I purchased 4 quarts of racing 4T 10w-40 oil for my Suzuki Boulevard. After putting two quarts in, I noticed a strange glob in the third quart. Upon further inspection, I found the liquid inside looked like dirty water. The fourth quart was the same. Despite being factory sealed, two out of the four bottles had this issue. I bought these at a Walmart in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and have pictures of the contents of the bottles. Unfortunately, I cannot share them here. I ended up draining all the oil out since one of the bottles had contaminated the other two good ones. If you need to see the pictures, please advise on how I can share them with you.

I have a subscription with Mobile One for text messaging. Recently, I received a birthday offer via text for any service except an oil change for $20. Excited, I went to Mobile One, showed them the text and my ID, but they refused to honor the deal. They claimed it was a mistake by the owner. I explained that I called beforehand and was assured it would be accepted with my text message and ID. However, upon arrival, they said they could only offer $20 off instead of the service as advertised. I feel misled as the original text clearly stated I could get any service excluding oil changes for $20.

I recently changed my oil, but the oil filter I purchased from Advance Auto Parts (store [redacted]) turned out to be defective. This led to my engine being covered in oil, causing issues with my power steering and now my alternator. The filter I originally bought had different rubber seals and packaging compared to what I usually use. This situation has cost me nearly $[redacted] in oil and filters, and I am disappointed as this was not my error. I have been a loyal Mobile oil customer for a while. I need reimbursement for the wasted oil and filters and also need to check if other components in my car have been affected. After driving just a short distance, I experienced power steering issues and noticed smoking and ticking when I parked. My car is still running strangely. Please contact me promptly to address this matter.
