I purchased a New York Rangers Winter Classic jersey #36 Zuccarello last year in late December. Despite wearing it less than 10 times, the numbers on the jersey are already starting to fall off. The jersey cost over $[redacted], and it's disappointing to see this quality issue arise, given my careful maintenance. Having been a frequent buyer on the NHL shop, I'm surprised by this problem. I really love this jersey, and I'm hoping for a solution to fix it and enjoy it for a long time. I would appreciate any assistance to resolve this issue.

I ordered a Detroit Red Wings piece (order number 21-5[redacted]) for my son's July 5 birthday, placed on June 25. Unfortunately, he received the wrong item, a St Louis Blues Stanley Cup piece, on July 6. Aretha and Tracy from customer service are assisting with sending the correct item. This error has turned what was supposed to be a nice birthday surprise into a hassle for my son, as he now has to return the wrong item and wait another week or two for the correct one.

I recently purchased a Chicago Blackhawks Reebok jersey from your website, and I was under the impression that shipping was free. However, I was charged $10 for shipping when I completed my order. Additionally, the jersey I received was too big, so I initiated a return. Unfortunately, I am only being refunded $30 out of the $50 I paid for the jersey, which seems unfair as returns are meant to provide compensation for unsatisfactory items.

I recently made a purchase on your website for a small 2-pack of window decals for my car. I found the price to be reasonable, especially with the discount applied, but was surprised by the shipping charge, which ended up being twice the cost of the decals.
I was disappointed that I couldn't select shipping options or modify the order as it was processed immediately. The decal cost $7.19 after the discount, but the shipping charge of $14.99 seemed excessive for such a small item that could be easily mailed.
After contacting customer service, the representative kindly reduced the shipping charge to $4.99 and offered a 20% off coupon for my next purchase. However, I believe there should be more transparency in displaying fees upfront and fair shipping costs for small popular items.
I recommend reevaluating the online ordering process to ensure customers can review fees before finalizing their orders. It would also be helpful to provide a mailing address or email contact in addition to phone and chat support for better customer assistance.
As a lifelong hockey enthusiast, I hope my feedback can help improve the shopping experience. I will also be sending a copy of this letter to the appropriate department at the NHL.

I made a purchase on Dec 8th, and it was shipped on Dec 10th via FedEx SmartPost. However, I have not received my order yet. The estimated delivery time was between 3 to 7 business days. I attempted to track my package using both FedEx and USPS services. FedEx mentioned that the package was transferred to USPS from their facility in Indianapolis on Dec 13th. However, there has been no update since then. USPS informed me that they are still waiting to receive the package, with no further tracking details available. It has been 8 days since the last scan. I am concerned about receiving it by Christmas. Can someone advise if there are any other steps I can take? My order number is 21-5[redacted].

I received the wrong item from NHL. The team, size, and type of item were all incorrect. NHL not only charged me instantly for the product but also for shipping. I've spent over 45 minutes on three different phone calls trying to resolve this issue. This situation is inconvenient for both me and the recipient of the incorrect package. Waiting this long to correct an error that the company made is frustrating.

I purchased a Blackhawk hoodie as a Christmas gift, but it was the wrong size. I originally paid $68.51 and was refunded $53.37, which was more than the $9.99 shipping cost. I reordered a smaller size for $84.99, the same hoodie. I had hoped to simply do a return and exchange. I am disappointed and will not be ordering from your website again. I tried calling the other day and waited for 20 minutes on hold without talking to anyone. I will be taking my business elsewhere to a company that values its customers more. My name is Ron, and I ordered a Tampa Bay Lightning hat and jersey on June 8, [redacted]. While I received the hat promptly, it has been almost 5 months, and my jersey has yet to arrive. Despite tracking my order, the delivery date keeps being pushed back. I did receive a discount, but my frustration only grows as time passes. I recently received my order from NHL Shop but unfortunately realized that I selected the wrong size. Upon attempting to initiate a return for the item online, I completed the necessary steps, received a confirmation stating that my request was received, and was informed that it would take 7-10 business days to process once the item is returned. I opted to use the $14 return label provided to send the item back and have the funds credited back to my credit card. However, I have not yet received the return label via email. When trying to reach out for assistance via phone, the call was disconnected, and the chat service failed to provide any helpful information. Despite the website's emphasis on customer service, I am still in need of the return label and in need of assistance.
