I wanted to share my disappointment regarding my recent grocery shopping trip. Usually, Nabisco chunky chocolate chip cookies and Ritz whole wheat crackers are my go-to items, but this time I opted for Kit Kats, Keebler fudge sticks, and Kellogg's Townhouse crackers instead. Although pricier, I felt compelled to make a statement by not purchasing Nabisco products until a fair resolution is met with the union. I believe in supporting the union rather than the current state of affairs with the executives. It's a sacrifice to forgo my favorite snacks, but I stand by my principles. I hope for a swift and equitable resolution so I can enjoy Nabisco products again in the future. CC: All my social media connections

Hello, I recently bought a pack of Fig Newtons and noticed that the ingredients did not list any fruit. Upon checking online, I saw that the cookies are supposed to contain actual figs. The package I bought was from Mexico. I am now wondering how I can get the authentic Fig Newtons I remember from my youth. Is there a company in the US that makes these cookies? Thank you. - Neil Kennedy

Dear Nabisco team, I must admit I have a weakness for Nabisco Nutter Butters. They are absolutely delicious, and I'm sure anyone who tries them would agree! Unfortunately, I have scoured every store in town with my husband, as I am unable to drive due to being 71 and disabled, and I cannot find them anywhere. I am truly going through withdrawal. I have tried the other Nutter Butter products available, like the Double Nutter Butter and the puffy ones, but they don't compare to the original Nutter Butters that I love so much. Please let me know when the Original Nutter Butters will be back in stock, or if possible, could you send me a case to tide me over until they return to the shelves? Thank you, Jeanie W. Alexander

Around thirty years ago, I had a scout troop and access to a vending service. I managed to get individual OREO cookies that were 3 to 4 inches in size. These were used as rewards during scout meetings and occasionally as treats for the troop. Now, I work as a Van Driver for the Oakwood schools, helping special needs students. I am interested in finding out if these single-packaged OREO cookies are still on the market. I would like to get some for my students as a Christmas treat and to have a stock for special events.

Lately, I've been noticing that Ritz crackers fall apart as soon as I open the package. Touching them or spreading peanut butter on them causes them to crumble. This wasn't the case when I was younger. I even took a picture to show how they break apart easily. It's frustrating because I end up with a plate full of crumbs that I have to eat with my fingers. I hope Nabisco considers adjusting the recipe to make the crackers sturdier. It's disappointing to see such a quality change in a beloved snack.

I purchased a 2-row, half-pound bag of Nabisco Co. Chocolate Chip Ahoy cookies from a small grocery store, IGA, in Pearl River, LA, zip code [redacted]. I'm a 64-year-old man with no teeth, and unfortunately, the cookies were overcooked and extremely hard. I couldn't even suck on them, they were so tough, almost burnt. This is the second time this has happened, but I didn't keep the packaging or the batch number. I typically don't like to complain, but I felt I needed to bring this to your attention. Thank you, Mr. S.

I recently purchased a box of Nabisco Social Tea Biscuits from King Kullen in Bellmore on 1/17/22. The numbers on the box are 18 Jul 22 XBS 27. These cookies are unusually pale, making them look under baked. Though I've always enjoyed them, they used to have a golden color, unlike the pale yellow-white ones I received. This change has affected their taste. I'm not sure if this is a permanent product change or just a one-time issue. At $5.59 per box, I'm hesitant to buy them again. Thank you for listening to my feedback. Marcia

I accidentally left my purse in a cart while grocery shopping at Seneca Food Lion yesterday. Thankfully, an honest Nabisco employee found it and returned it to the store. The cashier and customer service staff had smiles on their faces when I nervously returned to look for it. Although I couldn't personally thank the employee, described as Caucasian with long dark hair in a burgundy shirt, I am grateful for her integrity. I hope Nabisco can convey my immense appreciation for her actions. Thank you, LuWanna Johnson.

I am increasingly concerned about the use of non-biodegradable petroleum-based products in our daily lives. Inspired by the reggae band Steel Pulse, I have been listening to their songs like "Wild Goose Chase," "Earth Crisis," and "Dirty H2O," which touch on environmental issues. It got me thinking, if we can make eco-friendly straws from hemp fiber and plant-based resin here in the USA, why can't major brands like Nabisco, owned by Nestle, start using hemp paper instead of plastic for products like Premium Saltine crackers? As a huge corporate entity, there should be a better, more sustainable approach to manufacturing. I hope this message prompts some positive change, but I'm not too optimistic about it.

Hello, I hope you're having a good day. Today, while enjoying the Java Chip Oreos purchased from our local ShopRite, I noticed something peculiar. More than half of the Oreos had one cookie inverted in the package. Initially, finding this amusing, I tried one only to discover a strange and unpleasant taste and texture akin to sandpaper. It was dry and nearly flavorless, reminding me of baby powder. I have taken some photos for reference. Unsure if this was a mere coincidence, I sampled two more, and they were consistent with the first unfortunate experience. In total, 21 cookies had this peculiar appearance and taste. I wonder if this was a production error. I have pictures that I can forward to you via email if needed. Apologies for any inconvenience; I wanted to bring this matter to your attention.

I bought the teddy graham crackers from a local Shop Rite after waiting for months for them to restock. When I got home and opened the box, I found that the crackers were exposed and tasted stale due to a hole in the bag. I even have a picture to prove it. My family suggested throwing out the loose ones, but I noticed the bag wasn't sealed properly, allowing air contaminants in. I bit into one and it was unpleasantly stale. I'm open to a full refund, a replacement sealed box, or jokingly, a year's supply of the crackers. The last option is a playful suggestion. I have evidence of the damaged box and would like it resolved promptly.

I recently purchased Nabisco squirt cheese, and I was surprised to find that it was unusually runny when coming out of the can. This has never happened with squirt cheese before, and unfortunately, it made me ill for a couple of days. When I tried to call customer service, the call rang once and then disconnected before I could speak to anyone. I would appreciate a coupon for a replacement can of cheddar squirt cheese that functions properly and is not runny. My name is Kathy Kisthardt, and you can reach me at [redacted] Olive Springs Rd, Bowling Green, KY [redacted]. If you need to discuss this matter further, please contact me at +1 [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this issue, Ms. Kisthardt. The environment at both the store and my home was adequately cool, so I'm unsure why the cheese was runny. I look forward to resolving this matter. Thank you.

As a retired individual, I used to enjoy Nabisco cookies for a long time. Despite consistently good experiences with other Nabisco products, the Lorna Doone cookies have disappointed me. These cookies, which were once so delightful, now pale in comparison to their previous quality. The current version is much smaller and thinner than what I remember. Having a long history of enjoying these cookies, I can't help but notice the significant decline in taste and size. Unfortunately, after trying one from a snack package, I find them so distasteful that I will be discarding the remaining cookies and the box. It's disappointing to see how Nabisco has altered a once delicious product into something unappealing and deceptive through continuous reduction in size.

I am a member of the Prior Lake MN Lions Club and we are working on a project to assemble diabetic kits for donation to Prior Lake Schools. We are struggling to find Ritz Cheese cracker sandwiches with an expiration date beyond November [redacted]. We need suggestions on how to purchase [redacted] 6-packs of these crackers with a longer expiration date, ideally lasting from September to June. Could you advise on purchasing options, including buying directly? We can provide photos of our sample kit if needed. Our kits include crackers as the initial treatment, followed by glucose tabs and gel, along with a treatment plan card and emergency instructions. Thank you. - L.K., Prior Lake Lions

Hello, my name is Vince from Brooklyn, New York. I have been purchasing Cheese Nips instead of Cheez-Its, and there is truly no comparison in taste for me. I have a strong sentimental attachment to Cheese Nips from my childhood, sneaking them into elementary school for snacks. It disappoints me that Nabisco has stopped making these beloved crackers. I kindly ask Nabisco to please consider selling me a case of Cheese Nips as they hold so many memories from my past. I am willing to send the payment overnight if needed. Please contact me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted]. Thank you for your time and assistance in this matter.

Dear Customer Service, I have been a loyal consumer of Oreo Cookies for many years, and I am disappointed with the recent changes in the Double Stuf variety. In the past, the Double Stuf Oreo had a generous amount of creme filling, but it seems that Nabisco has decreased the amount of creme while still marketing it as Double Stuf. This is misleading to customers like me who expect a certain standard from the product. I urge you to reconsider this decision and return to the original recipe with the double creme filling. It is disheartening to see a beloved product being altered in a way that compromises its quality. I hope that Nabisco will prioritize customer satisfaction over cost-cutting measures. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, A Concerned Customer.

I regularly use Nabisco Premium Saltines minis, but a few months ago, I encountered a box that tasted old, similar to some other Nabisco products I have tried. I wonder if there has been a quality issue with the ingredients like old flour being used. Unfortunately, I couldn't consume those crackers, and now I have two more boxes that I have invested over $10 in. All three boxes are past their best by date. I hope to enjoy fresh and tasty minis as I used to, similar to Cheez-its or other favorite snacks. I've noticed changes in the original minis since they were altered, even though I still consume them. It would be great to have the crackers back to their fresh and flavorful state, as before Nabisco Inc bought them out.

I want to share my experience with Nabisco's reduced-fat Wheat Thins crackers. I used to buy around 4 boxes every week because they are my favorite snack. Lately, the last 4 or 5 boxes I bought had an excessive amount of salt on them, making them unpalatable and causing me to discard them. This has been disappointing since each box costs about $5, and I've had to throw away approximately $30 worth of crackers. I'm hopeful that by bringing this issue to light, it can be addressed promptly as I really enjoy these crackers.

Dear Nabisco, I would like to begin by expressing my love for your graham crackers, which are also adored by my English Mastiff, Tug. They have become our favorite snack. However, I recently purchased a box that seems to have quality issues. Despite being within the expiration date, the crackers inside are dry and crumbly, as if they were exposed to moisture or mishandled. I bought them at Martins in Staunton, VA, and I wanted to bring this to your attention in case it's a recurring problem. I hope this is just an isolated incident. Thank you, Judieanne
