who would vouch for my integrity. My home is a safe space where teenagers can study and freely express themselves. I take great pride in providing this environment without any compensation because I am passionate about supporting children in need.

I have updated my debit card address, billing address, and phone number, but I am still unable to verify my account. Waiting three to five days without a response is not convenient. The online reports from the OC Sheriff reveal a concerning increase in suspicious persons, disturbance incidents, drug use, and even gun violations. This raises the urgency for community action. I am willing to assist by providing photos of house address markers, street signs, and my name on bills and furniture to establish trust. It is important for neighbors to be more vigilant and participate in the Neighborhood Watch program, especially during nighttime. Thank you for your attention to this matter. -Tom

We are in the process of moving from Indian Land, SC to Greenville, NC and will relocate to [redacted] Chavis Court, Greenville, NC [redacted] in about a month. I would like to switch my Nextdoor updates from Sun City Carolina Lakes (Indian Land, SC) to Kitrell Farms (Greenville, NC) to connect with local recommendations for plumbers and electricians. Thank you.

Our home address is [redacted] South Datura Circle East, [redacted], under Southbridge 2 on Nextdoor.

My account got suspended on 7/16/[redacted] after discussing the dangers of loud fireworks based on my personal experience with hearing damage. I received derogatory comments like "miserable complainer" and "whiner." One member, Cory Johnson, told me to adjust my life instead of expecting others to change, even suggesting I should "up my meds and put on some headphones." This remark was offensive. Following this, I was suspended. Since then, Cory and another member named Deanna, the neighborhood lead, have been targeting me, behaving like bullies. Deanna keeps locking me out without valid reasons. Although I'm not perfect, I have never resorted to name-calling or belittling others. Why are these individuals allowed to treat me this way? I keep getting locked out, but for what reason?

I recently needed a ride from the emergency room due to a chronic illness. A person named Helen took offense and accused me of using a fake identity. I go by Katie Grace, the name used on my paychecks, and I did not use my full name due to personal reasons. This accusation has caused me emotional distress. I believe Helen should be removed from Nextdoor for stalking and causing distress. I request access back to my account as I feel unfairly treated by Nextdoor for supporting false allegations. This experience has greatly disappointed me, and I hope to regain access to my account without further issues.

I have been a member of Nextdoor in the Parkwood neighborhood of Durham, NC since [redacted]. Up until three weeks ago, I had made numerous comments and a few posts without any being reported. Recently, I've noticed that nine of my comments were reported, all from the Hunter's Woods neighborhood where a specific individual seems to be targeting me. Even harmless comments like clarifying about orange bikes or discussing venomous snakes were reported for no valid reason. Other members have also faced similar targeting from this individual, and despite reaching out to the leads, no action has been taken. It's important for Nextdoor to address this issue promptly and take action against this individual targeting members with false reports. The lead in that neighborhood needs to intervene and ensure such behavior stops immediately.

I have been a member of Nextdoor for over two years, actively participating and helping neighbors. My name is Steven Wolak from [redacted] SE 162nd Place in Summerfield, FL. Recently, my account was unexpectedly disabled while I was chatting privately with my neighbor Brenda McDonald. I suspect that Adam Derderian, known as Mr. Adam on Nextdoor, may have falsely reported me to the platform. Adam, residing at [redacted] SE 95th Court in Summerfield, FL, has harassed me and other members with offensive comments and negative behavior. He is a 52-year-old individual on disability with a criminal record. I am seeking clarification from Nextdoor regarding why my account was disabled without notice and want them to review the situation. Despite receiving many thanks for my contributions, I feel unfairly targeted. I hope Nextdoor can investigate the situation promptly and provide me with an explanation. Thank you, Steven Wolak, Summerfield, FL.

I reported a crime on Nextdoor that was confirmed by over 5 other residents who had similar experiences with the same individuals and their pet who caused damage. My account was unexpectedly locked by Nextdoor, which goes against their own terms of service. I have been trying for a week to resolve this, but have received no assistance or response from them. I have filed a complaint due to the lack of support and what seems like incompetence from them. I demand that my account be reactivated promptly. I reported a genuine crime that was supported by other residents, and it seems like the lead, who is friends with the wrongdoers, deactivated my account.

I have been waiting for over 10 days to receive my postcard for account verification, but it has not arrived yet. I have tried every detail to sign in and link my number to my address without success. Additionally, I can't seem to find where I can input my last 4 digits for verification as nothing is guiding me through that process. This lack of verification is hindering my progress on the platform. I am eagerly awaiting your prompt response to assist me with this matter. I also encountered an issue with my number being recognized as existing already at one point. I hope this matter can be resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

After being targeted by online bullies who trolled me relentlessly, I had to file multiple complaints with Nextdoor, but they were not resolved. The bullies were not removed and were allowed to continue their behavior. Many others were also being bullied by them. It appears to be a coordinated attack against those who do not share their political views. Despite the issues being related to area crime, it amounts to discrimination, which is illegal. When I made another complaint to Nextdoor and was told it would be 'investigated,' instead, my account was suddenly inaccessible. I believe it was suspended without any notification or update on the 'investigation.' I reached out to one of the leads, who ignored me and thanked one of the bullies in question on a post. This clear bias and discrimination have gone unaddressed, with the only action being the blocking of me and others who have been victimized for not sharing the prevailing political opinion. I have sent another message to Nextdoor seeking an explanation but doubt I will receive one. This website appears to be biased, unwelcoming, and unneighborly, fostering a hostile environment while claiming to be inclusive. It seems a lawsuit against this website may be necessary.

I have been on ND for years, and I recently moved a couple of weeks ago. Even though I am still in the same neighborhood, I submitted a change of address request. The website mentioned I could use a debit or credit card for verification (if addresses match), but that option wasn't available to me. I tried to authenticate using my phone number, first the new one, then the cell, and finally the old one, but none of them worked. I was informed that perhaps it's because I haven't received a bill at my new address yet, even though I am paid up. No prior warning was given about these issues. I was told a postcard would be sent for verification, but I have not received it. Uncertain about when my mail will be forwarded, I worried I might be without mail for a few days. I initially expected a 2-3 day transition, but later discovered it could take up to 10 days. Due to these challenges, I am currently locked out of ND. As a result, I cannot post about my upcoming yard sale or list items for sale. Moreover, I cannot access recent recommendations for house cleaners tailored to my specific needs. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Wendy Katz

I am reaching out regarding a concerning post made by David Dewey on Nextdoor. His statements have defamed my character, mentioning my workplace and causing harm to my professional reputation. I have asked for the post to be removed due to its inaccuracies. Mr. Dewey is demanding payment for carpet damages in his post, which he insists I cover. However, the carpet was worn after 11 years of use and needed replacement regardless. He is refusing to have a reasonable discussion about the matter and is solely focused on tarnishing my reputation. Additionally, Mr. Dewey and his wife were previously close acquaintances, and their complaints seem to stem from a business arrangement rather than genuine concerns. I have attempted to address the issue, including following up on expired smoke detectors, but Mr. Dewey has failed to fulfill his promises. I urge for the removal of Mr. Dewey's post as it is causing significant harm to my business and personal well-being. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Trina Wilkerson

Every time I visit NextDoor, a message pops up saying, "We were unable to deliver email to *****@***.com. Please update your email address or resend the verification email." I've clicked on the verification email, logged out and back in, but the same message persists. Despite updating my password, the issue persists. I am the lead on the WOODLEE HEIGHTS account, but I don't receive most new posts while my husband does. The help option hinted at a verification code sent to my phone, but that hasn't resolved the issue. I'm stuck in a loop trying to rectify this without success. It's incredibly frustrating. I'm seeking assistance from NextDoor to resolve this issue as changing my password and clicking on the verification code email hasn't worked even after multiple attempts. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could reach out to help with this issue without any additional charges.

I am having issues updating my address on Nextdoor due to the verification process. Even though I am moving just a few blocks away to a larger home and do not receive bills until the end of the month, I am being asked for a bill to verify my new address. This is frustrating as I have been a member for years and just want to update my address easily. I do not want to trouble my new neighbors for verification. I am also having trouble logging in from either address. Banks and utilities have had no issue changing my address, only Nextdoor. Please assist me in updating my address from [redacted] Monroe Park Rd to [redacted] Hovenweep St, both in Henderson, NV [redacted]. Thank you for your help.

I have been seeking assistance for several days now. I am the lead and founder of our Nextdoor account, and I don't understand why I should have to pay for support. This issue should be easy to resolve. Every time I access Nextdoor, I receive an error message stating that the email could not be delivered to *****@***.com. I have tried to update my email address, resent the verification email, and changed my password, but the problem persists. Despite my husband receiving new posts on the feed, I am not getting most of them. I have tried different solutions, including verifying my phone number, but the problem remains. This is very frustrating, and I need urgent help to address the Nextdoor issue that is preventing me from accessing my account correctly. I would appreciate a call from support without any charges, as it seems to be a problem with Nextdoor's system.
