I recently purchased a Monster Java and found solid brown chunks inside. The drink tasted unpleasant, like old hot sauce, which led me to vomit. I am utterly disgusted and concerned about what I unknowingly consumed. It did not resemble spoiled milk. I am horrified by the thought of what was in the can. I wish to have the contents tested to identify what I consumed. I seek a satisfactory explanation about this incident. The unknown substance was unsafe and revolting. I urge for serious action to be taken on this matter. If the company fails to address this, I will take further steps to ensure this issue is resolved.

I visited the Citgo at [redacted] Gall Blvd in Zephyrhills, Florida, and bought 4 Monster Java drinks expecting to pay the advertised 2 for $4.22, as shown on a sticker on the cooler door. However, when I reached the cashier, I was charged $2.99 each, totaling over $13 after tax. I feel frustrated as I usually buy 3 to 4 of these drinks daily. The cashier explained that the Java drinks were priced separately, but this distinction wasn't indicated on the sticker. I'd like to highlight this as false advertising and hope for a resolution. My name is Linda, and you can reach me at [redacted].

I am a daily Rehab drinker and unfortunately had an issue with a can I recently purchased. When I was pouring a drink, a soggy clump that looked like marinated cardboard came out of the can. I have photos of the clump, the flattened piece, and the code on the can. Is there an email address I can send these images to for further investigation? My hope is to determine if this is just paper or potentially something more concerning. Thank you for your help.

Good morning, I am Travis G. from Virginia, currently in Puerto Rico due to military service. My wife and I are loyal fans of your products. I enjoy the blue low-carb Monster Energy, while her favorite is the white Absolute Zero. I have been consuming between 1 to 3 Monster drinks daily for the past decade and plan to continue. Today, we encountered an issue. Upon purchasing our usual drinks from the exchange, my wife found chunks in her black and yellow Rehab drink, including what seemed to be a honeybee and other insect parts. Although she is unharmed, I wanted to bring this to your attention. Please, feel free to reach out to me at your convenience. Thank you. V/R

I have been consuming a Monster Rehab daily, more specifically the *** variety, for the past 2-3 months. Recently, I encountered a bee in my mouth towards the end of my drink. Initially, I assumed it entered the can while it was left open on the table for some time. However, today the same incident occurred. As I reached the bottom of my drink, I was shocked to find another bee in my mouth, and to my surprise, it was alive this time. This made me wonder if bees are attracted to this particular flavor. After sharing my experience with a few friends and researching online, I came across a YouTube video where someone encountered a similar situation. I can't help but wonder how many bees I might have accidentally swallowed throughout the numerous cans I've consumed over the years.

During my Tennessee vacation, I purchased two ten-packs of Monster energy drink, like always. However, the taste was off, almost flat or overly syrupy. The flavor was so bad I couldn't drink them and had to throw them out after just two sips. Even my brother confirmed they tasted terrible. I bought more from different places, thinking it was a bad batch, but the strange taste persisted. It wasn't until I tried one in Mississippi on my way back to Louisiana that the taste was back to normal. Out of all the cans I bought, only the last one in Mississippi tasted right. I drink the regular Monster energy drink (black and green can, sixteen oz.). I seek resolution, either by receiving three ten-pack cases of normal-tasting drinks or getting a refund for the ones that tasted off. I am willing to provide the locations where I purchased the bad ones and have receipts as proof. Please reach out to me at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

Hello, I hope you're having a good morning. My name is Gustavo Sierra. I wanted to reach out to you with a business proposition. Let me give you some background on myself and how this idea came about. I work as a Lyft driver, doing around 80 to [redacted] rides per week in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I came up with this idea for two reasons. Firstly, sometimes customers struggle to find my car quickly, especially at places like airports or special events. Secondly, I wanted to find a way to earn some extra money while working. I thought about offering my vehicle for advertising Monster Energy drinks and even handing out complimentary small drinks to passengers throughout the day. If you're interested, please contact me via email. I would be thrilled to do business with Monster Energy drink. Thank you.

I purchased a Monster Espresso Vanilla and Cream beverage and discovered multiple solid chunks in it. I believe it was either curdled milk or a coagulated white substance. This experience has left me repulsed and disappointed. I typically enjoy Monster products but this incident has shattered my trust. I am not seeking coupons; instead, I request a formal apology letter and compensation to help me recover emotionally. If my concerns are not addressed seriously, I may advocate for Dunkin Donuts coffee instead. I have been a loyal customer for years and hope to maintain this relationship, but proper action is necessary. (Note: This is not an attempt to exploit the situation for free items; I genuinely encountered this issue and am genuinely upset. I can provide the receipt as proof if needed.)

I recently purchased a 24 oz. green Monster can with an aluminum cap and found that the drink tastes and looks like beer. To confirm my observation, I had someone else taste it, and then I poured it into a clear container for comparison. I repeated the process with another fresh 24 oz. Monster. The beer-like one appeared lighter yellow with foam and bubbles, while the standard one was darker amber with fewer bubbles. Upon retesting with a third can, it matched the second one. I am confused about how this mix-up occurred and concerned about the potential risks, especially if a child had purchased it. I have retained the contents and packaging for further testing. If this indeed contains beer, it raises significant safety and quality issues with the product. I can be contacted at [redacted].

I am a huge fan of Pipeline Punch. I drink two to four of them daily and have tried buying the four packs several times to save some money, but each time I found them to be spoiled. I purchased them from various stores like Wal-Mart, Kroger, and Menards, but every four pack was bad. Even some single cans I bought from smaller stores were spoiled. I am disappointed that I can't rely on the cases to save money and always have some on hand. I'm not sure what can be done to fix this issue. I truly love Pipeline Punch, and thank you for creating it. Thank you for listening to my concern. Sincerely, Krystal E.

I recently started my own company to support my pregnant fiancé and myself. I acquired a 10’x8’ trailer and a [redacted] Polaris Sportsman [redacted] H.O ATV. I am looking for gear, paint, decals, or ideas to enhance my business and attract more customers. I am focusing on green and black themes with a love for the monster energy aesthetic. Any support to spruce up my business would be appreciated. I aim to demonstrate how monster energy motivates me to give my all on every job. Financially, things are tight, and I want to make a strong first impression on customers. Your assistance is greatly valued. Thank you for your time. I purchased three 16 oz. cans of Monster Energy (green can) during the week of 9/23/[redacted]. When I opened the first can, it had a bitter taste, almost like a shot of coffee. Assuming it was a one-time issue, I tried the other two cans which tasted the same. The liquid was brown, unlike the typical greenish-yellow color of Monster Energy. Today, 10/1/[redacted], I opened another can with a similar issue, although not as dark in color. I've been a long-time drinker of Monster Energy and never encountered this before. I'm curious to know why this happened and if I can receive a reimbursement for the affected cans.

I am sharing details about eight medical events that occurred in the past eight months. I have been plagued by unexplained seizures, with the common factor being an increase in consuming Monster Green Label energy drink, usually about three cans daily. After visiting the National Hospital for Neurology and Neuroscience in London on December 10th, I am scheduled for various tests including an EEG, CT scan, Cardiology assessment, and General Epilepsy Department evaluation. Prior to each blackout episode, I consumed around two cans of Monster Energy drink within a short period, experiencing a severe energy crash, intense sugar cravings, disorientation, limb control loss, and eventual blackouts lasting 3 to 5 minutes. These incidents have been terrifying, draining, and led to physical injuries needing medical attention. Since cutting out Monster Energy, as advised by a paramedic post my last episode, I have not experienced the extreme crashing sensations but have faced lethargy and withdrawal symptoms. I am optimistic that the ongoing tests will yield normal results. Research revealed a potential link between energy drink consumption and seizures, raising concerns about undisclosed risks. Despite reaching out to Monster for clarification, I have not received a response. I am exploring options for compensation due to loss of income, inability to work freelance during testing, emotional stress, physical trauma, and the one-year driving restriction pending test results. I am yet to ascertain if there is any lasting damage or if I now have epilepsy, pending test completion and result review.

I transitioned from coffee to the blue no carb and no sugar Monster Energy Drink approximately a year and a half ago. Subsequently, I underwent surgery to receive a PACEMAKER two months ago due to developing BRADYCARDIA, a condition causing a slow heart rate. Medical records clearly show my previous strong health before using your product. Regular health check-ups identified the gradual decline in my heart rate, leading to symptoms like dizziness and fatigue. Emergency room visits confirmed a severe drop in heart rate, resulting in the placement of a heart monitor and ultimately a permanent pacemaker. This unexpected turn in my health has impacted me physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially, even leading to job loss. I am eager to discuss this matter with your C.E.O. and legal team promptly to seek resolution and avoid further escalation. Please reach out to me at your earliest convenience via phone [redacted] or email [redacted]

I am trying to find information on how to buy Monster Hydro Tropical Thunder on its own. I am a big fan of this beverage and work at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri. However, it's hard to find this flavor locally. Online, it's suggested to buy it from eBay or Amazon, but the prices are way too high. There are listings on eBay selling one bottle for $16, which is too much for me. While I like other flavors, none compare to Tropical Thunder. I can't afford the inflated prices due to my limited income at Mercy. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I was shocked when I found a piece of paper in my Monster energy drink can. I ended up transferring the drink to a plastic bottle after noticing this. I drink Monster daily and have never encountered this issue before. It's disappointing. I believe more attention must be paid to quality control. My phone number is not [redacted] [redacted]. I believe I should receive a few cases of Monster as compensation for this experience. My name is Alvin Highsmith, and I reside at [redacted] North Albert Pike, Fort Smith, Arkansas, [redacted]. The drink was purchased at EZ Mart on Grand Avenue. I hope to hear back on how this will be addressed. Thank you.

I am seeking assistance regarding a concerning text message I received. The message included a link to a website offering to pay for car advertising for Monster Energy Drink. They promised a $[redacted].00 check for using my car with a wrap for 8 weeks. After receiving the check in advance, I was instructed to pay the car wrapping appointment scheduler, keep $[redacted].00 as my first-week pay, and give the remainder to the scheduler. Unfortunately, my car was not wrapped, no further checks arrived, and I was scammed out of $[redacted].00. The check provided was fake, leaving me responsible for repaying the bank. This entire situation turned out to be a scam, and I want to warn others about it. If anyone has experienced this, please share your story.

As a loyal customer who enjoys Monster Energy drinks, I have found myself facing a frustrating situation at a gas station near me. Despite a promotional offer of 2 for $6.50, the employee at the station consistently displays frustration and reluctance when selling these drinks. This unfriendly behavior has led me to seek my energy fix elsewhere, resulting in a noticeable decrease in my purchases at this establishment. The employee's dissatisfaction and reluctance to honor the advertised deal has pushed me to switch to coffee instead. This subpar customer experience has not only impacted my own purchases but may be deterring other customers as well. I hope to bring this matter to your attention, as such behavior reflects poorly on your brand and may result in further loss of sales. Thank you for your time.

I received a message from someone representing your company, and I am seeking clarification before proceeding. They mentioned paying for a logo on my truck and sent me two checks totaling $5,[redacted]. They requested me to deposit the checks and send them the deposit slip. I visited the bank to verify the checks, and I was informed that the account was closed. I would appreciate it if you could reach out to me for more information. Thank you, Richard W.
