I am a loyal New York Times home delivery subscriber with a Friday to Sunday subscription. I recently received a new Visa card valid until April [redacted]. After updating my payment information for the NYT following their message, I continuously get the prompt to "update payment information" despite entering the data over 15 times. A representative from NYT support, Liz A, informed me that my account is in a grace period, preventing me from updating the card details. I was advised to contact them via phone or Chat to resolve this before 5/11/[redacted] to avoid cancellation. Clicking on the provided link did not lead to the chat option as expected.

My Sunday New York Times is delayed once again. When I attempt to report the missed paper by calling 1-[redacted] and using the automated system, it consistently malfunctions and transfers me to a live representative after a short time, who then places me on hold for an hour. By the time a representative answers, it is too late to request a re-delivery. This recurring issue is frustrating. If I cannot receive my Sunday New York Times in the morning, I may have to cancel my subscription. I have made multiple calls requesting that my paper be delivered to the front sidewalk and not the driveway due to icy conditions. Despite assurances and requests on record, the deliveries still come to the driveway instead of the requested location near the front door. This change has caused concern for my husband and me, as we are both in our late 70s and fear slipping on the icy driveway in Ohio's upcoming cold weather. I have not received my digital Headlines email edition since last Saturday. A week ago, I did not receive my weekend deliveries. However, since last Friday, I have not received ANY daily emails. I have called and visited chat rooms twice about this same issue.
I have been a long-time subscriber, and suddenly your service to my regular email address has been interrupted without any clear explanation. My email address has remained unchanged, but the digital edition stopped being sent to me.

As the owner of the largest Independent Pharmacy in New York State, I faced numerous challenges including the revocation of my W.I.C and NYS lottery licenses, and false accusations of Medicaid Fraud by the Monroe County Executive Maggie Brooks. Despite being unfairly targeted and having our Pharmacy license revoked without due process by Jim Sheehan of NYSOMIG, justice prevailed when he was later terminated. This series of events during the Pataki, Spitzer, Patterson, and Cuomo administrations raises suspicions of a conspiracy, especially with scandals involving three of the Governors. The unjust enrichment of the County of Monroe at the expense of my pharmacy resulted in Governor Cuomo refunding $1.19 million. Despite initial allegations of owing $24 million, only a fraction was taken due to baseless claims. The ordeal, triggered after political involvement and high-profile visits, led to a public health crisis affecting thousands of patients and causing significant harm. The Department of Treasury's investigation based on falsehoods was eventually dropped due to lack of evidence. This injustice not only impacted me but also my innocent employees and patients.

I have been experiencing ongoing issues with my subscription. Despite not receiving any papers, I was billed for it. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to resolve the missing papers, I decided to cancel my subscription. Although I was assured by a customer service representative that my subscription was cancelled, I unexpectedly received five papers a week later and my account was still charged. Despite multiple phone calls to stop the withdrawals, I am now owed over $[redacted]. Unfortunately, my attempts to resolve this over the phone have been unsuccessful. On April 29, [redacted], a CSR named Raedonne promised me a refund after consulting with her supervisor, but no email confirmation was received, and no refund has been issued. Subsequently, another CSR, Diana, informed me that I have been successfully unsubscribed. I am now seeking the correct mailing address to formally document the amount owed and take further action if necessary. Thank you.

I recently started a new home delivery subscription for the paper in Gaffney, SC. Despite multiple promises from customer service representatives over the past week, my paper has not been delivered as scheduled. I have spent hours on the chat line trying to resolve this issue, but each morning passes without the promised delivery. The lack of follow-through and unfulfilled promises have been frustrating. Today's paper was callously tossed by the delivery person onto a pool of water on our driveway during heavy rain. As a result, it was completely soaked and unreadable. We have a newspaper holder by the mailbox where previous delivery persons always placed the paper, but this individual ignores it. We are considering canceling the subscription due to this consistent negligence. I am requesting a replacement dry paper for today and also a more responsible delivery person in the future.
