Lately, I've noticed my service has been unreliable and slow. Calls and texts were impossible, but today texts are delayed or fail. Calls remain an issue. Even my family is experiencing similar challenges. We usually have great reception here. Interestingly, my son in a different part of town is facing similar problems. Could Mint Mobile's maintenance be affecting us? I'm aware that 3G will be discontinued soon, but we use 5G and 4G LTE phones. Restarting the phone and reinserting the SIM card hasn't improved the situation for any of us. Thank you for any assistance.

Recently, my service has been unreliable and sluggish. I've been experiencing difficulties making phone calls and sending texts. While texting is now possible, it's very slow and sometimes fails. However, making phone calls remains impossible. Strangely, my family is facing the same issue. We usually have excellent reception, so this sudden decline is concerning. Even my son, who lives across town, is encountering problems. I'm wondering if Mint Mobile is conducting any maintenance work in our area that could be impacting us. I'm aware that 3G is being phased out soon, but both my husband's phone and mine support 5G, whereas my son's phone uses 4G LTE. We've tried troubleshooting by restarting our phones and reinserting the SIM card, but to no avail. Thank you for your assistance.

I struggle with phone calls due to audio processing disorder. Today marks the end of my one-year prepaid Mint Mobile service. I wish to downgrade my plan because it offers more than I need. Planning a relocation this year makes a monthly subscription more suitable for me. Unfortunately, the automated system only offers unlimited 4G upgrades or a yearly renewal, which is excessive for my usage. A 3G plan would suffice. Please assist. Thank you.

I'm having trouble transferring my [redacted] LG Tracfone to Mint Mobile. I bought a three-month plan and installed the new sim card, but my old phone couldn't make calls or send texts. After three unsuccessful attempts with different agents, I gave up and bought a new Samsung phone. Even with the new device, I still can't use Mint Mobile services. The language barrier with the agents has made the situation frustrating. I suspect the first sim card might be defective, but the agents insist I use it. Now, I need to cancel my service, return the Samsung phone, and get a refund. I'm in the process of sorting this out with the latest agent. Dealing with Mint Mobile's customer service has been a nightmare due to the language issue. Ryan, your company really needs to address this problem for future clients.

I have been experiencing significant issues for the past two days while attempting to switch from Google Fi to Mint Mobile. The customer service representatives have been polite but unable to provide effective solutions. As I am in my last month of pregnancy, I urgently need my SIM card to receive important messages. Despite placing two orders and being told a replacement is not possible, the problem remains unresolved. It is concerning that such issues persist, especially considering the endorsement by Ryan Reynolds. If not resolved promptly, I will consider escalating this matter on Twitter. I hope that the service can be restored to inspire confidence in your company. For further details, please contact me at [redacted].

I recently canceled an order with Mint Mobile within 15 hours, but unfortunately, the shipment couldn't be canceled. Despite being told by customer service that I would receive a postage-paid label for the return, I never received it and had to pay for shipping out of pocket. On top of that, I was informed that I would have to pay a 25-50% restocking fee, amounting to hundreds of dollars, for a phone that was never even opened.
On June 30th, I placed an order for a One Plus phone along with a 12-month plan from Mint Mobile. The following day, I changed my mind and decided a Google Pixel would be a better choice.
On July 1st, I contacted Mint customer service to cancel the One Plus order, which they did in the system. I then purchased the Pixel and a 12-month plan from Mint's website. To my surprise, I received an email saying the One Plus had been shipped. I immediately called customer service again to stop the shipment, but it seemed the communication was lacking.
After multiple follow-ups, I had to return the unopened One Plus myself, incurring a shipping cost of $29.78. Mint Mobile confirmed receiving the phone on July 18th. Despite my efforts to reach out and explain the situation, there has been a delay in getting my refund processed as per the latest update from Mint on July 22nd.

I placed an order for a phone and plan totaling over $[redacted] around 3 to 4 weeks ago. The phone arrived, but the SIM card is missing. After making over 24 calls, I still haven't received the SIM card. They keep promising it will be resolved in the next 24-72 hours. My ticket number is: CRT-[redacted] (this is the second one). I am frustrated with the lack of progress. Dealing with their customer service is a nightmare as they constantly put me on hold to check the status. When they return after 15-20 seconds, they ask me to continue waiting. I requested supervisors, which took over 20 minutes, but even they couldn't assist. Considering reaching out to a news station to highlight the poor service I have received as a new customer.

I completed the activation process, but now I am unable to make calls on my phone. The message indicates that it is not registered to a service and only allows for emergency calls. I need further guidance on what steps to take next. Kindly send instructions to my email at [redacted] Unfortunately, I am unable to call for assistance since the phone is not allowing outgoing calls. Thank you.

I am having trouble with the activation screen on my phone. It is asking for an Internet Provider and a Password. I am unsure which password it is requesting, whether it's the internet provider's or something specific to Mint. I have inputted my HughesNet password, but it keeps saying "invalid password." This issue is preventing me from using my phone as I am unable to move past this screen. I have already tried reaching out for assistance through chat and email seven times, but I am still stuck on this screen requiring a password. I would greatly appreciate some help with this matter.

I've been having issues with Mint Mobile since November 7, [redacted], when I prepaid for a 3-month plan, only to experience poor service while traveling and had to cancel. Despite submitting refund requests three times through their website and speaking to customer service four times, I still haven't received a resolution or confirmation of my refund. I provided all necessary details, including order numbers and payment information, but I keep getting empty promises from customer service without any follow-through. This lack of action is beyond frustrating, especially considering the involvement of Ryan Reynolds in promoting their services. I expect Mint Mobile to honor my request and issue a refund promptly.

I am currently in contact with Mint Mobile regarding their "recovery fee" policy. Mint Mobile representatives have stated that they are required to charge this fee, which I have discovered to be inaccurate. They are actually permitted to charge it, but not obligated to do so.
It is my request that Mint Mobile address this issue by ensuring that their representatives provide accurate information regarding this fee. Additionally, I recommend that they disclose the full cost upfront, rather than at checkout, to prevent any confusion or deception about the final price being almost 30% higher than initially advertised.
I will reach out to Ryan Reynolds to bring this matter to his attention.

I have been informed by Mint Mobile representatives that they are obligated to impose a "recovery fee." I believe this information is incorrect. They have the option to apply this charge, but it is not mandatory.
I kindly request Mint Mobile to address this matter by directing their representatives to refrain from providing false information to customers. Additionally, I suggest that they clearly disclose, prior to the checkout process, that the final cost may be nearly 30% higher than the misleading and deceitful advertised price.

I mistakenly ordered a phone from Mint Mobile instead of Cricket. Upon receiving the phone and realizing the error from the paperwork, I contacted Mint customer service to initiate the return process. After multiple attempts and only after escalating my concerns, I received the return label via email. I promptly returned the equipment as instructed. However, I am now facing persistent communication from Affirm regarding payment for the phone. I am unsure how to proceed. Any guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am currently in Braga, Portugal, receiving RECOVERIX treatment after experiencing four strokes. Despite having my iPhone with me, I encountered signal issues upon landing in Porto. Although I could not make calls, other phone functions worked, allowing me to send an email instead. Tomorrow, I need to contact Centro Cerebro before heading there.
My Mint mobile asks for a password to access it, which I set up a while back and now can't remember. While I have it written down at home, I am currently in Portugal without that information.
Please assist me in resetting my password so I can access my phone during my treatment. I need to make important calls to Centro Cerebro and figure out why I am unable to make any calls while in Portugal.
Thank you,
I.K.

Regarding order #MMA_[redacted], I am incredibly frustrated as I am still without a working phone or SIM card. I successfully changed my MM password, and you have my email address on file. I have been in contact with multiple customer service representatives including Moises C., Henry, Priscilla, and Anita. I purchased a Samsung phone from Mint Mobile for over $[redacted] more than a month ago. Despite my efforts, the system continues to show the phone number [redacted] as incorrect. I have dedicated hours to resolving this issue without a satisfactory outcome, leaving me greatly disappointed in both Mint Mobile and Samsung. This level of service is simply unacceptable.

My friend, Fei Tong ([redacted]), referred me to Mint Mobile's "buy 3 months get 3 months free" plan. I switched to Mint Mobile on February 22nd under the phone number [redacted], and my name is Wai Tong. After calling customer service to sign up for the offer, I received a sim card in the mail. I have a $15 reward credit, and Fei Tong should have a $45 referral fee. However, when he tried to renew in May, the reward credit wasn't applied. Despite my numerous calls to customer service to explain the issue due to Fei Tong's limited English, the problem remains unresolved. I requested to speak with a manager, but it was not arranged. I believe Fei Tong should automatically receive the $45 referral fee for account [redacted]. Thank you for your help.

Subject: Assistance Needed with Recent Renewal
Hi there, I recently renewed my Mint Mobile plan for a year in advance, totaling $[redacted] with taxes. I encountered some issues with my new Galaxy S23 as it was incompatible with my pacemaker and blood sugar monitor, necessitating me to keep my AT&T phone active. After visiting the AT&T store, they advised I could continue using my S22. However, after speaking to a customer service representative from Mint Mobile, who was quite rude and had a thick accent, my phones now display a "not connected to network" error. I would appreciate some help sorting out this confusion. Thank you.

Subject: Assistance Needed with Phone Connectivity Issue
Hello,
I am seeking assistance with my phone connectivity problems. Recently, I renewed my service with Mint Mobile for one year in advance, totaling $[redacted]. However, after encountering issues with my new Galaxy S23 not working with my pacemaker and Dexcom blood sugar monitors, I continued using my AT&T phone for monitoring. When I visited the AT&T store in Norman, OK, they advised me to keep my old S22 phone and AT&T account active. Everything was functioning well until the S23 started affecting my health devices. I intended to keep the S22 until notifying all my contacts of the new Mint Mobile phone. Unfortunately, my recent contact with a Mint Mobile representative was unsatisfactory as she abruptly disconnected both phones from the network. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Upon trying to renew my subscription, I encountered issues with the automated system. Despite entering all the information correctly, I got kicked out twice when attempting to speak with a representative. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I eventually spoke to a human, but it took more than half an hour. It was frustrating trying to navigate the system and connect with a person. I now understand the challenges of modern technology in customer service. I suggest being cautious with automatic renewals to avoid unexpected charges in the future.

My phone is unable to make calls and is offline, while the computer's internet is functioning fine. I spent three hours with an agent last night trying to resolve this with Consumer Cellular's assistance. The phone was eventually unlocked, with the expectation of receiving a message from Mint Mobile to restart it, but no message came through and the phone remains non-operational. Mint recommended seeking help from JustAnswer, however, I encountered issues with their payment process. Despite trying to reach the bank through my computer, I've been unsuccessful. JustAnswer suggested a refundable $5 charge, but their website indicates different pricing. The phone model in question is an Android ZTE Avid [redacted] with the IMEI number [redacted][redacted]. Can anyone provide guidance on how to proceed?
