Good morning,
I recently spoke with one of your representatives regarding the activation of my plan and the transfer of my phone number. I was informed that the process was underway. However, shortly after, I received a notification instructing me to contact you due to an issue with the transfer. I kindly ask for your assistance in successfully transferring my phone number from Verizon to your service.
Details:
- Phone Number: [redacted]
- Verizon Account Number: [redacted]
- Pin: [redacted]
- Verizon Account Holder: Marina Paredes (email: [redacted])
Please note that my Mint account will be under Marina Paredes' name and email, but I will be transferring two lines. The phone will be used by Liucija Mancini.
Furthermore, tomorrow I plan to transfer my personal phone number, ensuring it is listed under Liucija Mancini's name but under my account. The phone is fully paid off, unlocked, and not tied to any contracts. I kindly await your response confirming if everything is proceeding smoothly or if further information is required. Thank you.
Warm regards,
Marina Paredes

I am inquiring about a recent [redacted]-point decrease in my credit score. Since obtaining my first credit card, I have consistently maintained a credit score in the [redacted] range, classified as excellent credit. However, within the last month, my score has dropped. This decline seems to be linked to a discrepancy with my Macy’s account. Despite being informed two months ago that my balance was paid off, a recent call revealed that there was still an outstanding balance. Unaware of this balance, I promptly closed the account after settling the remaining amount. I am seeking advice on how to address this situation and possibly restore my credit score. Maintaining a high credit score has been a priority for me, and witnessing such a significant drop is distressing. I appreciate any guidance you can offer on this matter.

Hello,
I am Michelle Wang, and you can reach me at [redacted] I believe my ex-husband, Danny Kim, may still be accessing my banking information on mint.com without permission. Please get in touch with me promptly to confirm and remove any of my financial details linked to his mint.com account. For my security and peace of mind, please call me at [redacted].
Thank you,

I recently opened a Mint account over the weekend but I've been experiencing some issues with accessing it. A friend suggested using separate email addresses for my Mint and Intuit Quicken accounts, which seems like a good idea. I find that even though I can change my password on my iPhone, I am unable to log in on my PC or iPad as it keeps saying my username and password are incorrect. Furthermore, once I log out on my iPhone, I struggle to log back in as it still shows the same error message. The pattern repeats when I try to change the password on my iPad but continue facing login issues on other devices. I thought about changing the email associated with my Mint account to a secondary one, but I cannot proceed as it requires my password, which I cannot seem to get right. Is there a customer service number for Mint that I can call for help with this issue?

I have had a Mint.com account for many years with the following settings:
User Id: [redacted]
Primary Email: [redacted]
When I realized Mint.com had a Canadian offering, I created another profile with the following settings:
User Id: [redacted]
Primary Email: [redacted]
I am in the process of deleting the [redacted] email and canceling the service provider supporting this email. Therefore, I need to change my Mint.com user profile for this email address. I am willing to remove the bkschwarz@gmail user profile from Mint.com and set my new primary email address on Mint.com to be [redacted]
If I delete the Mint.com user profile called [redacted] and then change the primary email address for the Mint.com user profile under [redacted] to [redacted], will this work?
The records in Mint.com are very important to me, and I do not want to lose them under any circumstances.
I look forward to your response.

I am new to setting up Mint. I understand the process but seek guidance. I want my spouse and I both to use Mint for tracking our shared expenses. However, I have encountered login issues with accounts tied to individuals rather than our joint profile. For example, if my credit card has 2-factor authentication sending a code to my phone, my wife can't access Mint on her computer to update all accounts. Have you experienced this issue as well? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have been experiencing a recurring issue with my cell phone for months. When people try to call me, they receive a message saying my number is not in service. I recently received a replacement sim card, but it was not the correct one, and the problem persists. I prepaid for a year of service, yet I am not receiving the service I paid for. The customer service representatives I have spoken to have not been helpful, and I am frustrated by the lack of resolution. I just want this problem to be resolved promptly. I have been told it was a faulty sim card causing the issue, and after multiple attempts to fix it, the problem still exists. My name is Teressa L. and you can reach me at [redacted]. I hope to finally get this matter sorted out.

I recently signed up for a plan with 12GB of data and 3 free months. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue when my Sim card was not delivered on time and was returned to the company while I was away for work. To resolve this, I used one of the extra SIM cards that came with my wife's order, but I was without service for two weeks. I made two payments - $97.64 on Dec 30th for my phone service and $94.64 on Jan 7th for immediate service provision. I have not received the expected refunds or the 3 free months promised in the offer. I would appreciate reimbursement for one of the charges and request the addition of the 3 free months to my plan. Thank you.

I encountered an issue with a link provided to me that did not work as expected. Despite my attempts to contact Mint Mobile through various methods, I was unsuccessful in reaching them. Eventually, I stumbled upon a login page where I realized I never created a password during the initial setup process. Subsequently, my trial period ended abruptly, prompting me to select a plan. However, the link provided still did not function, leaving me unsure of how to proceed with payment. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the email associated with my phone to receive verification codes due to technical difficulties. The Android system on my phone began experiencing frequent errors, draining the battery rapidly and ultimately damaging the charging port, rendering the phone unusable. I am seeking a solution from Mint Mobile to regain access to my email account and resolve this situation effectively.

I am new to using mint.com and looking for assistance in setting up my monthly bills to be reflected in my transactions accurately.
In my financial routine, I receive my income monthly and pay all recurring bills at that time. Transitioning from Quicken, I am used to viewing my bill payments and cash transfers in my register, where they are later reconciled with bank data. This helps me plan my future finances based on available cash. I sometimes choose to make extra payments towards debts.
In Mint, I have set up my upcoming bills under the Bills tab. Once I make payments through the bank website, I mark the bill as paid in the Bills tab. However, I am unsure if I also need to manually enter these transactions in the Transactions tab or wait for bank uploads. Any guidance on this would be appreciated. Thank you for any assistance.

I had a problem with my new Android phone not being compatible with Mint Mobile's wifi. Despite believing that it was compatible when I made the purchase, I faced difficulties. It took a lot of effort to realize that the solution was to get a compatible phone. Mint Mobile's support was helpful, with a dedicated customer service representative eventually helping me figure out the issue. Thank you to the Mint Mobile team for their assistance.

As a current Sprint customer with three phones, two of which will soon be obsolete, I recently contacted your phone sales representative inquiring about available phones with the 12-month purchase plan. However, I noticed that most of the phones on your website are currently out of stock. I would appreciate it if someone could provide me with information on how to replace two iPhones and one Android device, with a preference for the iPhone SE and Pixel 4 models.
I urgently need to make the switch while retaining our current phone numbers.
Thank you,
J. Liberato

I am currently experiencing difficulty accessing my Mint.com account due to the new requirement by Charles Schwab to enter a six-digit code sent to my mobile phone. This has prevented me from logging into Mint for the past three days. Finding a solution to this issue is crucial for me as I have relied on Mint for over a decade to manage my accounts. The inability to connect my Charles Schwab account is hindering my financial tracking on Mint, and I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this matter. Thank you. - Donna S.

I require assistance in comprehending the Mint budget. If I predominantly use credit cards to make purchases throughout a month, should I categorize these transactions as transfers when entering them? Specifically, I am referring to how Mint displays these credit card expenses if categorized as transfers. If all my monthly expenses are recorded as credit card transactions marked as transfers, it appears as though I have spent nothing for the month. How does this practice impact the overall budget's accuracy? Thank you.

I encountered an issue with Mint charging me yesterday, the 1st of the month, before I have funds in my bank until the 3rd. I had set up my pay date for the 5th or 6th to avoid this but was still charged. They even disconnected my phone due to the failed payment. When I emailed them, they replied that the email wasn't monitored but suggested chatting with them or calling. The chat link is not working properly, and being disabled and living alone, I cannot make phone calls. I plan to switch to T-Mobile after this. I just wanted to share my frustration with their poor service and unhelpful responses. I might have to wait until the 3rd to resolve this.

I have not received credit for referring a friend who is now a Mint Mobile client.
My phone number is [redacted] and my email is [redacted]
The friend I referred, with the account information - phone number [redacted] and email [redacted], joined Mint Mobile on December 19th. I assisted him in setting up his account that same evening. It has been 17 days since his account activation, and I have not received the referral credit.
I contacted the call center today, spoke with a representative, and was assured that the information was logged into my account per their instructions. I have more friends I plan to refer, one of whom will be joining in the next 2 days as her previous carrier's month ends. I am requesting the $[redacted] credit owed to me for these referrals.
