The 2-factor authorization feature seems to have a bug in the software. When trying to enter the verification code sent to either phone or email, there is no user interface available to input the code. The issue appears to be linked to a Javascript error displaying: "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set properties of null (setting 'value'). This occurs at MFAErrorCodeCheck in displayTagAjax.js, followed by other related functions. The result is a page displaying "[redacted]" without the expected input field for the verification code.

I recently had a student loan payment transferred to an account with Tall Money Network. The routing number for the account is [redacted]97, and the account number is [redacted][redacted]. There is also a trace number provided: [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, I have not received this payment from Southern New Hampshire University. I urgently need assistance in locating where my student refund was sent and having it returned to Bank Mobile promptly. It has been nearly a month of back-and-forth without resolution, and this issue is risking my enrollment at college. It has been challenging to communicate effectively with Money Network over the phone. I recently made a bank transfer to my mother, but the transfer was declined because her account is under her name, not mine. I'm currently trying to get a refund from Westgate back to my checking account. They provided me with a link to use the Money Network to receive the money. However, the process involves receiving a number after entering as a guest, which can take anywhere from 2 to 10 hours to arrive. By the time I receive the number via email, it has always expired as the time limit is only five minutes. I've attempted this process over thirty times now but have been unsuccessful each time.

I have requested my Annual Bank Statement from Money Network five times in the last six months, but I have not received it yet. I needed this statement because my Money Network direct deposit card was fraudulently charged almost $1,[redacted] over a 10-week period. Initially, the small charges of $39.99 did not raise any red flags until I was charged seven times at $39.99 in one day. Although the responsible company reimbursed me, I am worried about not being able to see further back than 90 days in my card activity. I suspect there may have been more unauthorized charges in the last nine months. I have been in contact with Money Network, but despite their reassurances, I still have not received my annual statement after multiple conversations.

I had my wallet stolen about two weeks ago and have been trying to reach your customer service for the past four or five days. When I finally got through on Thursday and reported the theft, while on the call, someone was using my card to withdraw money. The customer service representative seemed to find the situation amusing instead of helping me. I requested to speak to a manager, but was told they were unavailable. They promised to issue a new card within 3 to 4 days, but it has not arrived yet. The stolen card had my $[redacted] payroll on it, with $[redacted] already taken out. I attempted to enroll in paperless billing on prepaid.everywherepaycard.com through both the website and the app. Despite receiving multiple verification emails over the past three months, I have been unable to click on the verification links provided in the emails. The link redirects to an error page when entered manually. The confirmation email states that I have not completed the electronic consent process, urging me to click a link to finalize the opt-in for electronic statements. However, the links provided are not functional. The communication also advises contacting Money Network Customer Service if the request was not initiated by me.

I am reporting a lost or stolen MN card from Walmart that was given to Shaquelle Gregoire, along with an EIP Card. I urgently need it deactivated to prevent unauthorized purchases. I have been experiencing issues with unknown charges that are causing distress and anxiety. I recently received my middle-class tax refund debit card but unfortunately forgot the PIN. When I called Money Network's number found on the back of the card, the automated system asked for my card number and PIN. As I couldn't provide the correct PIN, I was disconnected and couldn't speak with customer service. Now, I'm stuck in a loop as there seems to be no alternative way to reach them for assistance.

I received a tax refund debit card from Money Network but was unhappy with the charges, reducing my refund amount. I was advised to request a check instead by calling a specific number. After contacting them, I was informed I would receive the check in 7 to 10 days. However, it has been over a month, and I have yet to receive it. I have an activated Money Network California tax refund card, but I encountered issues while trying to transfer funds to my Bank of America checking account. I am struggling to navigate their phone menu. They prompt me to press #1 if I have questions, but when I do, they ask for a card number. If I don't have the card yet or my queries are not card-related, I get disconnected after three failed attempts to enter a card number.
I call back and follow the instructions to press #2 if I haven't received my card. However, the message states the cards will be sent between October [redacted] and January [redacted] and advises waiting until the end of January if the card hasn't arrived. I called on February 7 and haven't received the card. What should I do next?

My wife and I both received a California Middle Class Tax Refund Visa Debit Card. We asked for the full $[redacted] payoff in a check, which we received from Money Network Consumer Service at 1W Maryland Pkwy, Hagerstown, MD [redacted], phone number 1-[redacted]. The check is addressed to both Edwin W. and Marie H. Sadly, my wife passed away before we could cash the check. Her daughter, who holds Power of Attorney for her estate, lives far away from me. I've been attempting to reach Money Network numerous times using the phone number ([redacted]) provided in the letter they sent regarding my unactivated Middle Class Tax Refund from California. Despite my efforts, I never received the card and now want to request a replacement. Online attempts require my full card number, which I don't possess. I have attempted to contact MoneyNetwork multiple times in the past few days but have been unable to reach them. I received a letter stating that I have not activated my Middle Class Tax Refund Card from the state of California, which I never received. I am reaching out regarding my [redacted] California Middle Class Tax Refund. I filed my tax return with the State of California in [redacted] but have yet to receive the refund. I understand that the refund may have been issued on a Money Network debit card, which could have been lost in the mail or returned to the company since I was homeless for part of [redacted].

I have been disconnected from customer service twice. What's going on? I am confused as to why my money is on hold. Your service promises early payment up to two days in advance. However, for the fourth time, the company I work for says they have deposited the funds but it shows as "waiting for funding." I understand English well, and to me, "DIRECT DEPOSIT" means the money should be in the account, not on hold. Can someone please explain this to me?

I bought a refurbished iPhone 11, but it started giving me issues at the beginning of May. It randomly talks, flashes a lot, and the battery isn't charging. I'm frustrated that I spent $[redacted] on it. I can't afford repairs until I get my income tax refund. When I called for help, I didn't get a clear answer. I think I'll end up getting a Samsung A21 refurb instead with my tax refund. I thought Straight Talk would replace the faulty iPhone 11 for me.

In August [redacted], I received temporary disability benefits and was instructed to keep the card for six months. After a recent surgery, I am approved for disability payments to be deposited onto that same card, which I have since shredded. I require a replacement card. Although the app greets me as Christine, I am unable to sign in. Furthermore, calling 1-[redacted] disconnects me after entering my birthdate.
