Hello, I am Mohan Singh Gurung. I relocated from Pennsylvania to Minnesota two years ago. I have been attempting to regain my license for a year without any luck. Recently, I received a mail from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) stating that my driving privileges were reinstated as of 02/14/[redacted], but no physical license was included. After contacting PennDOT, they advised me to reach out to the Minnesota Driver and Vehicle Services Division at [redacted]. Unfortunately, I was unable to make contact. I need guidance on how to proceed with obtaining my license since I now reside in Minnesota. Please advise on the steps I should take to rectify this situation. Thank you.

Hello,
I am seeking guidance on how to connect with the appropriate management contact who can make a practical decision. Both the DMV headquarters customer service and the local Rochester, MN office have reached their limits in assisting me.
In brief, my sister relocated from California to Rochester, MN in [redacted]. The car she brought with her was purchased new in CA in [redacted], had a CA Title, and was always registered there. The loan on the vehicle was paid off on time, and she obtained a Release of Lien from Capital One. Unfortunately, the physical CA Title was either not received or got lost during the move. Since then, the car has been registered in MN, but obtaining a MN Title has proved challenging.
She tried to trade in her [redacted] CR-V at a local dealership, but the process stalled due to the missing MN Title.
As the original owner of the vehicle since [redacted], we hope to find a practical solution to this issue.

I recently received a ticket due to an error on my limited license stating AM to PM instead of PM to AM. Although I should have double-checked, I was busy with work and didn't notice the mistake. This oversight has resulted in a year-long suspension. I believe this outcome is unfair. Please text me your response as my email is currently experiencing issues. Thank you.
