Urgent Matter Regarding Amiso Cleaning Enema Bag Set Purchase

I'm Dr. Abdullah Alazeri and I recently purchased 60 pieces of the Amiso cleaning enema bag set. Each item was priced at $1.99, resulting in a total of $[redacted].39 including shipping. However, there seems to have been a significant error in the invoice where the total price was mistakenly listed at $[redacted].40 instead of the correct amount. Upon receipt, I was shocked by the discrepancy and the high customs and tax charges incurred.
I have uploaded the invoice and unfortunately, no corrective action has been taken so far. I urgently request that the supervisor and the highest level of management be notified promptly to address this issue. The difference in price should be refunded to my credit card without delay.

I am not yet a customer, and I am unsure if I can simply walk into the Sarasota office to send my query. It seems my initial question has been overlooked, as I keep being asked if it's resolved. I received package #[redacted]-[redacted] with tracking number [redacted]34 in Brazil via MyUS.com. Unfortunately, the package arrived without the packing list/invoice. MyUS.com created an inaccurate invoice without informing me of the necessity for an accurate one, resulting in a discrepancy during customs clearance. I provided FedEx with the correct evidence of the merchandise's value, revealing a $63 difference from the declared value on the invented invoice.
Due to this discrepancy, a fine of $[redacted].00 (R$[redacted].47) was imposed, exceeding the actual item value. I am unable to cover this amount and have tried contacting MyUS, receiving only automated responses placing the responsibility on me for duties and taxes. I seek a genuine conversation with a MyUS representative to discuss options for resolving this issue, willing to collaborate on a solution if acknowledged.

I need to arrange my shipment with myUS today. I emailed their support team four days ago and haven't received a response. Their chat has 50 people ahead of me. I sent a letter to myUS, which was delivered but not recorded in my shipments. I want my shipments consolidated but find the process complex. There is an option to "Ship in one outbound package ($5.00)" that I'm unsure whether to select. It's frustrating that they lack a listed 1-[redacted] customer service number.

I am feeling frustrated at the moment. My experience with Myus.com has not been as promised. Despite their pledge to Save up to 80% on international shipping by consolidating packages, I am facing unexpected charges.
After signing up for a Business Membership with my Visa Card and sending 24 packages to their warehouse, I am now being asked to pay $[redacted].80 to have them shipped. This amount is significantly higher than my previous shipping costs with a different company.
I believe Myus.com did not follow through on their promise to consolidate packages for savings. I am unable to afford this additional charge and am only interested in receiving the laptops and chargers, not any extra accessories.
My Customer Account Suite number is [redacted]-[redacted]. I hope for a resolution to this issue promptly.

I purchased 9 items via MyUS.com and received confirmation that they arrived. However, it's been 10 days since they reached the facility without being shipped. I've tried contacting customer service via email, live chat, and phone calls but received no response. I haven't received any updates on my package. However, whenever I try to make the payment, your system redirects me to contact Customer Service. The outstanding amount keeps increasing daily, which is quite frustrating. Since a while ago, I saw your advertisement offering me a free trial for a certain period, with the option to subscribe afterward if I liked the website. I entered my information and my credit card details as per the instructions. When the trial period ended, I was given the choice to continue or not. However, at the same time, my bank informed me that you wanted to charge $10 to my card. I did not approve of this transaction and emailed you to inform you that I do not wish to subscribe. Since then, you've been trying to withdraw funds from my account daily, which I reject. Please stop this behavior immediately.

This morning, I was surprised to see emails saying my package was being prepared for shipment without my approval. The items I purchased are worth $54, but the shipping and taxes you are charging total $[redacted], which seems unreasonable. I prefer the cheapest shipping option, which is Fedex at $[redacted].99, but your team automatically selected DHL at $[redacted].99. I received the shipment preparation email 3 hours ago and would appreciate it if you could assist in stopping the shipment and switching it to Fedex without duty and taxes.
