I recently had my original Money Network Debit Payroll Card stolen before I could use it. I promptly reported it, received a new card, but now I'm having trouble accessing it online. It seems like the card doesn't exist. I can't verify my account over the phone or use it for online access, making it inconvenient to check my balance. I need assistance to be able to check my balance without calling and to access customer service without being considered an invalid customer.

Subject: Room Temperature Issue
On 10/30/[redacted], I made a reservation at this location and experienced difficulty with the room being too cold. Despite contacting the front desk twice, the issue was not resolved, and I was only offered an extra blanket. I was not given the option to change rooms or receive a refund for the inconvenience. I paid $69.83 for a discomforting stay and am now seeking a full refund due to the unsatisfactory resolution. It was extremely cold, and I was unable to relocate due to financial constraints.

I have been trying to contact you for months because my card, associated with the email below, was stolen or lost. My name is Tyberious Lipsey and I work for a company called Provantage that had a payroll card through Money Network. The card was supposed to guarantee the safety of my money, but I have had no luck reaching anyone to report the issue. I am very upset about this situation.

I sent a wire transfer from Bank of Bermuda to my Moneynetwork account on November 7th, [redacted]. Despite providing the correct routing and account numbers, along with the address given to me by a Moneynetwork representative, I have yet to see the funds in my account. Each time I contact customer service, they mention transferring me to level 2 support, but no progress has been made. The address provided for the wire transfer was Banking Ops, PO Box [redacted] Hagertown, Maryland [redacted]. I am frustrated by the lack of assistance and need to know if this address is valid and where my funds are. This delay is concerning given the significant amount involved, and I urgently require a resolution from Moneynetwork regarding the status of my transfer.

I received a $[redacted] stimulus check from the government made out to both myself and my late spouse. After returning it to the Philadelphia IRS with an explanation of his passing, I recently received an envelope labeled Visa, containing what I assume is an unsolicited credit card which I shredded unopened. Subsequently seeing a news article mentioning the issuance of debit cards, I reached out to Money Network Card Services but was informed I wasn't the primary taxpayer and thus ineligible. Despite following instructions to contact the IRS.gov site and MNCS phone number, repeated attempts to reach them were unsuccessful. I encountered difficulties accessing customer service without an account number. I'm a 76-year-old simply looking to contact the company and get a replacement card. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Timothy Meyer, and I reside in Montana. I've heard that some people have already received their cards in the mail. I am currently in Oregon visiting family with my mother. However, I'm facing an emergency situation as our motorhome broke down, and the repairs are more costly than anticipated. While I do not receive mail in Oregon as my residence is in Montana, I need my stimulus funds urgently to return home. I am exploring options to access the funds without changing my mailing address permanently. Is it possible to obtain the card numbers to transfer the funds to my Emerald Card or Netspend account and void the stimulus card for security reasons? Thank you.

Upon receiving my "My Money Network" (EIP) card, I noticed that it was pre-activated before opening it and not activated by me over the phone. When I tried to provide my social security number, it was deemed inaccurate, suggesting someone else might have access to my account without my knowledge. Despite reaching out for assistance, I encountered challenges with customer support, causing frustration as I couldn't access my funds, including my EDD PUA pandemic relief. The last representative I spoke to mentioned the need for accurate answers to security questions for access, hindering my ability to resolve the issue. The discrepancies in information shared during calls further complicated matters, making accessing my account a cumbersome process. I hope to find a resolution soon and retrieve the funds owed to me. Thank you for your assistance. - Delia

Subject: Assistance Needed with Inactive Card Balance
Hello Money Network team,
I hope this message finds you well. I have a concern regarding my card account. I recently returned to Peru after working in the United States for two months at Lowes. During my time there, my salary was deposited onto a card provided by Lowes. Unfortunately, I left with a balance of $[redacted] on the card, which is now inactive. I have been unsuccessful in reaching out to your customer service team via phone.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter and accessing the remaining balance on my card. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
Best regards,
H.

Money Network is responsible for distributing the $[redacted] COVID-19 relief funds through EIP cards. However, they do not offer a way to speak with a representative. The [redacted] phone number provided on the EIP card does not allow activation, stating that the phone number is not recognized. This issue persists even when calling from a different number. Attempts to set up an account on the Money Network website with the correct phone number also yielded the same error message.
This situation has caused frustration as it appears to be a barrier preventing access to the allocated funds. Efforts to reach out through two letters sent by mail have not resulted in receiving instructions on how to activate the EIP card and access the $[redacted] relief payment.
Sincerely,
Jen

I recently received a debit card from Money Network for the economic impact payment. When I tried to call the [redacted] number on the card, it didn't recognize my phone number. I attempted to use their website, but had issues receiving the validation email with the six-digit code. Even after receiving the code, none of them worked when I tried to enter them on the website. Calling their other [redacted] numbers only led me back to the original one on the card. When logging in, I kept getting error messages about my user ID and password. I feel like I'm going in circles with no resolution. It's frustrating and confusing, as they even mentioned possible hacking attempts on my account. I hope this situation can be resolved soon. Thank you for your attention.

I am having trouble registering my EIP stimulus payment card. When attempting to register, I keep getting an error message stating that my phone number is not recognized. Even after trying to call from a different number, I encounter the same issue. The system hangs up without allowing any further communication.
I believe EIPCard.com should provide cardholders with the ability to edit more profile information on the website, not just passwords. This would facilitate card registration, fund access, and the option to speak to a customer service representative. A customer service chat feature would also be beneficial.
EIPCard Metabank, please address these issues promptly. It is crucial as people's lives are being impacted. I urge CEO Glen Harrick to take action. It is important to ensure a smooth process for all users.

I recently received a letter notifying me about an unactivated EIP Card, which I have not received before. My current address differs from the one listed on my [redacted] tax return, and the IRS has my updated address. I suspect any mail sent to the old address would have been returned. I am unable to reach a live representative for assistance. I am inquiring if there have been any mail returns for me. I am on disability and not required to file taxes, but on 02/26/[redacted], I submitted a return due to not receiving the second stimulus payment. How should I proceed in this situation?

I recently received a letter from Money Tree informing me that my EIP card was not activated on March 1, [redacted]. However, I never received the card. After waiting a few days to confirm, I called the 1-[redacted] number to report it as missing or stolen. Despite encountering one of the most challenging phone trees, I followed the instructions and reported the missing card. The automated system stated I would receive a replacement in 7-10 business days.
A month has passed, and I still have not received the replacement card. When I called back to speak to a human, I discovered I could only do so with a valid card number, which I never received. My only option through their confusing phone system is to report the card as lost again. I urgently need access to these funds for my bills but I am struggling to reach a person to address this issue.

When I tried to activate my EIP card, I encountered an issue setting up my pin. My phone's cracked screen caused me to accidentally press the hang-up button right after entering my desired pin. When I called back, it seemed like a pin was already set up, but when I entered the pin I wanted, it was rejected. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't speak with a representative as I couldn't bypass the pin entry screen. I need assistance resetting my pin, but I can't get through to customer service. Your help is appreciated.

I reported my check card lost to get the missing stimulus payments from Money Network. I need help with this issue as I never got the $[redacted] or $[redacted] payments. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I reported my Money Network cards as lost and stolen, but I never received replacements for the $[redacted] and $[redacted] stimulus funds. I informed the IRS about this issue. It took me almost 2 months to find a way to reach Money Network. I am currently in contact with them now. I would like to receive the missing funds because despite reporting the cards missing and stolen, no action has been taken yet. I believe I am entitled to the $[redacted] that is missing. I am a 59-year-old working individual and can provide proof of the missing amount. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope we can resolve it promptly.

I have contacted the Money Network customer service number three times between February [redacted] and August [redacted] to request a new card. Despite trying standard and express shipping, as well as requesting an address change, I have not received the card. My wife sent $[redacted].00 to my Money Network account in February [redacted], but I still cannot access the funds. Additionally, I am being charged a $1.95 monthly fee. During my last call, I asked for my account number to transfer the money, but despite passing security verification, the representative refused to provide it. Even after my wife called, the customer service representative stated they couldn't assist with returning the money. This has become frustrating as I am unable to sign in online or via the app without the card. I require assistance in either receiving a new card or obtaining my account number to manage the funds. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I would like to know if I can receive money from Chase Bank into my Money Network Exceed card through a wire transfer. My relative mentioned that Chase Bank may only be able to send money through wire transfer to my Money Network account. I attempted to contact customer service yesterday without success to clarify this matter. Thank you.
