Yesterday, I informed the sales representative that my iPad does not have telephone capabilities or a SIM slot. Despite this, she assured me she would email the eSIM. Unfortunately, upon installation, I received an error message stating it was incompatible. Despite explaining this to tech support, they insisted on its compatibility. Frustrated, I requested a refund. Furthermore, charging customers instantly without waiting for the 7-day trial period seems unfair. I am disappointed by the wasted time and money due to staff incompetence. I will not be recommending Mint Mobile due to this experience. Thank you. ~Scott H.

I received my Mint Mobile SIM card and successfully completed step one and step two by downloading the app. However, when I reached "Your Details" and entered my information, an error message appeared saying "Something went wrong: Updating personal details have failed, please try again." I attempted to re-enter my first and last name, as well as my email, multiple times ensuring correct spelling, but encountered the same issue. Am I missing a step or should I proceed differently?

I recently tried to renew my service before it expired and faced multiple issues. Initially, my name wasn't recognized, and later, I encountered problems with my credit card payment. Despite my card working fine otherwise, it was not authorized for payment. The customer service chat was equally frustrating, as I struggled to connect with a live agent. After finally getting a response from a bot, I was left waiting on hold indefinitely. Now, my service has been disconnected, leaving me unable to use my phone with Mint Mobile. The situation seems utterly ridiculous and hopefully, it can be resolved soon.

I am currently experiencing issues with my mobile network. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service through the automated system, I have not received any assistance via phone or email. Switching to Mint Mobile has been a frustrating experience as I have struggled with activating SIM cards, setting up accounts, and facing billing errors. The process has been overly complicated, and I have yet to encounter anything positive. I am regretting my decision to switch to Mint Mobile due to these ongoing challenges.

On August 18th, I purchased a Mint Mobile plan and expected the Sim card to arrive by the 21st or 22nd. However, I received an email stating it shipped on the 18th. Concerned about its whereabouts, I contacted Mint Mobile customer service on the 21st but was informed it was still at their facility. When I checked with USPS on the 22nd, they said they hadn't received the package, only a shipping label was created. Speaking to Mint Mobile again, they insisted it had shipped despite USPS stating otherwise. Requesting to speak to a supervisor, I was told they were busy, and I would have to wait for any resolution. Frustrated by the delay, I requested a refund, but was informed I had to wait another 10 days to start the process. This experience has left me dissatisfied, coming from another carrier with whom I had been for 11 years. Who should I reach out to address this matter?

I recently lost my phone and purchased a new one. I decided to use Mint Mobile's service on this new device which has not been activated yet. When attempting to log in to my account to activate Mint on the new phone, I successfully entered my username and password. However, I was prompted to input a code sent to my Mint Mobile number, which I believe is linked to the phone I lost. I am left with the only option to "Call Support" but given my current situation, without a working phone, I am unable to receive calls. Can someone assist me in accessing my Mint account so I can activate the eSim on my new phone? Thank you for understanding my predicament.
