When questioned, he admitted that he was originally supposed to pick up a white 2-seater but was given the different sofa. The woman, who had been rude during prior interactions, denied any mistake and refused to take the sofa back. She posted a misleading photo of a clean white sofa, clearly different from the actual item received. She displayed poor customer service and appeared to simply want to offload the unwanted item without taking responsibility.

Recently, there have been concerning incidents of bullying at The Preserve at Corkscrew involving some leads, making it difficult to report. Sadly, a Board of Directors member even resigned because of this behavior. Certain members like Errol W. and Shelly K. have not been helpful in resolving the situation. Unacceptable treatment has been directed at individuals such as Leslie E., Scott F., Jessie R., and Stacy W., impacting the whole community. While most residents enjoy using Nextdoor for communication, a small group is causing distress. This negativity is unfair to everyone else, and it is important to address it promptly. Perhaps it's time to consider new leads for the community. It is crucial to stop the verbal harassment and find a resolution to this issue to create a safer environment. Let's work together to end this behavior.

As a senior citizen, simplicity is key for me. I assumed I was permanently signed in, as I struggle to recall multiple passwords. I simply wish to finish reading an article without complication. I am puzzled by the app's functionality and why I am not consistently logged in. I used to live in Ramblewood, Mount Laurel, but now reside in Gloucester Township, Glendora. When I access Nextdoor, it keeps showing me information about Ramblewood which I find frustrating, as I have moved. I would like to have Gloucester Township, Glendora displayed instead. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it still defaults to Ramblewood. If this issue cannot be fixed, I may have to stop using Nextdoor altogether. I reside in Tucson Estates, Tucson, AZ, where there is a lead named Charline Hill overseeing the community discussions. Unfortunately, there have been incidents of uncivil comments and bullying under her watch, which have caught the attention of outsiders as well. One particular candidate endorsed by CH for the HOA's Board of Directors acted in a bullying manner, prompting reports from other leads. CH allowed him to use a different account and reinstated his access despite his behavior. This leniency extended to others who engaged in similar bullying with her tacit approval, creating a hostile environment where even private threats are now being directed at me. As a result, I am considering legal action against Nextdoor and involving the news media if this issue is not resolved promptly. I believe it is crucial for Nextdoor to maintain the integrity of its approved neighborhood leads, and I trust that this message will reach the relevant party for necessary action.

Hello, my name is Ben. I'm a handyman from Bozeman, MT, and I've created a business page to showcase my services. I've worked diligently to gather reviews on Nextdoor to improve visibility for those searching for a handyman.
I recently noticed that when "handyman" is searched, my business page no longer appears in the top three results. Instead, local restaurants, unrelated to home remodeling or handyman services, are listed ahead of me, displacing my visibility.
I'm curious why restaurants are showing up in the handyman category and if there's a way to ensure they are properly categorized to prioritize handyman and home remodeling services in searches.

I am trying to open an account on nextdoor.com, but I am experiencing issues with the verification process. I have entered my name, address, email, and phone number for verification. I am currently unable to access my Nextdoor account. Recently, my cable provider ended their partnership with Earthlink, prompting Earthlink to request a $25 monthly fee for my old email account. I have noticed some very old posts being shared, creating confusion about current events. This has happened twice in the past few months, making it challenging to stay updated. It would be helpful if the platform could address this issue to prevent further confusion.
Additionally, it seems there has been a change involving user profiles. Previously, I could view profiles of members near me, even if they weren't in my immediate neighborhood. Now, I no longer have access to these profiles. Being able to see more profiles could provide valuable insights into the community.
I reached out to Nextdoor about these concerns via their contact form two weeks ago, but I have not received any response. They usually mention a 24 to 48-hour response time, which has not been met. I'm unsure of what steps to take next to address these issues.

My account got disabled due to "using a false name." My messages always display my real name. I have no other names associated. If I used a false name, how would it link to my real one? I need my account reactivated promptly, so I can reach out to my Lead. Could this be a result of someone retaliating against me for a post they disagreed with? The Help Center isn't assisting me; I'm stuck in a loop and unable to address this problem.

My account was disabled for expressing conservative values in a post within a conservative group that shares my beliefs. The lead cited my comments on a Pantene commercial involving two lesbians converting their adopted son into a girl. I believe this practice constitutes abuse by imposing parental political beliefs onto children. Discrimination should not be one-sided, and I should be allowed to voice my convictions, particularly within a conservative setting.
I am requesting my account to be reinstated and for leads to refrain from disabling accounts based on conservative beliefs. Holding conservative views does not equate to discrimination, and I feel unfairly discriminated against for expressing my beliefs.

I am uncertain why I keep getting blocked from a thread, possibly by a lead, which happens occasionally. I can't understand the reason behind it except that someone might want to remove me because they disagree with me or dislike my comments. However, my comments are not offensive; they are just based on my opinions and experiences. For instance, I shared information about parking an RV on the street based on what I learned about the city rules, but after receiving a notification that someone responded to me, the post was mysteriously removed. It's confusing as I continue to receive notifications for the thread. Recently, I also had an issue where I was wrongly targeted for not being a neighborhood member and was suspended until I contacted support to rectify it. I'm finding it frustrating that someone is restricting my participation on this platform and violating my membership rights on a recurring basis. I would appreciate it if this could be looked into.
