I am a member of Nextdoor for my community. After a recent change to their sign-in process, I am not receiving the security code required to access my account. Despite previous assistance from their customer service, the issue still persists. They suggested changing my password and not using a private window, both of which did not solve the problem. As a retiree in an isolated community, I rely on Nextdoor to communicate with my neighbors. I hope they address and resolve this issue promptly to ensure I can continue using their site effectively.

I have noticed a young lady named Jennifer Williams who appears to be misusing her position, acting more as a censor than a leader. I've been a long-time user starting in Danville, California, and have been diligently warning about businesses breaking the law, particularly one that has been taking advantage of retired individuals in our community. Despite my efforts to bring this to light on Safety & Crime platforms like Facebook and NextDoor, Jennifer seems to be obstructing these vital warnings. Numerous retired couples have been financially harmed, with one losing $23,[redacted] and another $12,[redacted]. I suspect Jennifer may have ties to or is being compensated by the company in question, as she is suppressing legitimate concerns. My account history in California will show I rarely deviate from the community guidelines. After extensive efforts and collaboration with the North Carolina State Attorney General, we pursued justice through small claims court, only to face obstacles due to the local court's biases. I urge for the reinstatement of my account to continue advocating for the protection of vulnerable individuals.

I am confused as to why my post was removed. I do not see anything offensive in it. I feel like I am being unfairly targeted. I was just expressing my opinion about the community's elected Board and the changes that were voted on. Democracy means that not everyone will get their way, and that's okay. Someone reported my post, and I believe it was the same group of individuals who have been causing issues in our community. I mentioned that Next Door should be used for home-related matters and not community arguments, even within Trilogy at Power Ranch. I am disappointed that my post was taken down while others are allowed to say hurtful things without consequence. It is frustrating to see individuals like Bob McLendon and Jean O'Donnell making negative comments, especially after a positive article about meeting the candidates. I respectfully request that my post be reinstated on Next Door as I feel unfairly singled out. Thank you, Linda B.

Please cancel all my Nextdoor accounts. I have been trying to find a phone number to contact them but have had no luck. I signed up for Nextdoor to connect with my community, but all I see are complaints about noise, smoking, and other nuisances. Nextdoor emails clog my inbox despite multiple attempts to unsubscribe. Please delete all my accounts immediately. I am frustrated with the app and the constant emails. The negativity on Nextdoor is not what I signed up for. Kindly confirm removal by emailing me before February 4th at 4 pm. Thank you.

I reached out yesterday about a Nextdoor post created without my permission by a couple named Fireman John and Teri at [redacted] Riveredge Rd, Oviedo, FL. The post contained false information and invaded our privacy, which was disrespectful. Despite asking them to remove it, they refused and started harassing us with abusive phone calls and threats. We are unsure of their intentions, possibly seeking community recognition. However, only a few items were necessary, not the personal details they shared. While they have taken down the post, it still appears on their account along with comments from neighbors. We urgently request that Nextdoor completely erase this post from their account to ensure it is no longer visible. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Hello, my name is Steve Berman Christiansen. I posted a message to the community earlier, but now it seems to have disappeared. I didn't include anything inappropriate and simply wanted to share some details about my life. I don't understand why the post was taken down, as I mentioned special people and our community with respect. Could you please let me know what rules I may have broken? Thank you, Steve.

I am trying to locate information about an incident involving my son mentioned on July 14-15, [redacted], in an article on Nextdoor for the Ocean Hills neighborhood. The post supposedly mentioned a man being paralyzed at Croatan Beach, possibly due to a dive accident. I haven't received a response despite previous inquiries. Could you please confirm the availability of this post via email? I am also seeking to connect with the heroes who rescued my son. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

After moving, I found that I couldn't read any messages from my old neighborhood, and I received a postcard to verify my new address, but I can't enter the code. I suspect the neighborhood lead may have banned me, although I don't know why as I haven't violated any policies. This situation led to me deleting my account. I would appreciate having my account reinstated so I can verify my new neighborhood. My email for nextdoor.com is as follows: [redacted].

Rod Pixley, the lead for Manderley Subdivision in Lake Mary, FL, has shared personal information about me and other HOA Board members. He has harassed and lied about us, even posting our financial records on Nextdoor for all to see. Additionally, he has highlighted fences in the neighborhood that do not meet regulations. When I tried to address this by sharing a photo of his house, he deleted my posts and deactivated my account, which I find unjust.

As a volunteer for dog and horse rescue, I urge you to stop allowing people to offer "free pets". They may seem nice, but some pets end up in cruel situations like medical research or dog fighting rings. Please ensure this does not happen in your publication.
Thank you,
Debbie D.

I have reported a post by S. Field multiple times recently due to her unhappiness about her daughter's hair, leading to her and her daughter making negative posts on Nextdoor. Despite not responding initially, other neighbors urged me to defend my business. S. Field escalated the situation by attempting to damage my small business through various social media platforms. She even vaguely mentioned someone visiting my salon, creating discomfort. I never threatened her or her family; my only warning was responding if she continued harming my reputation. To maintain my business's positive image, I removed all related posts promptly. My involvement on Nextdoor is important as I raise awareness about safety concerns and help rehome stray dogs in the neighborhood. While S. Field has insulted me and my business and made threats, I have only sought to protect my reputation. I kindly request an investigation into her actions and the reinstatement of my Nextdoor account as I have urgent public safety information to share. Thank you.

I encountered an issue signing in with my email [redacted] as I received a message stating my account is closed. I realize I will need to reach out to Google for assistance with this matter. This particular email is associated with my accounts on Nextdoor and Facebook, among a few others I have.
Given that I cannot access my email, how can I proceed with signing in today? In [redacted], I believe I created another Nextdoor email and used it as a member, utilizing the same address. It seems like there may be new security measures in place involving codes.
I require assistance in regaining access to my account. Additionally, I have several inquiries regarding a letter received from my neighbor yesterday. I adamantly disagree with him having any authority over matters concerning him.

I am having trouble accessing my Nextdoor account. I am not receiving the verification code despite multiple attempts. I have contacted support, but their response did not resolve the issue. I need technical support to assist me in accessing my account, which is linked to my email [redacted]

I am facing two issues:
1) I am unable to sign in to my Nextdoor account. I initially used the email address [redacted], which has been closed. I cannot reactivate it. I also don't recall which email address I used for my second account. I would like the option to receive the sign-in code via email or text. Due to this issue, I would like to create a new Nextdoor account since I don't use it frequently.
Address: [redacted] Adonis Circle, Mckinney, TX [redacted] (zip changed last year to [redacted]). Mary Ann Herron.
2) Secondly, I received a letter from Tom Davis in my mailbox promoting the Nextdoor Crimson Ridge app. I question the necessity of this specific app for our neighborhood when we can already set boundaries on the regular Nextdoor platform.
I appreciate any assistance with these concerns.

There have been attempts to use my address for setting up accounts. I reside at [redacted] Ripple Creek Dr. in Austin, TX [redacted]. Just to clarify, there is no individual named Nancy Anderson residing at this address. Recently, a card meant for Nancy Anderson with a verification code ([redacted]) for Nextdoor was mistakenly delivered to me. Another card for Mike Hunt with code [redacted] was wrongly sent to my neighbor's vacant, for-sale address, [redacted] Spring Garden. It seems this fraud is widespread. I kindly request that both Nancy Anderson and Mike Hunt be blocked from Nextdoor due to these fraudulent activities. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently discovered that my information, including my phone number and address, is being used by someone on Nextdoor without my authorization. I don't have a Nextdoor account, and my address is [redacted] Wimbledon Drive, Walled Lake, MI [redacted], with phone number [redacted]. The individual is using the name Stanley Roberts under my details, but my real name is Eric Marogi.
I've been a victim of hacking and identity theft before, with my information stolen on multiple occasions. This situation has arisen in the context of a lawsuit against my condominium association.
Upon hearing from a neighbor who noticed an account under the name Eric Maroti, which actually belongs to me, I'm concerned and want to uncover who is behind this deception. I'm eager to understand how Nextdoor failed to prevent this misuse of my personal information and would appreciate any assistance in identifying the culprit or tracing the IP addresses involved.

My account has been temporarily disabled and I do not believe there is a valid reason for it. My posts contribute relevant material to discussions within the community. I suspect that one of the individuals criticizing me might be a member of a group I have been critical of, as they have reposted my content under their name and frequently create new discussion topics. Another critic uses personal attacks and shares false information without consequences, raising questions of potential bias from the Lead. I am not seeking action against them; I trust the community to judge the content. I have enjoyed advocating on Nextdoor and have invited significantly more people compared to my critics. I kindly request the immediate reinstatement of my account.

I believe it's important to address the unfair judgement towards parents due to the dangerous driving behaviors near Ralston School. Many who experienced the traumatic events from the reckless speeding of individuals during school hours are still haunted by the physical injuries sustained. The memories are vivid, especially for my son and his classmates. The impact of such incidents should not be underestimated, and it's crucial for the community, like Next Door, to acknowledge and address these concerns. The reckless drivers should seek psychological help readily available in the Bay Area to prevent further harm and tragedies.

Hello,
I have been serving as a neighborhood lead for quite some time. This weekend, when I attempted to make a post, I received a message informing me that my account was disabled due to "promoting business and commerce the right way." Unfortunately, no specific details were provided about the violation, leaving me uncertain about the exact nature of the issue. My post was simply a recommendation for my daughter, a 29-year-old musician facing financial difficulties due to event cancellations. I requested help with remote work or errands for her. I believed this kind of post was acceptable.
The lack of clarity regarding the violation is distressing. Despite reaching out through Nextdoor's contact system, I have not received any responses to my inquiries. I am seeking clarification on this matter and would appreciate assistance to resolve the situation. Thank you.

I recently received a warning for a comment I made on a post and after apologizing, the lead threatened me to the point where I feel concerned for my safety. I believe this lead should be removed from their position and treated the same way I have been. I require the message containing the threat for a police report and hope for prompt resolution and reinstatement of my account. I now understand that it's leads who get offended, not individual users, and I will refrain from commenting on posts in the future. This issue arose after I asked the Lead to stop harassing me. I trust Nextdoor will take necessary steps to protect me from any potential harm. If the threat materializes, I will take legal action to ensure my safety and that of my children. I kindly request guidance on how to regain access to my account. Thank you.
