Microsoft Powerpoint Customer Service Issues

I recently installed PowerPoint on my MacBook and used it for an assignment. However, when I tried to use it for another assignment, I noticed that all the presentation themes were missing, and essential buttons like the Tabbed Arc style in SmartArt and the shadow button for text were unavailable. I also couldn't find the needed options using the Help tool. When I tried using PowerPoint on my PC, different features were missing there too. Additionally, after attempting to save the file, it didn't appear in my files as it did before. This is hindering my academic progress, and I am worried about my university grade. I'm not sure if this issue is related to my account. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I need assistance with recording a narration for my webinar. I watched your video tutorial and some on YouTube, but the recording buttons do not appear on my screen. Despite my son's attempt to fix it, he was unable to resolve the issue. I entered my phone number, expecting a code, but did not receive one. Can someone please help me with this situation?
