I'm finding it difficult to contact customer service to speak with a representative regarding reporting my lost or stolen card. I called two different numbers provided by NetSpend, and they instructed me to press one if my card was lost or stolen. After following the prompts to enter my social security number and the last four digits of my card, I encountered an issue because I don't have the card in my possession as it has been lost or stolen.

I had $3,[redacted].00 in my account, but it got closed. They said I can only get my money through a refund check, which they promised to send three times already, but I haven't received it. I don't want to pay $1,[redacted] to a law office to get my money back. It's a Netspend money card, and they are making it difficult for me to access my funds. I've tried various methods to resolve the issue except for taking legal action.

I am having trouble using my current NetSpend card because I entered the numbers incorrectly on Cash App without my glasses. I am considering changing to a new Visa card. I would like to cancel the current card on file, activate the new one, and see if this helps me access the money in my old Cash App account, as Cash App requires a bank associated with it.

I'm interested in signing up for a NetSpend card, but I am confused about not being able to reach a live customer service representative. The automated system on the customer service line is frustrating. Can someone explain why this is the case? Also, I need clarification regarding the total cost of the card. While it states there is a $5.00 joining fee, there is also a $9.95 monthly fee. Does this mean an initial payment of $14.95? Will the $9.95 fee be charged every month regardless of whether I use the card or not? I would appreciate a clear explanation of these charges to better understand your policies.

I am in need of my replacement card as it was supposed to arrive on February 13th. When attempting to withdraw money from an ATM, I found my card to be blocked due to unauthorized use. Upon contacting customer service, they mentioned sending a new card. However, the card never arrived. Despite being informed that only $75 was on the card, I discovered a balance of only $3 when checking. The actual amount is considerably higher. My aim is to retrieve my funds and finalize my business with NetSpend permanently.

I received two Netspend cards at my Georgia address with my name on them, but I'm unsure if I requested them. I've attempted to activate and fund the cards over the phone and online without success because they require a social security number. Since I'm visiting and don't have a social security number, only a valid Georgia driver's license, I'm at a loss. I've been unsuccessful in reaching customer service representatives on the phone, which has been extremely frustrating. I would appreciate any guidance on how to proceed with activating the cards given my situation.

I received a provisional credit to my account. However, my card was cancelled by Netspend when the dispute was filed. I now have a valid active card under the same name and social security number. I need to transfer the funds from the recent credit to the active card. I am having trouble finding a way to do this while logged into the account with the credit or reaching a live agent. The prompts are leading me nowhere, and I can't seem to get the assistance I need. It feels like a never-ending cycle of repeating menus that go nowhere. It's frustrating; I would have an easier time trying to reach the Pope on his private line!

My friend had an account with Evert. Wells that got shut down for fraud. His S.S. benefits were going there. After NetSpend closed the account, someone spent all his money. He's struggling to get help over the phone, they keep repeating the same things or hanging up. He needs a US-based representative from the bank. If he doesn't get the right help, he's considering calling the U.S. Attorney's Office. Please, we need assistance urgently.

I recently upgraded to the all-access account for the benefits it offers. One of the benefits that appealed to me was the overdraft protection, which I was told would allow me a $[redacted] overdraft. However, when I tried to use it last week and this week, I was only able to overdraft $[redacted] each time. Typically, my account is replenished by my direct deposit every Wednesday, but even then, I was still limited to $[redacted]. My weekly deposits usually range from $[redacted] to $[redacted], and next Wednesday, it will be in that range again. I'm confused as to why I am only being allowed to overdraft $[redacted] when I was told it would be $[redacted].

I need assistance activating my card. I have been unable to reach the phone service as the 1-[redacted] number directed me to call back later. I need access to my funds urgently, but despite setting a pin and being told the card was activated, I am still unable to use it. I encountered difficulties on the phone with the customer agent for approximately an hour and a half. This issue must be resolved promptly to allow me access to my funds today, not tomorrow. Your quick help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am inquiring about a $50 payment sent by a payday loan company called Empowered on May 7th. They mentioned sending it to NetSpend All Access. Since I received my much-needed tax return, it has been nothing but trouble. I spent only a couple of hundred dollars on the 13th before I had to stop the card. Despite being assured the money would be safe until the new card arrived, over $[redacted] was still taken. When the new NetSpend card came in, it was not the one linked to my account. It seems someone may have received the original card I was supposed to get and ordered this one as a fake. My refund was $[redacted], and I'm left with only a fraction of it. I desperately need access to the remaining $[redacted].

In January last year, I purchased a card. Someone tried to activate it, but there's a mismatch with the information. A refund was promised in October, but I'm still awaiting it. They keep directing me to the account verification line, but I can't verify as the details are wrong. Every attempt to reach a supervisor ends up in the automated system for verification. I was informed in October that the refund was either mailed or would be added to my Netspend account, but neither has occurred yet.

I requested a replacement for my NetSpend card to be sent with my tax deposit. However, I received a Visa card instead, and I am unable to access the funds. My Netspend card that ended in [redacted] was compromised. Netspend has since canceled that card and issued me a new one, ending in [redacted]. I attempted to transfer funds from my checking and savings to the new card ending in [redacted] online, but the site stated it would take a week. I have been waiting for a new card since March 5. I am experiencing an issue with a NetSpend prepaid card that I bought in Albuquerque. I am reaching out because I have been unable to utilize my overdraft with NetSpend. Each month I continue to encounter this issue, and it feels misleading. I am considering legal action due to what I perceive as a breach of contract by NetSpend. Despite my attempts, I have not been able to contact a supervisor at the corporate office, and customer service has been unhelpful and even disconnected our calls. I believe I am not receiving the service I deserve after being a loyal customer for quite some time. My account's overdraft access has been suspended, which I find unjust given the significant direct deposits I receive. I was expecting an increase in overdraft availability that never materialized. This situation has led me to contemplate legal action for breach of contract, as I do not feel I am being treated fairly as a long-standing and faithful customer.

A few years ago, my account was locked by your company, and I am yet to receive my money. I need to have my funds returned because my tax refund was deposited into my ex-wife's card, even though she was not listed on the return.
