Today, I spent four hours chatting with their support team due to significant typos on the web hosting order page. Although the Shared (Stellar) plans had accurate information on their description pages, the order confirmation indicated renewing with the basic package but charging for the most expensive Business plan. This experience cost NameCheap my repeat business, and if not resolved soon, they risk losing more customers. I intended to purchase the basic package but refrained due to the displayed renewal pricing for the premium Business plan.

I encountered login issues with Namecheap. After following their advice to reset my password, I am still unable to access my account and now receiving error message 20 TCP connection timed out. Support repeatedly suggests password resets without resolving the issue. Frustratingly, I recently made payments for my domain and hosting. I am eager to login and resume working on my website as I have potential customers waiting.

I have not used your service in years. This afternoon, I received an email from Namecheap regarding payment information update issues related to banks in India. The email explained that there are problems processing recurring payments due to new Reserve Bank of India directives. Banks are adjusting their systems, causing payment failures. The email suggested trying a different payment method, re-saving the credit card, or contacting support for assistance. It also contained contact information and the company's address. As I do not have an account with an Indian bank, I am concerned about potential fraud and request that this account be closed and reported accordingly.

I'm having trouble renewing my domain on your website. Each time I try, it keeps redirecting me to the previous page. There's no toll-free phone number for assistance. The Live Chat option doesn't seem to be functioning as expected as it just allows me to submit a ticket instead. I was only able to find a chat box by chance after searching for your phone number online. When I called the number, I got a fax tone, which was frustrating. Eventually, I ended up here only to be prompted to upgrade to a complaint site. This experience has been disappointing. I will be taking my domain registration business elsewhere.

I have a hosting account with Geeks Server, and I need to change my nameserver from Geeksnode to Globalwebnetworkshosting.com. I've tried going into the advanced DNS settings to set it up and add an A record, but nothing seems to save in that section. I've reached out to support numerous times and even hired help from Fiverr.com, but still no luck. I want to use Globalwebnetworkshosting.com as my nameserver instead of Geeksnode. My details are as follows: Ronald Jackson from Globalwebnetworks.com with support number [redacted]. The current nameservers are ns1.geeksnode.com (64.44.40.[redacted]) and ns2.geeksnode.com (64.44.40.[redacted]). I believe I need to set this up in the Advanced DNS settings and create an A record. I am unable to access my landing page since it is showing as expired due to non-payment. I have made the payment and requested either a refund or for the service to be restored through multiple emails. I have received an email acknowledging the payment. However, their response indicates they require more information before taking any action. I have provided my order number, transaction ID, username, the payment amount, and the last four digits of the credit card used. I even shared my PIN number from my records, but they claim it is incorrect, and I also mentioned my password. Subsequently, I was advised against sending my password, although they insist on needing more details. At this point, I have run out of additional information to provide. Considering contacting the Iowa Attorney General for assistance, even seeking to have them shut down operations in Iowa and potentially other states.

I recently discovered a fraudulent charge of $68.88 on my credit card linked to my Namecheap.com account. The charge was made by a questionable entity called kidscarehelp.org, which does not have a legit website and is misleadingly using references to reputable charities like Save the Children without permission. The charge description on my credit card statement read as "name-cheap.com QVFDJS www.namecheap az," with QVFDJS seemingly being the identifying information for the fraudulent transaction made by this phony charity.
