Today, I opened a pack of Oreo Thins and was disappointed to find it over halfway empty. I have a photo if needed. The package had a code on it - 09 Jul [redacted] MS [redacted] 23:49 1. The cookies weighed 174g, but the net weight listed is 287g. Maybe the night shift needs to be more alert when counting/weighing the cookies.
Thanks,
Curt M.

Earlier today, I reached out about a package of Oreo Thins that was nearly half empty. I even provided the code from the end flap. Unfortunately, I realized later that the code was under the flap I cut to get the cookies out, which should have been a red flag. It turns out my wife had opened the cookies from the front flap, not how I assumed it should be opened. I will definitely be more careful next time and apologize for the confusion.
Thanks,
Curt M.

I am concerned about the changes happening with Nabisco. Coming from a family with a long history with the company, I've noticed a significant decline in product availability and shelf space in stores. It's disheartening to see iconic items like golden oreos or nutter butter snacks becoming harder to find, with some items needing to be special ordered at a high cost. With only a small section dedicated to Nabisco products now, compared to the extensive aisle they used to have, I wonder if there are corporate or bakery production issues causing these shortages. I hope to see improvements soon, with salesmen returning to promote their products and shelves being adequately stocked. The legacy of the company, once so beloved by its founder, seems to be at risk with these drastic changes.

I've noticed significant inconsistencies in the Wheat Thins (Original) product. At times, the crackers appear flat, dense, and colorless, almost as if they came straight from an extruder with minimal baking. Other times, they are flat and dense but slightly browned around the edges, which I personally prefer as it indicates a longer bake exposure. However, the most recent box I purchased on May 10th, [redacted], had a completely different texture and color, resembling a different recipe. I'm curious about these variations and what might be causing them.

I recently purchased a box of Chips Ahoy chewy and Chips Ahoy Hershey's fudge-filled cookies at Sam's Club. The 28-pack contains 2 cookies per pack, and it has the UPC # 0 44[redacted]5 2. The red box features a picture of the packaging. Unfortunately, I was surprised to find that these cookies are bite-sized, not the regular size I expected, especially considering the price was close to $14.00. Typically, I buy the family-sized tray of Chips Ahoy every two weeks, and this discrepancy in size versus cost was disappointing for our family. We enjoy your products, but this time, we felt misled by the package description and pricing.

I am disappointed about the discontinuation of the Heyday bar cookies back in the 1980s. It seems like a missed opportunity since there is still a high demand for these cookies across America. Bringing back the Heyday bar cookies could be a profitable venture for your company. Please consider reintroducing this beloved product to satisfy the cravings of your loyal customers and attract new ones.

I am incredibly disappointed that the Rye Seeded Triscuits have been discontinued. These crackers were essential for alleviating my nausea and had become a staple in my diet. The unique flavor and texture made them versatile for various dishes, especially as a substitute for bread with tuna salad. Despite trying other Triscuit flavors, none have been able to compare to my beloved Rye Seeded ones. I wish this product had been more widely promoted, as it seemed to cater to a niche but dedicated market. Is there any possibility that there are still boxes tucked away in a warehouse that I could purchase, regardless of expiration dates? I am willing to go to great lengths to obtain them again, even if it means paying extra. I urge the company to reconsider bringing back this product and give it the chance it deserves, maybe even with a small advertising campaign to raise awareness. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sharon G from Jacksonville, Florida.

Why hasn't anyone responded to inquiries about the Rye Triscuits? Please provide answers! Many people are eagerly waiting for their return and are confused about why they were discontinued. We urge you to bring them back as they were well-loved and are greatly missed. Consider discontinuing one of the less popular flavors instead. Ignoring us may lead to a boycott of Nabisco products. Are you waiting for consumer backlash before taking action, similar to what happened with Anheuser-Busch? It seems like typical behavior from a large corporation - not caring about consumer preferences. Please, bring back the Rye Caraway Seeded Triscuits!

Dear Nabisco Company,
I have been a loyal customer for years, relying on your products for daily comfort and energy. Given the financial challenges, I kindly request if you could offer any free samples or coupons to help ease the burden. While I understand the difficulties companies face, any support during these tough times would be greatly appreciated by me and my family. Thank you for considering my request as I continue to value my loyalty to Nabisco.
Best,

I recently bought a family pack of Chips Away cookies that expire in September [redacted]. However, upon trying them, I noticed they taste strange, like the batter is stretched out. I had two others taste them, and they agreed. I'm not sure what happened, maybe someone made them incorrectly due to job stress. It's disappointing because many people rely on these products, and the taste is off.

I am curious why your product costs almost 2.5 times more than the Walmart brand. Both brands use the same raw materials, so why the significant price difference? Could this be due to greed? I doubt I will receive a response from you. Unfortunately, I am unable to upload a picture to illustrate, but Walmart sells a 1 lb box of ginger snaps for $2.82, whereas your brand is priced at $6.24 for the same amount. Could this disparity be linked to shareholder value? I prefer another brand over Nabisco, which I find to be superior. Have you experienced a decline in sales recently?

I purchased the Nabisco Handi-Snacks Mr. Salty Pretzels and Cheese Dip, but I was disappointed to find only one full pretzel and a piece of another one in the package. I encountered the same issue with another pack as well. Given the current economy, these snacks are pricey, and it's frustrating to spend money on a product that is not as expected. I have taken pictures and a video to show the content of the factory-sealed packaging.

For the past 40 years, I have enjoyed your saltine crackers. Recently, however, I have noticed an issue with consistency in the 12-pack boxes purchased at Sam's Club in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Out of each box, only 2 packs are properly cooked and taste good, while the remaining 10 packs are overcooked and burnt. I suspect that seconds are being sold to Sam's Club, as this problem does not occur with the 4-pack boxes bought at Meijers. Despite reaching out to Sam's Club, no resolution has been provided. I hope you can address this quality control issue to ensure I can continue enjoying your product. The code on the box in question is 44[redacted]4.

This is my third time addressing this issue. I suspect that the Sam's Club in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is selling overcooked saltine crackers. For the past 3 to 4 years, almost every box I purchase has 10 out of 12 packs that are burnt and lacking taste. I have spent time and money trying to get a good product from your store, but it seems the smaller 4-pack box from Meijer is more consistent in quality. It appears that the larger boxes might contain overcooked products. I would appreciate your response to this matter.

I have a suggestion. Do you enjoy the delightful combination of crunchy and soft textures, similar to a pumpkin pie with a tender filling and a flaky crust? Imagine a package containing a mix of chewy Chips Ahoy cookies along with the original or chunky ones. I often struggle to choose between them as I appreciate both varieties. It would be wonderful if snack bags could offer a blend of both cookies, or perhaps alternating cookies in every pack.
I am not sure how to bring this idea to fruition, so any guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you for taking the time to consider my suggestion.
