I am disappointed with the new loyalty card system as I haven't been receiving the discounts promised. Last week, I activated my card before shopping, but at the checkout, the discounts didn't apply. The store staff couldn't assist, asking me to contact the head office instead. It's frustrating that despite promises of lower prices, the discounts don't seem to work. Every penny counts, and I rely on these savings. I hope this issue gets resolved, as I want to continue shopping here and benefit from the rewards.

I would like to bring to your attention my recent visit to the Hookstone branch of Morrisons in Harrogate. It was an extremely disappointing experience. The store was crowded, poorly stocked, and seemed to be short-staffed. The long checkout lines prompted my daughter and me to try the self-service trolley checkout, hoping to save time. However, the system was extremely slow, with significant delays between items and frequent stops requiring staff assistance. The lone staff member, Judith, who was overseeing multiple checkouts, was clearly overwhelmed. Despite her best efforts to remain polite and calm, the inefficiency of the process frustrated many shoppers. Witnessing others abandon their shopping due to the delays was disheartening.
After over 30 minutes to complete our purchases, I left feeling stressed and disillusioned by the whole experience. While I appreciate Morrisons' quality products, the added stress and inconvenience of shopping at your store have discouraged me from returning in the future.

I do not smoke, but my wife does. I often buy her 4x20 or 5x20 packs of Lambert & Butler Blue Superkings. Today, I mistakenly bought 5 packs of Berkley Superkings instead of L&B Blue Superkings. I paid £66.25 on my Visa debit card, only realizing the mistake when I got home. I went back to Morrisons at 6:15 pm to exchange the cigarettes, but the assistant said they couldn't be exchanged once I left the store due to company policy. This seemed unreasonable to me, especially considering you can return clothing after trying it on. The price difference of £14.25 is significant for us as pensioners. I tried calling customer services but couldn't speak to anyone. I even spoke to an agent named "Nanika" from home deliveries, who was also surprised by the store's decision.

Subject: PO Horizon Corruption
Paula Vennells, former Morrisons’ Non-Executive Director, was the CEO of the PO from [redacted] to [redacted]. During her tenure, she oversaw the unjust persecution of many innocent postmasters. Despite this, Morrisons chose to employ her. The attached extract from Nick Wallis' book, "The Great Post Office Scandal" sheds light on this matter. The decision to allow Vennells to resign without reprimand reflects poorly on Morrisons' ethics.
Morrisons' moral compass seems skewed, impacting how they treat staff, suppliers, and customers. Disappointed in their actions, I have decided to boycott Morrisons and urge others to do the same. Companies that condone such behavior should face consequences. The corruption runs deep and must be addressed.

Hello, I work at a Morrisons store and have been using my colleague discount card for nearly four years without any issues until today. During my usual shopping trip, the sales assistant scanned my card but the discount didn't apply when I checked the receipt. I informed the sales assistant who directed me to the customer service desk. After waiting in line, I was instructed to call 0[redacted] for assistance. Despite my three attempts and explaining the situation repeatedly, I was transferred between departments each time, placed on long holds, and eventually disconnected. I recently received a letter about a technical issue with my friends and family discount card. The barcode on the letter didn't work, but a kind manager helped by using his own card. He advised me to visit customer services for my summer savings star to not miss out on my £41 voucher. Upon arrival, there was confusion, but another manager intervened, contacted headquarters, and assured me my savings star would be on my account soon with a new card sent. I have since received a card, although it's a "more" card and not my discount card. I bought 14 £20 Currys Gift Cards at the store, totaling £[redacted]. The cards were scanned and activated at the till. When I tried to make a purchase online, my order was cancelled, and no payment was taken. I visited the store in Wembley and was given receipts showing a balance of £0.00 on each card. The staff advised me to contact support using the information on the back of the gift cards. However, the website listed, www.dixonsretail.com/giftcards, is not working. I later discovered that the correct website should be www.currys.co.uk/giftcards, as indicated on another gift card I had purchased previously. The 14 gift cards I bought are outdated and cannot be added to the wallet app, explaining why the support website provided is no longer functional. The correct website for Currys gift cards should be www.currys.co.uk/giftcards.

I'm experiencing an issue with my online order payment. During checkout, I receive the error message "an error occurred while connecting to your payment provider, please try again later." This problem has caused me to lose booked slots and has left me short on essential items. It only started occurring last week, despite three years of successful deliveries. I encountered a very distressing situation at your Harwich store this morning. While standing in the reduced section waiting for my husband who had briefly stepped out, I was subjected to verbal abuse by a customer who used extremely inappropriate language in relation to COVID and directed it at me. This individual had already behaved aggressively towards someone else before turning their attention to me. Despite following COVID guidelines diligently and being a 70-year-old with a disability, I was met with hostility. Feeling frightened, I felt compelled to share this experience so that necessary action can be taken regarding this individual's behavior. The store was busy, and I was left shaken until my husband arrived. I believe it's important for your staff to address such misconduct promptly to ensure a safe environment for all customers.

This afternoon, my husband and I drove from East Cowes, Isle of Wight, to Morrisons at Lake to pick up our grandchildren who live near the store. We planned to take them out for tea in the cafe and then shop. We see them only occasionally, so I was excited about this trip. However, the cafe was a complete mess! Around 80% of the tables were dirty and needed to be cleared. I waited at the counter, even calling out softly once, but there were no staff in sight. When an assistant finally came, I politely mentioned the unkempt tables. Their response was they were short-staffed, with no apology. If it wasn’t for the treat for the children, we would have left. During our 40-minute wait, not a single table was cleaned. It was truly shocking. Please pass on this complaint to the manager. We definitely won't be coming back. Regards, Mrs. C. French.

I received a home delivery last Thursday, 24/11/22, with two burst cans in a two multi-can soda pack that damaged a pizza in a cardboard box. Additionally, there were two burst pasta bakes and a multi-pack of 18 crisps with 14 bags open. Two items were also missing from my order. I promptly requested a refund within 15 minutes of delivery as advised by the driver. When asked for photos of the damaged items on Sunday, 27/11/22, I had already disposed of them on waste collection day. Since my response, I have not heard back from the company. This experience has left me considering not shopping with them again, despite being a loyal customer since they first opened in my town.

I received my Morrisons order recently. The Morrisons Sweetclems 600g are all overripe, with two squashed. The Morrisons Savers Unsmoked Back Bacon 250g packs are very fatty and streaky, more like middle cut than back bacon with a use-by date of 27 Dec. The clementines are unusable and I request a refund for those. The bacon can be eaten but isn't suitable for guests, therefore I would like a refund for one pack. Apart from these issues, everything else in the order was satisfactory.

On Saturday, December 4th, I visited Morrisons on Holyhead Road in Coventry. In a hurry, I picked up some sandwiches for my daughter, only to discover at home that they were out of date. I promptly contacted customer service via email, attaching a photo of the expired product. Although I lacked the receipt, I provided details such as the time of purchase and bank transaction information to prove my visit. Waseem Dutt from Morrisons replied, requesting the receipt and another photo of the sandwiches. Despite explaining my lack of a receipt and offering alternate proof, I received no further response. Subsequent emails on December 6th and 10th also went unanswered. The lack of response from Morrisons, I believe, is poor customer service and disrespectful.

I have recently received an email regarding the cancellation of my Christmas turkey order, and I understand that I needed to place a new order for something else, which I did. However, I have now received another email asking me to edit my choice for the centerpiece. When I tried to call customer service, I was asked for a confirmation number for my order, which I provided, only to be told that it was not an order number, although it was the only one I have. I am uncertain about the status of my order and if I can pick it up on December 22nd. I attempted to contact customer service but was on hold for at least 15 minutes before being disconnected. The email attached is the one where I received the confirmation of my order.

I received my order ([redacted]) this afternoon, and everything seemed fine at first. However, one of the bananas I opened was inedible. It was discolored, oozing, and a large portion of the bananas in the 3 packs were blackened and soft under the skin. I have taken photos for evidence, but I am unsure how to send them as I could not find an email address on the website. I would like a refund for the 3 packs as I will need to buy replacements elsewhere. Thank you.

I am a director of the leaseholders’ company that holds the freehold of Cookham Dene at Buckhurst Road, Bexhill on Sea TN40 1RU. Our fellow director reported a Morrisons delivery truck hitting a low wall by Entrance C(12-20), damaging it and driving off. This incident adds to previous damages caused by commercial visitors. We request a contribution to place a bollard in that area to prevent further damage. We have CCTV footage available once reviewed by our managing agent. The estimated cost for installing a bollard is around £[redacted]. The area is clearly marked for vehicle turning. Tonight, my car broke down at the Morrisons Newark on Trent lower car park. I spoke to the customer services there, and they kindly allowed me to leave it there until midnight. Unfortunately, when the RAC arrived, their truck couldn't access the lower car park, and they require special equipment to move my car. I've been trying to reach Morrisons Newark to explain the situation and ask to keep the car there until the necessary equipment is available, but I am unable to leave a voicemail.

On December 31st, [redacted], from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, I went to Morrisons at Butterfly Walk, [redacted], with my brother for some shopping. Upon entering, I forgot to get a basket for our items, so my brother went back out to get one. While waiting for him by the store entrance on the right-hand side, a security team member approached me rudely, asking me to move because it was an office area (without any visible sign). Despite my discomfort with his tone, I proceeded to shop. When I began scanning my items at checkout, the same person aggressively demanded I pay for a bag I hadn't finished using. After a tense exchange, I sought out someone more senior for assistance. The self-identified head of security declined to provide his name or license number, insisting I leave and report the issue to consumer protection. The encounter left me feeling disappointed and inconvenienced, requiring me to spend an additional 30 minutes gathering necessary information for a complaint. The security team's lack of professionalism, refusal to identify themselves clearly, and discourteous behavior significantly impacted my shopping experience and dampened the holiday spirit.
